Family vacation

The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our family of 5. A short 15 minute drive to Myrtle beach attractions. The pools were well maintained and we enjoyed a few days in the sun there. The patio overlooking the intercoastal was a relaxing spot.

Great stay, loved the views!

We were very happy with our stay at this property! It was a perfect place for our long weekend in Myrtle. We loved watching the boats go by and the water views of the Intracoastal Waterway. If you can't be on the ocean, this is the next best thing! The unit decor was very tastefully decorated and everything was very comfortable. The drive into the beach was only an easy 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again! Precious memories were made here for our family.

Paradise on the river.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked in and saw the apartment we completely enjoyed our stay. It was 6 months of beautiful views of the river and comfort and convenience of the two bedroom unit. Everything we could need was already supplied. We only had to buy food and bathroom and kitchen cleaning products. Most of all, the price of our stay for the entire six months was amazing!

Incorrect Location and Bugs

Not sure if short term rentals are allowed at this location? The map location given shows the property showed it was located on River Oaks / 501. However, when we picked up the keys to the property we learned the property was located at a different location than advertised, approximately 3-4 miles south. This was definitely an inconvenience considering we had to fight traffic. The inside of the condo was decent with the exception of a major pest problem,,, during our 15 night stay we saw multiple spiders, cockroaches, and even a snake on the stairs… there is also a medium size wasps nest on the back porch. Pest Control is needed immediately. Lastly, the mattresses in both rooms are extremely uncomfortable, possibly the worst two mattresses I have ever laid on.

Waterway Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the Condo and view off the balcony was wonderful! The condo itself could use some help. The mattress needs replaced. It leans to the one side and was very uncomfortable. The Air conditioning did not work properly. It was always warm in the afternoon and would not cool it down. We did put in a maintenance request but the tech on the phone said it was working fine. It clearly was not. Very uncomfortable to sleep at 74 degrees. There were no paper supplies provided. No dish towels provided. No dishwasher/ dish soap provided. No Hand soap provided. When I rent a home away for vacation I don't want to bring my entire house hold items with me. I feel that defeats the purpose of renting a home verses renting a hotel.

Quiet, Great Location, Beautiful Views

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo clean, great location, beautiful views. Loved the quiet, end unit. Master mattress was VERY firm and bed creaks when you turn over and get out of the bed... perhaps could use a topper, but not a deal breaker, the TV issue in the living room and tiny tv/ monitor in guest bedroom were much to be desired and future renters should be made aware of the issue. Pest control and updated skillets needed. Overall a great place to stay, but disappointed in concern and intentionality and customer service.

Family Reunion

We had a good trip. Pictures were accurate of the living areas. Nice view from the balcony. We wished it had a few more amenities. We had one dish towel, one extra pillow(without a cover), no extra toilet paper, no cleansers except dish soap. I supplied those things I hope they are available for the next guest.

The Best Place In River Walk

We were greeted with clean towels, dishes, bedding, and more but the best part was the third floor balcony in the corner that overlooked the beautiful waterway. Management worked with us following flight delays which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay again!

Great stay!

This was a great rental and would stay again. This is a 3rd floor (top floor, end unit) condo unit, which was great, but would have been nice to know about the steps ahead of time. Nice view of waterway and inside was just as photos show. Our only complaints are there was only one roll of toilet paper (none in one of the bathrooms), no paper towels, and the thermostat had a locked cover so it could not be adjusted. Luckily we had pleasant fall weather so the temperature wasn’t much issue.

Apartment matched the pictures perfectly!Very clean! loved the community it was in.

I would definitely stay again! Just wish there was elevator access since I overpack :). Checking in was easy even though we were give to be wrong keys, I just called and was able to get the lockbox code for the key at the door. everyone was extremely nice and professional.

Clean and spacious.

This condo was perfect for a family of 6 and 2 small dogs. The condo looked exactly as it did in the pictures and it was very clean. The only downside was the check in process. Nobody got in contact with me to let me know how to check in. My family and I drove from Massachusetts and we timed our driving to get there for the check in time which it says in the description at 3pm. We got to the condo at 2pm thinking maybe they'll let us check in an hour early. After contacting palmetto associates they told me that the room is not ready and it could be ready from 3pm to 5pm. At the time I asked isn't check in at 3pm and they told me know it's from 3pm to 5pm. My family and I were tired from driving 14+ hours and come to find out we would have to wait an additional 2 hours to check in when it clearly stated that check in was 3pm when I made the reservation. Poor communication.

We came here to “work from home” with a view and this place didn’t disappoint. Super clean and airy and the view was great. Nice quiet area. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great rental away from the tourist area

This rental is located in a nice residential section of Myrtle Beach, overlooking the intracoastal waterway. With the pandemic being an issue, we wanted to stay away from the tourist area. The rental is close to everything - 10 minute drive to beaches, airport, activities and restaurants. The decor is adorable and the view of the waterway is lovely. The only issue we had was communication with the rental office, but they made up for the inconvenience and we were happy with the resolution. It would be nice if the pool right next to the property would be accessible to guests. Overall a good stay and I would use this property again on my next visit to the Myrtle Beach area.
