Great spot for group of 8

Stayed over a weekend with friends. Plenty of rooms and beds, and decent size living area with a couch and table with benches. Not fancy but clean, comfy beds, could park three cars between garage and driveway, could easily find street parking for 1-2 more cars. Ubered into sf in the evening, took 30mins and about 35-40 each way. Many resto options very close by, and a nice strip mall with Philz, Safeway, Paris baguette, etc.Rright off 280 For easy transport. Host was responsive and respectful. Recommend overall!

Nice place with good location but terrible property manager

- Property manager demanded for FULL, non-refundable payment 3weeks before actual stay. This is already a major turn off. - Property is ok, but it's very dirty, cobwebs present on the windows, scrubbing foam not even replaced from previous use, theres even a dirty sock found under the sofa. - Property manager called up 11pm asking me to take out the garbage by myself. - When i asked for additional toilet papers, he said he still need to take time to buy, like it's too troublesome. - The kitchen pantry us dirty , and the shower glass door in one of the washroom inside the bedroom is broken. - For the amount paid for the stay here, it is definitely not worth it.- Overall, i wont recommend this property unless you won't mind dealing with this manager and the dirty property.

Great location!

Great location close to San Francisco and the SF airport. The owner was polite and responsive to messaging. The house was clean and the multiple bedrooms worked great for a large group.

The house met our needs. We had a family of 10 and everyone was comfortable. Communication with the host was good. The property was close to stores and restaurants. We would stay at this house again.

Nice home in great location

We came to San Francisco for a wedding and the whole family wanted to stay together rather than be split up in hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The updates are very nice and it was really clean. The only negative would be the kitchen was not very well stocked if you needed to cook a meal for a large group (as far as large utensils, serving dishes and pans) Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive, he sent the door code the day of, it was easy to check in and out and we had NO problems at all. Thank you Jer!

Host very rude in his communications with me and other members in my party. False advertising to start, house advertised, is not where we stayed.

Perfect weekend

Our family of 9 had ample space and privacy amongst the house and in the bedrooms. The house was super clean upon entering. Very open and homey. The beds were super comfy, nobody complained. We spent just as much time outside and we did inside. The view and peace you get back there was unmatched. Cons: - Bring your own bath linens (what is provided isn’t big enough or enough for more than one person per room) - when we arrived the house smelled stale, like no one had been in there for a while (but we just left the windows open for a couple hours and lit a candle. The smell wasn’t an issue after that first evening) - no laundry supplies (target was nearby so we bought some soap and softener) - not enough toilet paper or paper towels (we had to re-up on paper products halfway through our 4-day trip, not enough stocked for the home) This trip was so perfect. This was a birthday trip that turned into an engagement celebration. This house played a very large part in my happiness that weekend.

Large group Thanksgiving dinner

This was a last minute booking, so I was glad to find a place big enough to hold 14 people for Thanksgiving dinner. The back patio was a lovely spot, but really noisy from the freeway. The view was impressive. The public rooms of the house (living/dining) were pretty cramped, but the bedrooms and kitchen were good sized. We had an issue with the oven not working (on Thanksgiving day!) We managed to figure it out, but the manager being completely unresponsive was a bit annoying.

Great stay

We needed a place that fit 14 people for a family reunion and this place accommodates us perfectly. Jer was very responsive and delivered supplies to match what promised. Location works for us - only 15 minutes from SFO airport and 30 minutes to SF pier areas. We enjoyed the view from the terrace too.

San Fran Trip

This property was cancelled last minute and we were downgraded to a 5 bedroom and the house was not ready for a rental. These are the list of issues we had with the place List -Garbage disposal didn't work -Floors were dirty. -no dishtowels -regular towels -lights didn't go on in the house -dryer made noise -some outlets werent working -lamp in living room was broken

Great Spot for Groups

The house was a great landing for our group of ten, spending the weekend riding out of SF and Santa Cruz. Communication with the property manager was smooth and they were quick to reply and bring what we needed (towels) while at the house.

Don’t stay here unless you want a party house

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The house was not clean, or stocked with any customary items you would see in a mid to high end priced rental home which I considered this place to be. We had to immediately go out to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and a wine opener. There weren’t any measuring cups or measuring spoons or any kind of kitchen necessities you would find in any other property if you are a frequent renter with your family and you would expect to be preparing meals together in the home your are renting. The bath towels shredded on use. They were like the gym towels you get for a quick shower at your club and certainly wouldn't want to use them for any purpose but just to rinse off. The house had minimal stocked bath or hand towels. Just one bath towel was left on each of the beds. As if there was only one person per room and one bath towel per person would suffice for the entire stay. Even though there is a washer and dryer they did not leave any clothes soap so we had to make another trip to the store and purchase Tide to wash our towels. After all the extras we had to pay for we could have stayed at a nice 5 star hotel. This is without even mentioning the garbage disposal and the dishwasher didn’t work for a day which we had to call the owner to come fix. The owner/manager was great with responding but seriously who wants the vacation interrupted with a handy man in the kitchen for several hours. Also, I'd rather the kind man not have needed to respond to our requests or lack of satisfaction. Did I mention how dirty the house was. My kids feet were black on the bottom from walking barefoot. The amount of gum that was stuck on the carpet could make a complete pack of gum. The couch was filthy and stained. The bannister to the stair way is a hazard and not even secure to the wall. There were wires coming out of the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms. I actually could go on and on and I’m really beyond disappointed with this booking. We are a family with 4 kids that wanted to get away as part of the Thanksgiving holiday. I hate to say it but this booking has made me lose trust in renting from this site. Please stay on top of checking the hosts out. I guess it’s my fault too. After I booked the house I got a message from the host asking if I was having a party because they have had too many party’s in the house and they were getting neighbor complaints. I should have known that was a red flag.

Very nice house renovation and views

Our group was impressed with the beautiful views from this house. The pictures are quite accurate. The location is great, very near SF and some less than 10 min to the airport. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and great water pressure. Wifi, TV cable, washer and dryer all worked great. We enjoyed ourselves and recommend this listing. The host was responsive during the stay. Thank you.
