LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Beautiful spacious condo with spectacular views of the ocean

Beautiful spacious condo with spectacular views of the ocean. Had a great time at this property - the location, views, amenities were excellent. 30a beach girls were responsive and attentive, it was a blast exploring the property and of course cruising the area on the bikes, thank you Hollie for getting us electric ones!! It was a great property clean comfortable and a very pleasant relaxing stay. We would love to go back!

Hated to pack and leave

My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved the outside patio. Great place to relax with a book and glass of wine. And pretty view. The bed was comfy cozy! Thank you for the bonfire night, we loved it. So relaxing and peaceful. Hollie and Joy communicated very well. We will definitely be back again!

Great condo

Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen needed a wine opener 30a beach girls had one to us in 30 minutes. Bonfire night was very fun. Would stay here again for the views and bonfire.

Ideal location!!

The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and has excellent lighting and the most fantastic view. Proximity to beach and restaurants makes it ideal for a vacation stay. The service from 30a beach girls was amazing, simple and their bonfire was out of this world!

Wonderful!!!

Waking up in this condo with endless views up and down the beach was a highlight of staying in this property. Every day we had gorgeous views of the sunset and early morning views of the moon setting. Location is perfect, nestled within walking distance to both the Rosemary and Ally Beach restaurants and shops. The area and condo building does a really nice job on security so you feel totally safe. If you're traveling with kids, this location is great for kids to meet and play with other kids. Also loved having the waterfront restaurant onsite which made for really convenient lunches and drinks. Food there is good! The condo itself is very well appointed and clean. It was perfect for our family - we would LOVE to return.

Beautiful views!!!

Third time to this area, this was by far the best trip yet. Condo was beautiful and well maintained. Security was rude. My 72 year old mother forgot to put her band on and they wouldn't let her walk back in. Because she look like a rowdy spring breaker! 30a beach girls was great to work with, they made it all very simple. Loved the gift box they left us and the free bonfire night. We would return and do recommend this location, just don't take off your band!

Amazing

This visit was amazing. First time to Rosemary Beach and we were very impressed. The downtown area was a great stroll with many restaurants and a fun market on Sunday. Definitely worth a drive down 30A to see all the different communities/beaches. As for the unit - it was perfect - beautiful ocean views and sounds of the waves, immaculate and well stocked. Easy check-in and attentive hosts. Everything went great - would highly recommend!

Thrilled with the Location and Sunset Views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location, spending many delightful evenings on the deck with breathtaking ocean views and sunsets. All beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the condo was perfectly supplied, though having some spices for cooking would have been a nice addition. Thanks for providing us with a highly enjoyable place to stay. The customer service at 30A Beach Girls is top-notch—informative and helpful. We especially loved the inclusion of a bonfire night, even if it wasn't right on the beach out front. It was a fun and memorable night, easily walkable down the beach. Can't wait to rebook and experience it all over again!

Outstanding service for an incredible vacation.

This condo went above and beyond all expectations. It was not only comfortable and clean but also offered an incredible view. The 30a Beach Girls provided top-notch, 5-star service, and the beach was stunning and just steps away. We will return.

30a Beach Girls is the bomb!

Perfect location and great condo! We had a great trip, loved the condo (especially the balcony) and they left us cute welcome bags. Communication with Laura and Hollie was very simple. Great stay in an awesome location!

30a beach girls condo

Beautiful views and comfortable home! This was a wonderful spot for my daughters and I to stay! Beach is a 2 min walk, views of the ocean as you wake up to the morning sun were gorgeous, plenty of space, beds comfortable, had all the utensils (cups, pans and cookware) we needed, the free bonfire was the best time. We played corn hole sadly first time ever and ate so many gooey s'mores. We will be back.

No Better Place on the Beach

Piece of Paradise

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach (family of 4 with 2 teens); we absolutely LOVED it! The condo was perfect ... clean, beachy, comfortable and ... best of all ... that view! Amazing! We spent a lot of time at the beach, and in the evenings before dinner on the balcony enjoying the spectacular scene of the Gulf waters and white sugar sand. 30A Beach Girls were a breeze to work with from booking and check in and check out. Very attentive and helpful; something you don't find very often these days. They run a first-rate operation. We will be back!

Great Stay

Great Location, very good security (24/7 guard), beautiful unit with beautiful views. The pool, beachfront restaurant, and umbrella service on the beach were great. Host was very responsive and communicative. Unit was stocked with all essentials.

Best Rental I Have Stayed In, The Experience Is Amazing

Hollie was incredibly patient and communicative when I was booking this surprise trip for my elderly parents anniversary, 52 years! She made check in seamless along with a few decorations and surprises. The property was amazing. The views of the gulf were breathtaking! My parents were wowed which is exactly the response I was looking for. This condo sealed the deal of my hopes of an amazing vacation for my family and I. Would definitely rent again! Condo 23E review.

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The rooms were impressively large and beautifully decorated. The deck has gorgeous views of the ocean. Already booked another stay here in 2023. Guards can be touchy. 30a beach girls communicates impressively via an app and went above and beyond with ideas and recommendations. They held a bonfire on our last night, it was enjoyed by all of us. Looking forward to coming back!

Incredible! Couldn't ask for a better location and experience for a girl's 40th birthday trip. The location is amazing and the beach was breathtaking exclusive. Crabby Sammy's restaurant between the pool and beach had terrific food & drinks. We enjoyed every moment!

The condo was amazing!

The condo was amazing! Beautiful views, comfy beds for our 2 girls, and the little things really made a big difference! (Beach toys, cooler, beach bags, coffee filters, laundry supplies and dishwasher detergent!) thank you for a great stay and we'll definitely be back!
