Host is quick to respond to any questions I had prior to arriving. Home is very clean and and has great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Very spacious and modern living accommodations. This is my golf groups must stay for our yearly trips. Close to Murrells Inlet and not too far from Myrtle Beach.

Excellent!

Property in great condition, host provided many extras not listed, the attention to detail was noticed. Having access to Litchfield by the Sea beach is beyond compare. Host was awesome and very responsive, though we didn’t need a single thing, they exceeded expectations!

Volleyball tournament getaway

This property was amazing and perfect for what we needed. I love the 4bdrms and the spacing of those 4bdrms. 2 of them were in their own space (which my 17yo loved). I can't say enough about this property. All the comforts of home were provided. Pete provided lots of information about the property, restaurants, and activities. The access to the beach was beautiful. I have stayed in MB every year for the last 25 years. I only want to stay in Pawley's island specifically Shore Thing (lol) going forward.

We had a fantastic family trip to Pawley’s Island this summer, and we found a gem when we stumbled upon this beautiful home! The decor was lovely, beds were comfortable, showers had fantastic water pressure, kitchen was well stocked, and overall the house was very spacious. The location was perfect, especially with access to the Litchfield Beach Club. We played pickleball every morning, relaxed on the beach in the afternoon, and regathered at the house for family dinner and board games in the evening. We never had to worry about finding a parking spot with the beach club access, and the walk from the car to the beach was quick and easy. It was very helpful and appreciated to have access to beach chairs, towels, and a pop-up tent in the unit. We took good care of the equipment and hopefully future guests will do the same. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive when questions came up. After a minor mixup in calendar dates, the host responded quickly and took care of us without issue. It was nice to be so close to the Food Lion, which we frequently visited throughout the week. I might recommend having an extra trash bag or two and maybe some extra laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. The pool access on property was also nice, and if we would have had our golf clubs, I trust the course would’ve been lovely as well. We will most definitely return to Litchfield Beach!

This property was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our stay, especially for my mom, who uses a walker. The home was clean, spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and easy for her to navigate. The beach is approximately a mile away, and the hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy it, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a canopy tent, and plenty of beach and pool toys for children. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything needed for cooking, along with both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig with K-Cups.You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making the home comfortable and well equipped for their guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent location, clean, attractive well-appointed unit

We stayed while attending a family reunion and it couldn't have been a better fit for us. Great location near North Litchfield, super clean, thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed. Host Peter was gracious and supplied all the information we needed via text. Would highly recommend.
