Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and well outfitted with everything we needed. Everything was great!

Dream come true!

You never truly know what you'll walk into, just booking something you see on the internet with no prior knowledge. Trust me when I say this place was absolutely perfect! It was family friendly but still quiet and relaxing. The beautiful beach is just steps away. I woke up every day to the sound of the waves crashing and so miss that now that we're back home. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything was accessible. We can't wait to go back!

Great vacation! Wonderful condo.

The condo was great. The only negatives were the shower curtains need to be cleaned, had some mildew / soap scum on bottom of them. And the bed skirting was a bit dusty / dirty. And just for your information we did see a couple large roaches the morning we left, but that was the first time we had seen anything. The bedrooms need something better on the windows to help block the early sunlight for sleeping. And it is very hard to keep upstairs cool. Other than what I have mentioned, we would definitely stay again, in the same condo. Had a awesome week!!

Beautiful surroundings with limited living comfort

We had a wonderful time overall thanks to the beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there were a few points of criticism that were somewhat unacceptable: 1. The beds were all of poor quality (mattresses were worn out), which affected our sleeping comfort (on our tour, we also stayed in various hotels in different price ranges, and the beds in all of them were much better). 2. The seating furniture (except for the dining area) was all relatively uncomfortable. In particular, we were unfortunately unable to use the iron chairs on the balconies, even though we love to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine – a real shame. 3. The rooms were just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness, but on closer inspection there was dust and a whole colony of dead insects on one of the balconies. 4. Unfortunately, there was no information in the apartment about recommended excursion destinations, tours, shopping facilities, and other important information, as we have come to expect from all the vacation apartments we have visited so far. We tried the concierge address listed on the internet portal and also filled out and submitted the form provided, but unfortunately we did not receive any response at all. We have never experienced this before and did not expect it, given that the booking process was so well organized.

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our time in this condo! The setup was perfect for my family of five plus two grandparents! Easy walk to the beach everyday, and it’s in close proximity to everything you could want on 30A! We will be back!

AMAZING Condo in every way!

We can not say enough great things about this property. It is decorated like a magazine, has anything you will need and is very comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning. The beach access and pool are perfect for a family or group gathering. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and 10 other families rented units at this property. It was perfect in every way. The building itself is under construction and the elevators are a bit slow, but they are actively working on resolving that one issue. I would 100% go back to this property, and ScenicStays was very easy to work with. Highly recommend on all levels!

Don’t Book

We did not get to stay at the unit because owner cancelled us 2 days before we were to arrive. We were very upset this happened. We had reservation since March 18th. We had 1 day to find another unit. Property manager offered another property but not in the area we wanted to stay.

labor day holiday!

My family and I were this past weekend of Labor Day, Waooo! spectacular this apartment. It is more beautiful than in the photos. Two balconies with incredible views! Super clean, very good quality sheets, the building is incredible, saunas, swimming pool. private exit to the beach. The personal cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, are very good. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Everything, everything is incredible! We didn't even want to leave. It is super cozy, communication with the hosts is very fast! I recommend it to 💯!!

Love pinnacle port

I love pinnacle port we have stayed there for over 15 years first time renting from you. The only thing was the tan blinds didn’t filter the sun, and no curtains, drapes, or anything over sliding glass doors in living area,

Home away from home

Pinnacle port is our vacation spot we have stayed in several different condos this one was cute and had comfortable beds. Definitely could use a better air conditioning unit dark curtains better tvs and cable service. Overall a good time!

Disappointed

Disappointed with air conditioner not cooling especially it only being May. Can only imagine if it had been June or July. Three elevators in our tower and only two operational. One of the two actually went down and was repaired same day. Property is older but great location and ease of beach access is perfect.

Beach fun!

I would rent this property again, but not in the summer. The A/C can't keep up. Also, the dryer couldn't keep up with us. We did love the views, beautiful beach, and great shopping! Very clean and plenty of towels!

Amenities are great at Pinnacle Port

The pool, games and friendliness of the other guests is unparalleled. The units though are older. This one has granite countertops and a new couch and comfy beds but if you like to cook, rent a different condo. Very poor pots and pans. Also the appliances work very poorly. There was a lot of dirt along the perimeter of the floor too. The beach view balcony is off the bedroom upstairs, not the living room. The living room tv couldn’t open any apps like prime or Netflix, only the bedrooms’ tvs. We like renting at Pinnacle Port but not this unit.
