Loved the location

Pool was cleaned daily, every morning. Beach was easily accessible and our condo came with 2 chairs and an umbrella!! Ocean was amazing! Very clear!! Would definitely stay again at Sunrise!!!

Wonderful Resort

As "older" women (81, 70, & 68), we had a wonderful time. Everyone in the resort was very welcoming and courteous. All the other visitors were very nice to us and we felt very welcome. The pool was wonderful and the perfect temperature and so was the condo. Very roomy, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

Great location, great grounds, updates needed

Great location, the property does phenomenal job of maintaining grounds and enforcing safety and "rules" plenty of luggage carts, and the gas grills were an added bonus clean, and well maintained. This condo had outdated/worn/wobbly patio and kitchen table furniture. Sticky fingerprints on all 3 bathroom doors, kitchen pantry and kitchen cabinets. 3rd bed bathroom cabinets the material is literally peeling off the cabinets. The AC was turned off EVERY night/day and NO ONE was willing/able to help figure out why the AC was turning off. The panel was literally broken screen had nothing on it from 11pm-7am, it's like it was programmed this way. The condo is directly above the pool, would NOT have booked if I would have known, way too noisy throughout day/night. The WiFi comes and goes and when on patio it is gone more than on. Beds are comfortable, dishes/utensils provided are great. Loved the blinds/storm shutters on windows!

It's a great place to stay!

We were very disappointed that 5-7 ADULTS put suds in the hot tub in front of our room. Security was called but however, there was no punishment. They were allowed to stay in the pool til closing time at 10pm. They also got in the pool to rinse all the suds off. One was smoking a cigarette and all the guys were very rude and disrespectful (loud filthy language )when security left. We were very disappointed in how this situation was handled. Other than this situation, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family!

Nice stay, pool is a no fun zone

The hotel itself was great. Everyone from Vacasa that I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. The layout of the hotel was a little different but we got used to it and still enjoyed. The only thing I would have to complain about is the pool area. It's like a no fun zone. A security guard constantly walking around yelling at the kids. It's vacation and they can't do anything but float in the pool. Our room was above the pool and I saw so many of guest arguing with each other. Over your kid splashed my stuff or keep your kid by you. I even had a very rude women say something to me about my 13 year old swimming. I was on the balcony and could see his every move. But she didn't know that. And chewed me out when I carried him sunscreen down. So pretty much the pool was no fun. But everything else was great!

I love that there are 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. There were enough chairs at the dining table to accommodate our group of 6. The ocean is amazing!

Large condo is a good value for the price.

Spacious condo is comfortable and convenient for vacationing families. Central PCB location puts you close local shopping and dining areas. Complimentary beach set-up is a cost saver.

Excellent!!!!

Our last night here in Home 601. I say home because it felt like one. Everything spic and spam. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Right above the pool. The staff was very friendly and I got a call everyday making sure everything was okay. We were missing a broom and the staff went out of their way to go buy one for us! My family will definitely be back! Thankyou to the owner’s. We have been so pleased!

We really liked to location, but as another reviewer wrote you can't see the beach because of the concert wall. You can see the ocean, but not the beach. The property was clean and the beds comfortable..

Wouldn't stay again... no response from owners regarding issues

I read all the reviews of every condo so I want to make sure all the possible details from our stay are included. Here is a recap of our stay... First, the sun rises outside the 2nd and 3rd bedroom so the master bedroom stays darker in the mornings if you like it to be dark to sleep. Second, the pool is thoroughly cleaned every morning beginning at 7am sharp right outside the master bedroom door. Those guys work hard! Also, we did see dolphins a couple of days so that was nice. Now for the other stuff... 1-View of the sand is obstructed by the wall on the pool deck so if you like to sit on the balcony and see the beach, don't stay at this condo unless you want to see the sand on the side, the front view of the beach is completely obstructed. 2-Bottom shelf in the refrigerator is missing....everything falls in the crisper drawer. The ice maker doesn't work at all so be prepared to buy ice everyday. There is rust on the outside of the refrigerator. They came to check it but couldn't fix it. 3-Kitchen light blinks on and off. Ballast needs changing and needs bulbs. 4-Side door to the balcony is hard to open. 5-Wifi is very sketchy... like in and out every 2/3 minutes and yes, we did try resetting the router. 6-The doors to the balcony from the master bedroom and living room do not have locks on them. This wouldn't typically be of concern but since it is so close to the ground, it should be addressed. 7- The recliner in the living room doesn’t recline. We had a guest that needed to use a recliner and was unable to use this one. The cords have been cut under the bottom so no way for it to work. 8-Blown light bulbs in living room and the second bedroom. The office gave us ONE light bulb which we replaced. 9-The television in the third bedroom doesn't work. 10-Toilet paper holder roller missing in third bathroom – they brought one the next day. 11-AC filter was nasty, hadn't been changed in a long time. The office brought a filter and we changed it. 12-No potholders, baking sheets, muffin pans, cookie sheets (only a roaster pan in the whole kitchen)- the office gave us A cookie sheet and 2 potholders. 13-No mattress pad on the beds and the master mattress has urine stains. 14- Vacuum cleaner doesn’t work, spits sand in the floor We were told the owner was responsible for most of these issues which is a shame since we spent a lot of money and expected much better.

Bed needs replaced

The condo was beautiful the master bed was broke down and springs poking out was the worst bed I ever slept in my husband slept on couch, we were so sore we spent money on massages did not help and left a day early because we could not take another night.
