- Händelsen måste äga rum utanför hemmet.
- Om du kontrakterar ett externt företag för att underlätta ditt evenemang måste de vara bundna och försäkrade.
- Det måste finnas en plan för adekvat avlopp och avloppsvatten på plats. (bärbara kemiska toaletter).
- En plan för extra avfall / sopor från platsen.
- En plan för parkering och pendelservice om det behövs.
- En plan i händelse av dåligt väder. Om det upptäcks att ett bröllop eller annan liknande händelse är eller har inträffat under detta hyresavtal, och på vilken ingen händelsesavgift har betalats, ska hyresgästen bli skyldig att betala en sådan avgift och betala en ytterligare påföljd på $ 250. 00 för sådan överträdelse.

This is an older beach house which was fine since we took our 6 grandchildren, it the is perfectly located and the walk to the beach is very short with a restaurant and store just across the street that was a plus. The only negative I have is the house need A LOT of attention exterior needs repairs and paint; the interior wasn't as bad but one of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut, one of the sliding glass door handle was about to break so we made sure to only use the other. We also did see a couple but only two roaches in the kitchen. But even with all the needed fix up we still had a great time. There is plenty of parking as well.

Location was amazing! Home has a great layout but needs updating. The management company was great and responded right away with more mixing bowls and fixing the garbage disposal

Hideaway May 2026 awful

Peeling paint and wallpaper. Holes in the wall, flaking metal and rust on most surfaces. One packet of dishwasher detergent for 4 days and 7 people. The shower divertor was broken and knobs wouldn't turn off water. They did fix diverter immediately but you had to try to line up knobs and hope it didn't drip as soon as you left. Location was great but for the money not worth it. We have visited Gulf Shores for the last 5 years and this was the worst place we have stayed.

Great Waterfront property

Great location and tons of beds/rooms. Walkable to almost everything. The sun deck was the best part, kept you off the beach and away from people but with a great view.

The location was great for our spring break trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is quite old and showing its age. The bedrooms were nice but the family room furniture is worn out and should be replaced. The back deck and patio were awesome for our group.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We absolutely love the Hideaway and each time we walk up those steps, we feel like we are home. The view of the sea is spectacular and we spend most of our hours on that deck! Thank you, also, for the new Keurig coffeemaker. Thank you for being pet-friendly and being so easy to schedule our vacations with you. Really means a lot. We are big fans and hope to be able to rent the Hideaway several times each year in the future. Thank you again for our wonderful experience.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved the charm of the beach house. I didn't give a 5 star rating solely based on the repairs it needed. The cleanliness was top notch and the communication from booking to checkout was perfect. This house is not for everyone, but if you want a REAL beach house experience, this is it! I'll take the hideaway over a condo any day! And our son's dog gives it 5 bones!! We were not disappointed!!!!

Fantastic location

You couldn't get a better location on the beach. It was super close to the water and close to amenities. The house has taken a beating over the years, so if you're looking for a posh stay this isn't it. If all you want is the beach and ocean front this is the perfect place.

This home is in a fabulous location, sitting out beyond surrounding houses with unimpeded views. I hope the owner plans to put some money into repairs and updates, as it desperately needs both.
