Excited to go back

I wish i had the money to buy this lovely plaxe because its perfect. Owner had extra space heaters for the place. Everything in kitchen was provided to cook. Ease of walk to ski lift was a dream come true.

Cozy, clean and great location!

This was our second trip to Brian Head and this condo gives easy access to both peaks via chair 1 and 8. The unit was super clean and cozy and the owners were very responsive and helpful. We also had the clubhouse to ourselves and enjoyed pool and table tennis. We will be back!

Easy ski in/ski out from lift 8

This is our second stay at Joe’s unit. It is very comfortable for two people, and convenient for skiing Brian Head. Just a short walk (1-2 min) to the #8 chair. Kitchen is well set up if you want to cook. Easy load and unload because you park right outside the front door. Joe is great at communication. We will return here at our next visit to Brian Head!

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for a short ski weekend! The host was very responsive and gave us all the info we needed for the trip. The condo was great! Big enough for a small family, but perfect for a couple looking for a quick getaway. Literally less than 100 steps to the #8 lift, a 2 minute drive to Giant Steps lodge, or you can even walk that in under 10 minutes. Plenty of room in the house to spread out your gear and still relax in comfort. Highly recommended, and plan on staying again next season!

Snow Trip

My friends and I just got done snowing for the day and the place was well maintained. As soon as we got to the property lights and heaters was already on. They had everything you’ll need from clean dinner plates to cooking ware. Overall, I would recommend the place for anyone who needs a place to stay.

FUN TIMES

This is a good condo that is budget friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The HOA was very good at snow removal. The listing advertised a hot tub, but they are renovating and so there was no hot tub, which was a bummer after a day of skiing. The unit could use some new sheets and towels, but otherwise good.

Great location

This unit is just as advertised and located in a great location near chair 1 & 8. The property manager was very responsive and communicative. We experienced a record snowfall while we were there and the property has a worker that cleared the walkways, driveway and parking lot. He was courteous and hard working. This property is also serviced by the free town shuttle. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Very convenient to ski Brian Head!

Brian Head’s chair 8 is directly behind the condo and just a couple minutes walk from your front door. Parking spot is mere feet from the front door - makes for easy loading and unloading. Living room is cozy and kitchen is well equipped (coffeemaker and Keurig, note: no dishwasher). Communication with owner was seamless and the property was very clean.

Updated Condo

The condo is just as described. It's small, but is updated and was just right for us. The location is very close to chair 8, however it's not as easy to get back (especially if you are new to skiing/snowboarding, which someone in our group was). We had a small issue upon check in and Joe communicated quickly and made it right. I would stay here again.

My go to place in Brian Head.

Our stay was perfect in this property. I knew it was going to be nice when we arrived about 8 pm and the host had the unit prewarmed for us. This place is perfect. Joe was quick to respond with an issue I had that was my own doing. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Great location

I went up for a trail race starting at Giant Steps Lodge and this was so close, I could have walked. I can see how this would be perfect for ski season. Also super close to the market, pizza place and coffee shop. Very convenient and easy parking right in front of the unit So, basically, there was an issue or two but Joe was super responsive and I can see why this place gets such high reviews, he definitely cares and will do what he can to resolve any problems. You can tell the unit is well taken care of. This was a great home base for our trip.

We love that this property is just steps from lift 8 & 1. This provides quick access to both Giant Steps and Navajo sides of the mountain. The condo is on the ground level with parking just outside the front door allowing for easy loading and unloading.
