Vårt stora, noggrant renoverade privata hem är konstfylld och möblerad med vår eklektiska stil. Det finns två sovrum med eget badrum. Två sovrum på övervåningen delar ett bad. Ett extra flexutrymme med bäddsoffa är också på övervåningen. Det vackra gourmetköket är öppet för vardagsrum och matplatser. Även om huset inte är ADA-kompatibelt har det tillgång till rullstol på bottenvåningen. Vårt hem ligger i den autentiska Memphis. Som vi säger "Midtown är Memphis".

Great place for Graduation Weekend

We had 3 generations of family members in for Rhodes College graduation. This house was absolutely perfect. Wish I had found this house when my son was a freshmen. It is peaceful, beautiful and well equipped.

Perfect Spot While In Town for Family Wedding

Higbee House immediately reveals a warm and stylish space. It quickly became home for five of us in town for a wedding. We even hosted a little dinner party for the bride and groom. Nice mix of rooms both first and second floor accommodated my 90 year old mother. And we spent a lot of time on the porch. My siblings asked “how do you always find the most incredible places to stay!” Highly recommend.

The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in

We were honestly blown away by how amazing this place was…the pictures simply can’t/don’t do it justice. The location was PERFECT for walking to shops and restaurants and morning coffee…It’s right across the street from a precious park/playground (but it wasn’t ever crowded)…the house itself WAY exceeded our expectations - SUPER CLEAN, amazing spaces, the nicest kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental property…less than 10 minutes to Overton Square and 12 min to Rhodes College…The owners were super responsive when my daughter left something behind too! I would absolutely stay here again - and plan to!

We had a great stay with Stewart. Great location and close enough to walk to great restaurants in midtown. Highly recommend going to Lafayette’s Music Room!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed with some friends for a wedding in town, was the best place to stay!! The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and held all of us very well! I would very much recommend this place to stay when visiting Memphis!!

Great location in Memphis

Very spacious with high ceilings. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was amazing! We loved the location! It was perfect for our weekend visit!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time. Went to Memphis for a wedding. We had three couples stay together. The house was comfortable and everyone had a king and their own bathroom.

Graceland trip

This vacation rental was amazing. It looked exactly as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood was lovely. The park across the street would be perfect if there are young children in the group. We have been renting and staying in vacation rentals for the past 25 years. This was the best accommodation I have rented. It was perfect.

Family gatherings

This is the third time we have stayed at Higbee House. It is in a great location. It is immaculately clean and is the perfect place for a family get-together. We love it!!! We will definitely stay here when we are in Memphis again!!!

Amazing Property in Memphis

This wonderful house is beautifully decorated, in a quiet and safe street, very close to fun restaurants/nightlife in Cooper-Young and the owners are just great. Nothing but great things to say about it!! We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful Home!!!

We had a wonderful time at the Higbee house!! In a great location, just minutes from everything! The zoo, Bealle st, and baseball field are less than a 10 min drive. The house had PLENTY of space for our 8 adult guests. Theres also a splash pad thing right across the street that we enjoyed on our last night there :-) Stewert was very communicative with every step of the way. Thank you for making this trip so memorable!!

Family gathering

This was our second visit to the Higbee House. It is awesome! Clean, convenient, — the perfect place for a family and friends. We celebrated our granddaughter’s first birthday. We will definitely be back!!!

Wish we stayed longer

This house was very comfortable and we wish we could have enjoyed it another day or two. It worked out great for our larger group and it had everything one would need. The king beds and pillows were absolutely wonderful to sleep on. The only disappointment was the listing claimed there were 4 king beds but there are only three. Two twin beds in opposite rooms upstairs that were not comfortable to sleep on like the king beds. We were able to walk to a square nearby that had great restaurants/bars.

Amazing home in a great Memphis location!

This home had everything you could ask for. Spacious enough for 7 guests. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to all points of interest. Beautifully decorated. Well maintained. Fully stocked with towels, blankets, toiletries etc. Would recommend it in a heartbeat! Stewart was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you!!
