Nytt på marknaden för 2020!

Välkommen till Island Girl! Nybyggnad 4 sovrum enfamiljshus bara några steg från stranden. Detta spektakulära hem har två sovrum - ett på nedervåningen och ett på övervåningen - båda med en king size-säng, ytterligare två sovrum med drottningssängar och ett våningssäng med fyra XL-enkelsängar. 12 sovplatser bekvämt.

Vi erbjuder massor av fluffiga handdukar i varje badrum och alla sängkläder.

Strandstol och paraplytjänst ingår i hyran! Det finns ytterligare fyra solstolar på fastigheten du kan ta med till stranden. Vi tillhandahåller en vagn som hjälper dig att bära lasten till sanden. Vi erbjuder också alla dina badlakan.

Privat parkering för upp till sex bilar och en privat pool med en solhylla. Kabel och säkert internet tillhandahålls. TV-apparater i sovrum och vardagsrum. Stor bakre veranda med gasgrill och uteservering under stjärnorna efter en rolig dag i solen.

Fullt möblerat kök med allt du behöver - kastruller, kokkärl, disk, köksredskap (utom kryddor). Keurig kaffebryggare och en tekanna för att få din morgon till en bra start innan en dag på stranden. Vi tillhandahåller några kaffekalor för att komma igång din första dag.

Flera restauranger är i närheten som du kan promenera till. Vi är 15 minuter från Frank Brown Sports Complex och Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheatre på Pier Park. Uber och Lyft finns på Panama City Beach.

Walmart och Publix stormarknader ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa från ditt semesterparadis och de levererar till din dörr.

Två separata AC-enheter håller dig sval på varje nivå.

Perfect spot for families!

This home has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of space, a heated pool, steps from the beach AND daily chair service!!!! The owner is super responsive and sweet! We can’t wait to return!

Spring Break

Jessica was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The location of the house was exactly what we were looking for with a short walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go and about a minute walk to the beach. Jessica responded quickly to every text I sent her! Amazing house with an amazing host. I highly recommend!

Christmas Vacation

Perfect Family Spot

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 young kids and this place was perfect. Tucked from some of the noisier spots in town but close to attractions and, best of all, entrance to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Jessica was a very responsive and communicative host. We’d come back again!

Amazing Property

Island Girl is a fabulous house just a short walk to the beach. The owner has everything that you could possibly want or need. Do not over pack. It’s truly all covered! Our family of 12 enjoyed the trip so much. The pool and bunk room were a big hit with our six grandkids. All of the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

This is the most equipped home I've ever stayed in. They had everything from beach chairs to a large cooler for our drinks, to a beach wagon and plenty in the kitchen for our group of 10. We loved the proximity to the beach. The owner, Jessica, was so accommodating and came to help clean our pool twice while we were there to help clear up the clarity. She also dropped off a brand new canopy within 24 hours of us being there b/c the one at the property had been broken when we arrived. Awesome house! Awesome owner!

Incredible Stay!

Loved every second of our stay here!! The house is so nice and is kept up so well. Everything in the house is organized and labeled for the guests’ connivence. The private pool is the perfect size and the house is such an easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Overall incredible stay. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend this property!

Amazing property and property manager

12 college girls had the best time at Island girl!!! Gorgeous pool and spacious living areas, not to mention immaculate cleanliness of the property!! The property manager was a very clear communicator and super helpful throughout the entire trip! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

Absolutely amazing stay

We came down 8/23-8/28 for my bachelorette trip and the Island girl was the absolute best place to stay. The beds are super comfy and I personally slept in the bunk room and it was like sleeping on a cloud in there ! Tons of space for everyone and all our luggage. Our host was easy to contact and very attentive if you had any questions. There was enough beach towels and bath towels for everyone. All the indoor and outdoor cooking supplies you could ever need. It was a nice short walk to the beach so you can easily go to the beach and or head back up to the pool without lugging stuff around. The house is located close to so many good restaurants and things to do . I highly recommend staying here , I know I will be back ! Thank you again Jennifer for such and amazing stay and an amazing experience for such a special trip !

One of the best VRBO experiences I've had

I booked this trip for my extended family (12 people) and everyone was incredibly impressed with how nice the house is and how much space we had even with our big group. The owner has labels everywhere, so it is easy to find things. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, all in great condition, much better than most VRBOs. Owner also provides plenty of bath and beach towels. Very short walk to beautiful beach that is public but not crowded. Beach chair service with 2 chairs included. We also loved having a private pool. Owner very responsive to questions. This was an ideal family vacation spot and I would definitely love to stay here again.

I'm a retire sailor who can't get away from the sea for too long. I use my vacation properties as my excuse to go the beach EVERY DAY. When on active duty, we were stationed in PCB from 2008-2011 and loved every minute of it. Our kids were at the perfect age to go swimming, scalloping and sailing right off out our back porch. And you can't beat the wonderful weather year round. This is our happy place after 28 years of active duty.

We loved the layout of the home and the private back yard. Having a master bedroom on the ground floor makes this house a great place with stay with extended family who cannot do steps easily.
