Perfect

The condo was amazing! So spacious, clean and a great location! The furniture was comfortable, has a beautiful view of the golf course and a short walk to the beach! I would definitely stay again!

A Magical Stay

After a difficult trip to Sea Pines on Hilton Head, we arrived at 7pm to total darkness. We located the house, turned on the light and were immersed in a bright, charming atmosphere. Two bucks watched from nearby as we unpacked the car. Waking the next morning we saw bald eagles landing in trees across the golf course. We discovered the owner’s love of birds attracted all manner of feathered friends including a curious but timid blue heron. The trip was glorious. The beach could not have been easier to get to. The bike paths and the forest reserve provided diversion and adventure. A wonderful vacation. We are excited to return.

Great location and atmosphere

Had a great stay. Loved the glassed in patio.......did kill 2 roaches and had to clean two of patio windows to enjoy the view. Great central location. Great experience.

Fantastic Location

Property was perfectly situated between golf course for views and the beach. We were able to watch golfers as they putted on the third hole, and then when wanted we would take a short walk across the street for beach access to take walks on the beach with our dog. Access to Sea Pines through the back gate made entry and exciting very easy versus the front gate which can get congested at times.

Love this condo

Beautifully renovated and wonderful location. Love the sunroom and the view of the golf course. Short walking distance to the beach. The owner was very quick to help solve a problem at the very beginning of our stay. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

This villa was lovely. We really enjoyed our time here. It is comfortable, well furnished and has everything you need. Love the location. As others have said it is minutes from the beach. Loved watching the golfers and we continued to feed the birds as did the last renter. Totally worth watching the variety of birds. Vacasa was very prompt with any questions. We have already rented again!

Spring Break 2023

This was a spacious villa for our family of 4 and our dog. The walk to the beach was easy and we found lots to do in Sea Pines. Found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the grill to make a couple of meals. We'd consider staying here again.

Fantastic location

Property had wonderful view of a par three green. Very great to sit and view the green and the occasional golfers. Then it was a brief walk across the street for beach access. Our family enjoyed walks on the beach. The property was relatively close to the back gate so when we wanted to venture out from Sea Pines it was very simple.

Perfect villa

Many thanks to the owners! The villa was renovated in such a thoughtful way, for beauty, comfort, and function. Very clean and neat; great view out the back window. Kitchen was clean, bright and all appliances were top drawer. Master bath has a great shower; sofas and beds very comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Location felt secluded from traffic. We have already booked for next year. Thanks again!

Great location...Spotless

We always stay in Sea Pines when visiting Hilton Head. We also love this villa community and its proximity to the beach. The one level villas are great. We had stayed in a two level a couple of years ago and our older dog did not care for the stairs at all. The villa was spotless, plus had a lot more "starter" packs of items that you might need (coffee filters, dishwashing pods, etc.) We loved the sunroom that went the entire length of the back of the unit. I also liked that this unit had large beds in both bedrooms as opposed to twins in one. Perfect for me, my husband, and adult daughter. Had a slight issue with cable/internet 1st night but local Vacasa maintenance man Giovanni was out bright and early the next morning to fix. Just a great, relaxing place.

your management sucks at communicating

We wanted to check in early, but were told due to the extreme cleaning they do, we could not. The door was left open by your cleaning crew and bugs were everywhere. The dishes had bugs, the place was a mess. I called and emailed twice, got no response. I emailed twice before leaving to get some idea on what the home had available and got no reply.

Hilton Head Getaway 2020

Property was as described online except for a couple of things. The condo was very dusty and there were cat hairs all over the guest room bed. Because we were expecting friends to meet and stay with us (this would be their room) we spent a lot of time doing what the cleaning staff should have been doing. Covid-19 should have not be an excuse for the cleaning staff to be rushed and could only do so much in their time allotted, but should be a reason for the unit to be extra clean. Would not hesitate to stay in this condo again as it was very well appointed and in a very nice area. Everything about the unit was great except for the things mentioned above.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stay in Sea Pines every time we visit, which is annually, but this is the first time we’ve stayed in this area, and we loved it. Nice and quiet and very convenient to everything. The beach access being just across the street, and this being a one-story, street-level condo, makes it hard to beat. It was very clean, instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy, and communication from Vacasa was top notch. This is a pet-friendly rental, but you’d never know it! I’ve reduced a half star for a few small critiques, but nothing that should be a deal breaker: AC unit is loud (like jet-flying-over loud, lol), and to keep things cool, it has to be on a lot; tv remote in living room didn’t work properly and needs replacing (reported issue); tp holder in master bath is broken (reported issue); bed is hard and springy (this is a preference and didn’t go into rating, but wanted to let those who HAVE to have softness know)…for a week, I could deal; water pressure is insane (I think it’s too high, honestly, and should be addressed), which is funny because I’m normally complaining about lack of water pressure…but when I can’t wash my face in the shower and have to cover the nips because of the needle-like water stream, it’s an issue. Overall, we liked this rental, would rent again, and recommend it!
