THE HOUSE
The property has a house of 2 levels and two individual cabins, for a total of 3 rooms (all with air conditioning and cable TV), 4 full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area, a large living room, terrace, balcony, a BBQ area, and our gigantic patio with pool, volleyball court and fishing area for in the estuary. All areas are fully furnished with a contemporary / rustic design.
The property does not have close neighbors so it is very private!
It also includes:
- Concierge available 24 hours
- Public bus stops in front of the property
- Parking for 5 vehicles
- WIFI
- TV with cable
- Cleaning
LOCAL BEACHES
We are only 50 meters (150ft) from Potrero beach (public access is 300 mts /700ft away), and very close to the best beaches of Guanacaste such as: Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Conchal, Playa Penca, Playa Danta and Playa Flamingo (3min away). These beaches are known to be familiar, very safe and depending on the beach you can practice different activities such as: swimming, surfing, diving, bodyboarding, fishing, among others.
You can also enjoy quiet walks on the beach, horseback riding, sunbathing on the white sand, or watch the spectacular and romantic sunsets, without a doubt, the best in the country at Playa Flamingo.
AREA
Playa Potrero is located in one of the safest and most luxurious areas of Costa Rica. It is a quiet destination with a true upscale/beach town atmosphere, with all the necessary amenities, but without being overpopulated with tourist trade or crowds on the beaches. This is a perfect place to rest.
At the end of the beach you can find a small fishing community that offers freshly caught fish every day and a fair of local artisans.
The area has excellent restaurants, bars with live music, supermarkets, car rentals, adventure tours, banks and souvenir shops.
Potrero is located 45min-1hour from the Liberia International Airport (LIR), northwest of Guanacaste. There are direct flights from the United States,Canada and Europe.

Hi! We are your hosts Mihael and Anna, from California USA. We love traveling the world with our daughter and have been inspired to help others do the same by hosting you in different residences we have bought over time with some help from our family. We look forward to having you stay in our unique homes and hoping you have a great and fun stay!

We have been visiting Potrero and Flamingo since we can remember and have always found it to be one of the safest and most welcoming beach towns in Costa Rica. We simply love it!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This is not your traditional beach house. We have built it inspired by our love and connection with nature. I has been designed so you and your party spend most of the day outdoors enjoying the weather and a wide variety of natural habitats that the area has to offer. The living room and kitchen are under the roof, however you will find no walls giving you direct access to outdoor activities, such as our pool and volleyball court or theBBQ area. You will have a private entrance to a thriving Estuary Ecosystem where you can even catch dinner if you are an avid fisher. From the estuary access you will also be able to see the beach and feel the cool ocean breeze as you enjoy of the sunset.
