Hem ombyggt 2013/2017 inklusive alla nya badrum (sten), utbyte av alla apparater (Viking och LG), installation av central luft. Vatten / torktumlare och diskmaskin. Sovrummet har vÀlvt tak och badrum. Mycket mysig stuga nÀra staden men det kÀnns som ditt lÄngt borta. 1. 7 tunnland fantastisk fastighet.

Temporary home in the mountains

Excellent property and host located just up the road from downtown Highlands. Cozy cabin, quiet location but still so close to civilization. Loved the woods, local wildlife, chefs stove in the kitchen and grills outback. Comfy couches too! Would bring my family to stay here again!

1st time in highlands

10 nights in Highlands in June/July. Really nice cabin. Super location. Close to downtown. Outstanding neighborhood.

“Home” for the holiday

We loved our time here-perfect kitchen for cooking together and loads of firewood ready for cozy evenings. We did not want to leave!

Terrific Cabin!

We loved this cabin and the location can’t be beat. Right around the corner from Highlands and surrounded by great hiking and waterfalls.

Great property very convenient to highlands

We had a great stay, this house is a very short drive to town. Clean property with nice beds and baths. Owner was right next door and very welcoming and helpful.

Loved the location. The upstairs bed wasn’t super comfortable and the house had a bit of a smell to it. Other than those two things it was great!

Great cabin close to Main Street

House was clean and fully stocked with everything we could ever need. A gift bottle of wine was an unexpected surprise, especially after the 6-hour drive to get there. The location was perfect for all of our wedding events, the daytime hikes to waterfalls, and trips into town. I highly recommend staying in this cozy cabin!

Clean, Convenient, Cute Cottage!

This may have been the cleanest vacation home we've ever rented - it was stocked and ready with everything we needed, it was immaculate and made it very easy to feel right at home. Keith was in great touch with us and made himself available if we needed anything. The proximity to town made it super convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again - the house was great.

Birthday weekend with daughters

We arrived on Thursday & the hurricane was supposed to bring bad weatherKeith & I talked before our arrival about possibilities. Weather was great, cottage was well appointed and all was super. Perfect long weekend with my daughters. Comfortable beds, great bedrooms and bathrooms, fireplace was super for a cozy evening fire. It was a wonderful place for us and I would love to go back again!!

I absolutely love this area for its natural beauty and weather. Beautiful 1.7 acres that is secluded and yet close to main street. 1.7 miles from Old Edwards Inn!

The raised front porch has a view of the forest (very lush). The doors, paneling and exposed rafters were built from wood on the property. Open kitchen and living room with loft above. Very cozy and unique cabin. Viking Range/Microwave, LG Stacked Washer and Dryer, Bosch Dishwasher and Green Egg. All Clad pots and pans.
