Detta hus på bottenvåningen vid viken har en spektakulär utsikt över den vackra stranden Santa Rosa. Gå direkt ut ur vardagsrummet och vardagsrummet på din egen privata uteplats. Seasoned Seagrove Travelers

Loved the location on the beach! Nice neighborhood. Central location and proximity to our favorite 30a attractions. We’ll book this one again. Deducted one star for sliding door difficult to open and close and TV across the room with no instructions to help those unfamiliar with the set up. Also, had to ask for pest service which was promptly provided and took care of the issue. But…highly recommend the property and hated to leave.

Outdated and dirty but great location

There were German cockroaches in the unit, and we also found rodent droppings. The unit is in a great location but badly needs to be updated, cleaned, with pest control.

Bugs!!!!!!!!

This place really needs to be fumigated for roaches before anyone else stays. We love the location, and the condo is great for what we were looking for. However, there were so many bugs!! One night my son woke me up to let me know he had opened the refridgerator to get a cold water and the light from the fridge exposed roaches crawling around the kitchen floor. When I went to inspect, there were dozens of roaches crawling around the floor and counter space. The next morning we found a roach in the silverware drawer when opened. We noticed small specs on the dishes in the cabinets that smeared to the touch, I'm guessing left behind by bugs. One night I found roach crawling on my son's bed as he slept in it!!!!!! Needless to say, we did not sleep very well while we stayed here and we were always skittish. Not worth the money we spent to stay here.

Repair, Repair, Update

The location is good, but we stayed in 205 two years ago and there were no screen doors on the sliders looking out onto the beach. We stayed again this year. There were still no screen doors on the sliding doors. We had to chase birds out of the condo and swat at least one or two bees everyday. The alternative was sitting in the condo with the doors closed. As it was, we did close up in the evening because of the lack of screens. No listening to the ocean after dark. Also, there were no locks on either sliding door. Security came from laying sticks in the tracks so the door would not open. The TV is old and very small. It is not even HD much less Smart. We've stayed in other units and we are friends with a few other regulars who are there while we are there every year. The all have screen doors. The all have locks on the sliding doors, and they all have larger, up to date TVs. C'mon.

Ease of Access

The property was in a very convenient private location with excellent access to the beach. The interior was a little dated and could use some upgrades and renovations. We did notice droppings from a little creature the was possibly living in the couch that we attempted to use. We loved the fact that the property had a washer and dryer. Personally would have wanted more privacy unit/backside porch is located at the beach access walkway.

Awful cleanliness

The location was perfect! I would like a partial refund! The rear door could hardly open due to age and corrosion of the metal frame, the place was so dirty, the bathtub bottom was dark brown, pillow in master room was stained beyond comfort, the rear door handles on sliding door were hanging off broken, completely not safe! There wasn’t enough silverware for everyone to even eat at once. This place needs some serious work. Very disappointing for the price!

Great location!

We loved the location and were happy to find out there were two toilet areas (since there were 4 of us). The parking and ease of getting into the property was wonderful! The only negative comment would be that the unit could use some updated decorations, really just cosmetic. The people renting next to us asked us to stop in for a drink and their unit had very cute and updated decor, it just gave a more cozy and homey feel. But all in all we loved the stay!

No WiFi/Tiny Towels

Place is a great location and worth it in itself. Teh Wi-Fi was down the entire time I reached out in the first day and never heard from anyone to fix it even after following up. It was cleanish but the shower/tub was not clean. The sheets I had to wash myself and there were only hand towels and no full size towels in the house. Beach access was great but had to have my own gear. It felt very turn and burn but a little paint, new twin beds, and a better cleaning crew and that place would be perfect.

Average, could be fabulous!

Perfect location and view, the ocean is literally 50 yards away. Layout of the unit is good. Some cleaning issues at check-in, Vacasa quickly responded. Mattress needs a pad or cover, better yet a new mattress. Minimal sliver ware, small rugs inside each entrance would help reduce dirt and sand.

Nice location but not the cleanest

Right on the beach… nice updates inside but hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Couch fabric was dirty, drapes and chair fabric also. Bathroom sinks were not clean and kitchen had skillets with burnt food on them- housekeeping was attentive when we called to bring more than 3 coffee cups- they brought new skillets too. Have stayed in this unit for 20 years under different ownerships but it needs attention for the price per night.

Location, Location, Location

Would we stay here again? Absolutely. First floor with just a few steps before you're on the beach is the only way to go. Close to Seaside. Secluded street with easy parking. It has two separate toilets and sinks with a shared shower which is outstanding when you have five to six staying there. Now there are some of you folks that stay in $2-4M "houses" with all the latest appliances and updated decor, and this is not that place. Is it nice? Yes. Was it clean? Yes. But there is definite maintenance and upgrades that could happen to make it even better. We'll definitely rent this same condo again.

Family Time

We came to spend time with family which stayed in 201 and 207. We were 205. Ours was clean but decor outdated, mismatched and dirty drapes. No screens to slider, but fit the minimal needs and great for grands to drop in. 201 is extraordinary, 207 nicer but upstairs. Storm cut our time short on the beach and we left Wednesday 4pm.

Old and Cheap.

We have always stayed in eastern Shores, we love it here because is beachfront and close to everything. This specific unit lacked many things. They have leftover spoons, forks, cups, pots, etc. There were only 3 coffee cups for example and the can opener was so old and cheap. In general, everything was cheap and not to the standard of Seagrove. There were no bed sheets for the sofa and the AC stopped working on Sunday so, we spend the last night without AC. I love staying in Eastern Shores but this specific unit needs a Re-do. Everything was very old and cheap quality.
