Beläget på den lugnare västra änden av Panama City Beach, borta från de stora folkmassorna, men ändå mycket bekvämt för allt du behöver för en underbar, avkopplande och rolig semester.

Det nyligen renoverade, välfyllda köket har vackra granitbänkar, specialanpassade skåp och apparater i rostfritt stål.
Det finns ett halvt badrum och tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin / torktumlare på bottenvåningen. På övervåningen finns två sovrum, vardera med ett anslutande privat badrum. Golfen främre master har en king size-säng och HD-TV. Det andra sovrummet har en drottningssäng och TV.
Det finns steg från undre däck för att komma åt stranden ...(Det är säkrat med en grind, så barnen & hundarna kommer att vara säkra.)
Din fyrbenta familjemedlem är välkommen att gå med dig. Hundar 35 kg. eller mindre kan komma med, så länge de är väl uppträdda och välskötta.

Great Trip!

We loved sitting out on the deck! We spent more time there than on the actual beach. Host was very responsive to any communication from me. We had a great time!

A slice of Heaven!!!

The moment we walked in we were greeted with the panoramic ocean view! Everything was perfect- great kitchen with everything we needed that flowed into the open concept living room & out onto the upper deck. The bedroom was lovely with a king size bed that was super comfy & we slept like babies. Grocery store right across the street & a CVS plus nearby dining made everything accessible. It truly couldn’t have been better! :)

Awesome beach location

We stayed 6 nights in this lovely townhouse on the beach. The scenery was perfect and we could fully see the gulf from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The host was responsive and the home was clean, well furnished and cared for. There are very nice personal touches throughout, such as decks of cards and binoculars by a window. Our favorite spots were the balcony and the deck. Appliances were high quality and the furniture was comfortable with seating for guests. Also dog friendly! We hope to return!

PARADISE!!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this fabulous property. Decorated to feel like "home" & not a rental. The views are amazing and the deck is equipped with all the furniture you need to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. Mr Walt goes out of his way to add some great extras in the house such as: a portable speaker to use on the deck ( we used it everyday!) and binoculars to catch the ocean life. We saw a Manta Ray jump out of the water 3 times our 1st day, so cool! We celebrated the New Year here and all you have to do is sit on the deck and watch the fireworks from the pier. It's our favorite place to stay in PCB!! We will be back again!

Anniversary getaway with the pups

Great location, explored Panama City Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys, Watersound, Seagrove and Destin!Would love to come back when its warmer! Christmas Vacation

The host was very attentive, courteous, professional, and friendly. The view of the sunset was amazing!!! It was so beautiful sitting on the deck listening to the waves roll in. This will definitely be my go to place to stay anytime I am in this area.

Fall Break Getaway

This property was a perfect location for our little getaway with my elderly in-laws. The parking space is right in front of the door to the condo. The deck outside provides a large space to sit out and enjoy the ocean and beach. The walk to access the beach is very short and easy to navigate. The owners were easy to communicate with as needed.

The perfect beach townhome

We had a great time! Everything about the beach house is perfect - from the location, the beautiful beach, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and the kitchen had everything we needed. And it’s right on the beach! The deck is very comfortable to watch the sun set over the water. Thank you, Walter & Kathy, – we hope to return next year. We recommended it to another couple we know.

Fall break getaway

We had a fantastic time. This is our second stay at Walter and Kathy's place. The views and sunsets are just breath taking. The place was clean and had everything to make you feel right at home. It is just steps to the beach. It is also in a quite location and close to everything. We even got to bring our dog along. Can't wait to stay again.

Panama City Beach Pleasure

The property was even better than advertised. It was right on a great beach, close to restaurants and groceries, and super clean. Walter was really easy to work with and a fun guy. I can’t think of any better place to stay in Panama City Beach. Our dogs loved it too. I’d rate it 12 on a 10 scale.

Total Relaxation Paradise

This condo was a perfect home away from home with tiny touches that made an automatic relaxing and a stress-free stay! Woke up and went to sleep with the sound of waves. This was a great place to stay for a week! Very clean, well-stocked, great communication with owners, and I would highly recommend! Fantastic location that is convenient to everything. Pet friendly which we also needed and appreciated. We will look to stay here again!

Beach getaway!!

We absolutely love, love, loved this beautiful home!! It was perfect! Close to everything. It was clean. Our fur babies loved it there. The owners were very accommodating and kind, and best of all it was right on the beach! I had a loss in the family, and it really helped my soul sitting by the ocean. Thank you again Walt and Kathy! Beautiful property

The property was amazing and has been well taken care of. It’s clean and has some deck upgrades I didn’t notice in the pictures. All communication with the host was great. It felt like a home away from home. The views on both levels are amazing. The deck space has plenty of room for entertaining a few friends. It’s so difficult to find a nice place on the beach that allows dogs, we messaged the host prior to renting and he is very pet friendly which we appreciate. Hope to get back there soon.

Perfect!

Everything was perfect. If you are looking for a place on the beach in Panama City Beach you have found it. No complaints at all. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything you would need for a vacation on the beach. Host was very responsive as well in case you had any questions. Highly recommend for your next beach vacation!

Beach Family Vacation

It was really peaceful and relaxing just to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves! We enjoyed our days and evenings on the beach! The owners provided beach toys, chairs, etc. for the kids. They truly thought of everything down to coolers and a small speaker to take to the beach.
