We will be back

We really enjoyed this place. So close to the water. It wasnt too crowded. We brought our own umbrellas and set up where we wanted to. The condo was clean and comfortable for us. We will be back.

It was a workout instead of a vacation

The elevator was broke when we checked in and it was still broke when we checked out 6 days later. We were on the top floor and had to walk 85-90 step just to go to the room. If you are just doing this once it wouldn’t be that bad but when you do it for 6-7 days MULTIPLE times a day to carry up groceries, waters, luggage and everything else it’s TERRIBLE. the room itself was good but the elevator being broke for that long is ridiculous. My husband works a lot and we only get one family vacation a year and this made our vacation very aggravating. You don’t want to spend that much money on a vacation and then work the entire time you’ve came to relax. Even the kids didn’t want to go anywhere because nobody wanted to walk those steps that much. One day I counted 9 times I had to go up and down the steps going to the beach, pool, eat, store, etc. that is over 700 steps and that’s just one day! I can’t imagine if we had someone that was older with us or a baby that we had to carry up the steps that much. We called multiple times and nobody seemed to think it was a big deal. Very frustrating!

A great stay!

I have stayed in many properties at Pinnacle Port, and this one ranks at the top! Clean, spacious, well- equipped! Would love ceiling fans, but each room had a standing fan in them so it was fine! Would definitely book again!

Vaca September 2022

Very beautiful overlooking the beach and watching dolphins in the ocean. Very clean unit, we have stayed in others and weren’t as clean and equipped with kitchen supplies. Only thing is the couch n chair need to be replaced they are dirty and feathers were coming out of the cushions all week. Would like to see a reclining couch n chair ❤️❤️

Hot and humid with NO AC

Unit was clean and updated but upon arriving we walked into a unit full of fans running because there was little to no AC. I immediately call the management office where I was informed that the Chillers had been down since July 4th. No one contacted me in advance to inform me of the problem prior to our travels. I was offered a refund if we vacated the property. But my family had traveled 650 miles for a family reunion with my 86 year old mother so leaving was not an option. I was not offered a unit with working AC.

Arrived at unit and it was like walking into a sauna. Air conditioner did not work. Notified property manager by phone and text. Only response was they were sorry and put in a work order. Very disappointed, not worth the amount charged. My son-in-law went to the office after checking out to put in a complaint as we had to get the airport early and was told they would reach out to me the next day. Have not heard a word out of VACASA.

Perfect Ocean view

Overall stay at this location was fantastic. Outside of condo looks dated but inside was surprising. Unit is right off the elevator and stairs. Easy access to beach and pools. The view from the corner balcony was great (does get quite windy). There are two sliding glass doors to get onto the balcony but one was blocked off by the couch. The cleanliness of the unit was good. Feet did get dirty/black when walking around barefoot. Not sure if from in the unit or the balcony. Otherwise it was spotless. Master bed was comfortable with abundant amount of pillows. Other two bedrooms without complaints from the kids. Plenty of bath towels, washcloths and 3 beach towels. Kitchen was fully stocked. Only supply two dishwasher and two laundry pods. Washer and dryer work well. Beach wasn’t crowded. There are some random beach supplies which we didn’t use but saw on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. A great time had by all.

4 times and still a Charm

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this condo! It is perfect for our family. Balcony offers wonderful views east and west. Well stocked, with upgraded patio furniture. We will come back.

Perfect location and beautiful views!!!

We loved our stay in this condo! The condo is located on the top floor and the wrap around balcony views cannot be beat. We spent a lot of time outside for meals or just relaxing and reading a book. The furnishings in the condo were of high quality and everything was tastefully decorated. I also loved that every bedroom has it's own full bathroom. I haven't seen this feature in many three bedroom condos. We cooked several meals in the condo and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed. The walk to the beach is extremely short!! Once you get off the elevator you can be on the beach within a minute. The beach is quiet and was never overcrowded. Food and shopping was just minutes away at either 30A or Panama City Beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful condo! Great location

The unit was not cleaned. I left a detailed list of all concerns at vacasa. No washer until Thursday evening. Other concerns Include Internet service, television troubles. I think all issues we’re maintenance/ cleaning related. The unit is lovely. Beds were great! I will rent this unit again. I have stayed at pinnacle port several times.

Great Condo!

We have visited Pinnacle Port many times, and this condo is easily one of the best in which we have stayed. Great view, spacious living space, and well appointed - everyone had a great time! We did have an issue with our key not working correctly upon arrival, and housekeeping had to actually give us one of their keys in order to get inside. Our original key never really worked the entire time. It is 2020, I think it is time to upgrade to a keypad for this unit! I would like to point out that when I went back to the rental office to let them know we could not get in, the local Vacasa staff were all very quick to help and fix the situation. Within just a few minutes, both a housekeeping and maintenance associate were are the condo to resolve the issue. Everyone was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly! Would definitely book this unit again (especially if a keypad is installed :)).

Gorgeous Unit Great Views

Fantastic unit, super clean, and I’m picky. Classic coastal decor, very nice. Management company was terrific. Community is lovely, convenient to pharmacy, grocery, 30A and Pier Park. Being on the top floor was nice and quiet. My only suggestion would be to have keypad entry rather than having to keep up with a key. Thanks for the great stay!
