Great stay

Beautiful cabin-It was comfortable,peaceful, cozy. Easy drive to stores, local restaurants, apple orchards, hiking trails and waterfalls that the owner suggested which was very helpful. We enjoyed it all.

Love this place

Just finished our second stay and planning to stay again next year. Location is perfect, so much to do within an hours drive. Hiking trails, breweries, great restaurants etc. would defiantly recommend.

All the amenities including mountains

We enjoyed our stay at Rooster Ridge cabin very much. Very clean and equipped cabin with beautiful scenery and mountains. The area offers plenty to do and see while enjoying the comforts of this cabin. Paved roads to the cabin and close to town with country style shopping. Excellent place to stay and enjoy.

Great cabin

A great cabin that is secluded enough for privacy but short drives to anywhere of interest. Exterior lighting leaves a little too be desired for navigating stairs. Richard always responded in a timely manner to any questions, including extending our stay last minute.

We loved the privacy

Everything was as advertised, particularly loved the privacy of the property. Richard was kind and very helpful. The hot tub was a very welcome relaxer after a long trip from home. We recommend this cabin for anyone who values relaxing atmosphere yet much to do in the area. We enjoyed our first time in North Carolina!

Nice for a short getaway

The cottage itself was cute and clean.Perfect for a getaway. There really isnt much yard and it could use some TLC in the way of trimming bushes and treating for poison ivy. Ootside of that, the location was perfect for adventures including hiking/sightseeing and waterfall seeking.

Christmas Family Vacation

The property was nice for the cost. The beds were way to firm for my liking (I need soft). Property could have been a little cleaner. Master shower didnt drain well. Water pressure was good and hot! Hot tub was a huge plus!! Overall our stay was very nice. We enjoyed several spots close to the property.

Wonderful Cabin

This cabin is wonderful! It is in a great area to hike or sightsee. The cabin was very clean and cozy for the two of us but large enough for six people if needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and jacuzzi the most while we were there. The kitchen was stocked with basic items to use while we visited for Thanksgiving. The owners was great to work with and provided us with many answers that we had in regards to our stay at the cabin. We will for sure be returning to this cabin again in the future!
