Romantisk stuga pĂ„ en fjĂ€llsjö. Vi Ă€r nĂ€ra Chimney Rock, Asheville och Biltmore House. Vi Ă€r bara 1/4 mil frĂ„n den plats dĂ€r filmen Dirty Dancing filmades. Vi Ă€r bara 18 miles frĂ„n den nya Tryon International Equestrian Resort. VĂ„r mysiga ett sovrum timmerstuga Ă€r byggd för par och har en bubbelpool. Vi finns i staden Lake Lure och bara en mil söder om den charmiga bergsbyn Chimney Rock, NC. Utan extra kostnad har vi kanoter, hĂ€stskor, privata fiske dammar, och en docka pĂ„ vackra Lake Lure. Alla i ett naturlandskap med rik flora och fauna. Plus, bara en kort bit bort hittar du sjön Lure Beach och Marina, historiska Lake Lure Inn, restauranger, Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure turbĂ„tar, ridning, bergsklĂ€ttring, forsrĂ€nning, tennisbanor, Chimney Rock Village och flugfiske pĂ„ Rocky Broad River! Även i Lake Lure hittar du tvĂ„ golfbanor och en kommunal golfbana nio hĂ„l.

Great stay but had a few drawbacks

The cabin was stocked as stated. I was disappointed with the lack of view of the lake compared to the picture. Aware of the extreme heat outside but the cool air just can’t seem to make it to the bedroom. The ac split system was in the den (opposite end of the cabin). The floors were not clean as there was even dog food on the floor beside the couch. The pots and pans and cookie sheet definitely had not be cleaned in awhile. It is very quiet and loved that!!! We will definitely give it another try.

Wonderful break

Spent a good amount of time sipping wine, listening to the bullfrogs, and sitting in the rockers. Extremely enjoyable. Csbin is perfect for a romantic getaway

Beautiful Getaway

The cabin was wonderful, very quiet area. The only thing I didn't like was the road on the property. The whole are is beautiful, with plenty to see and do, even off season. I would definitely go back there!

Nice cabin

Nice place to stay. As a cabin, it isn’t a fancy house or hotel, but is a very nice unit. Well furnished, fridge, stove, microwave, heat/a-c, screened deck with hot tub and gas grill. Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful cabin

The owls nest cabin in pine gables was perfect for what we needed. My husband and I went to lake lure to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The cabin was small but cozy and the hot tub on the deck was a lovely feature. It is close to chimney rock and lake lure. We will definitely be back!

Long Lake Lure Weekend

The checkin was easy. It is a very quiet place to relax. Cabin had everything we needed. Only 2 compliants 1. It needed a little more cleaning, bath n bedroom had an odor. 2. No Lake view for all the trees. I love trees but was expecting a view of the lake from the cabin. We had our little dog with us and had no issues. Great little place for her to walk around.

Great Get-Away Weekend!

This was a great property and a perfect location! So close to shops at Chimney Rock and also able to just drive around Lake Lure. Quiet neighborhood with a great view of the water.

I loved this place.

The place was so cute. I loved the screened in porch, the hot tube was perefect, it was so quite and dark at night, and the bed was comfortable. The field on the property was perfect for my dog to play ball and run. Thanks.

Great cabin’

My sister and I stayed here to attend the Dirty Dancing Festival nearby. The cabin was perfect! So comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The screened in porch by the water was lovely. I can’t wait to come back with my husband and pups!

Great cabin! Great location.

The cabin was perfect for two people. The location was fantastic, right on the lake with kayaks in canoes readily available. Available. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Plus, it was right in the middle of everything. I would absolutely stay again.

The Owls Nest

Lovely cabin. I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and having a meal and a cup of tea. Only problem for me: the climb down to the dock is very treacherous and the dock and ladder should be replaced for safety.
