Underbart stort hem mycket nära attraktioner!

Fastigheten är mycket stängd för många fantastiska platser; Det är bara cirka 1. 5 timmar till det fantastiska Lake Tahoe-området, ungefär samma avstånd till den stora Yosemite-parken. Till det stora Sacramento-området och Sacramento-flygplatsen är huset bara cirka 20 minuter. Besök det historiska stadshuset i Sacramento och gamla Sacramento när du besöker Roseville. I stan hittar du många platser att besöka, t.ex. Galería Mall, fontänernas shoppingområde, The Studio Movie grill, Thunder Casino (bara 5 minuter från fastigheten) och många fantastiska restauranger i området. Huset ligger cirka 20 minuter från Folsom Lake och Folsom Outlets. Du kommer att njuta av en mycket avslappnad tid i området.

Utrymmet
Huset är mycket rymligt och har en modern design. Öppet koncepthem med fem sovrum och 3 badrum. Köket har allt du behöver för att förbereda en bra måltid. Alla rum är riktigt rymliga och med tre vardagsrumsområden har du och din grupp gott om utrymme att njuta av tid tillsammans. Beläget i en Cul de Sac, är det mycket tyst och avkopplande utrymme. Under de varma sommardagarna har huset en fantastisk pool med massor av trädgårdsarea och en grill för dina speciella grillplatser.

Excellent stay for volleyball

The house was immaculate and had all of the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, and the many bathrooms provided great privacy for our three families. Sheila was very quick to respond to questions. We will be back.

Home Away from Home

Owner was very nice and made our check-in & extended stay stress free with easy to follow directions. She had everything organized inside & out and important things noted, which helped make our stay more relaxing. Property was immaculate and furnished with everything needed(including a porta crib which we forgot to pack) to complete a relaxing and worry free stay away from home. Thank you so much to Sheila from our family!

Great spot! Pool was awesome

It was a perfect spot and great size for our family. The pool was a life safer. Other then the hot water was way too hot. Everything else was Great! We would stay again.

Best find in Roseville!

We loved our home away from home! This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood in a quiet little cul-de-sac. My husband loved his daily runs along the paths of the nearby park. This is a very spacious home with ample space for a large family to comfortably stay for multiple nights. The bedrooms are big with very comfortable beds, not always the case in a vacation rental. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream! The best feature of this home is the backyard! The covered patio with the fan was a nice place to sit and relax while the kids were swimming. The pool is heated with solar and was perfect for swimming all day and into the evening. The homeowners are wonderful to work with and are very responsive. We look forward to making this property our home away from home while we are visiting family in Roseville.

Review of Christmas stay

The house is lovely and fulfilled our needs very well. My problem with the property manager was slowness of communication and information we asked for. She did not approve us until the very last minute when approval was promised in 24 hours. We wanted to watch regular TV and it took 3 emails from me to get the password for Sling which I never had heard of. Even with Sling we could only get CNN and we are older and are not used to all the different choices when all we wanted was regular NBC etc.. We were at fault for not using the right box to get in but when I texted her to call me she did not. We discovered our mistake and got in. Previous reviews have praised her for responsiveness but that was not our experience.

Absolutely Fantastic! Need to keep this a secret!

This home is absolutely beautiful, with a huge kitchen that is a dream, spacious and VERY comfortable bedrooms, beautiful decor, and a very grand feeling. The backyard is the best with a beautiful pool, several spaces to relax, and a great table in the shade for dinner and/or conversation. Everything was perfect. Our gracious host responded quickly and we had no problems or concerns during our stay. I would highly recommend this home, as it's close to everything. I hesitate to share, because once the secret is out, everyone will want to stay here! 5 Stars for sure!
