En master king sovrum med eget badrum. 2 bunkar byggda på korridoren för barn. En drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Ett extra badrum för gästerna. Koppla av och njut av svala vindar och vackra solnedgångar på denna 3: e våningen lägenhet med utsikt över bukten från dig balkong med bord / stolar och en solstol. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla apparater och en mängd kryddor för din matlagning. Det finns ett stort urval av böcker medan du lägger på stranden och njuter av solen. Stol och paraplyuthyrning finns direkt på stranden från den privata och gateda stranden tillgång till handflatorna. Det finns en pool och ett fint familjegrillområde som ligger intill det. Inga städavgifter, jag bor nära och renar det själv :)

Easter Beach Visit

This condo is very nice, clean and excellent location. We enjoyed or visit to the beach and the sunrise Easter service on the beach at Seaside. The condo and grounds are well maintained, and you couldn't ask for a better view from the balcony, palm trees and beach. I definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.

We loved our stay at A14. Third floor is the best gulf view. We had everything we needed. Great beach closet with all the essentials. We’ve already rebooked.

This property is all about the beautiful view of the Gulf, which is why we rented it. The kitchen and living room really need updating. The TV is very small and dated, and the sofa, the kitchen appliances, and the piecemeal glassware all need an upgrade. The property’s grounds are manicured and lovely, with great beach access, so if older interior decor doesn’t bother you, you should be fine. There is also construction very close by (next door), so there’s some noise related to that. The pool is small but refreshing.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this condo. The view from the balcony AND even the living area was absolutely jaw-dropping! The condo was very comfortable, and the kitchen had some extra staples which was certainly a plus.We loved our stay!

Love 30A and The Palms

This condo is amazing! Beautiful view, very clean and the host was available if we needed. You do have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the third level condo but the view of the Gulf make it so worth it. We will stay again!

Great Location, excellent host

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Great view of the beach from the balcony, and incredibly easy access to the beach. Fishing was good as well.

The Emerald Coast never disappoints

Location - location- location Listing is just as described. Master bed was comfy. There was a little dust and sand but that’s to be expected in a beach condo. Other than that no complaints. The location couldn’t be better and the balcony has a killer view. All around great value.

Excellent location. Gorgeous beach. Beach service personnel is great. View from balcony is superb. Communication with host is top notch. Check the condo before you purchase beach items as there is a plentiful supply of things. Will definetly be back!

Right on the beach

I searched for a property at Santa Rosa but ended up in Seagrove, which was a happy mistake. I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient place right on the beach.

Wonderful location!

Great location. Close to Seaside but not too close. Not overly busy. The private beach access was perfect. The closet had a couple umbrellas and chairs but you could also rent if desired right by the property as well. Had most of the things you need in the kitchen for cooking and we loved having the crockpot. I saw mixed reviews on the master mattress. I thought the bed was very comfortable. my husband was not as much of a fan of the bed. The bed is more of a soft mattress style instead of firm so it's just preference. I would call this place not as "boujee" as the rest of 30A but it was perfect for our family of young kids. The top bunk doesn't have a railing so we made a little safety pillow hump so my kiddo wouldn't accidentally fall out. The views from the balcony were incredible. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on the beautiful scenic 30A. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is a bike and walking path all along 30A.
