Samla runt eldstaden för s'mores! Vårt sjöhem är den perfekta halvvägspunkten mellan IU Bloomington och Nashville (Brown County) Indiana! Ta ett IU-spel, stanna vid sjön medan du är i stan för att besöka familjen, eller gör oss till din hemmabas medan du utforskar pittoreska Nashville!

** Under lågsäsongen kommer vi att erbjuda två nätter, 1 november-1 mars. Från och med maj kommer vårt 3 nätter minimum att gälla. Tack för att ni tittade!! Vi hoppas vara värd för ditt sjön citron besök !!**

Nice place to stay.

This was our second time here, and it was great! Everything was as advertised, and the second bathroom was a nice addition since last year. We will definitely consider another stay next year.

Holiday Getaway

Property was beautiful and the lake view was an amazing plus. Everything worked on the property. The hot tub was covered and looked out on the lake. We will be booking it again!!

Great getaway

Friends and I stayed for the weekend and everything was great! Hot tub was relaxing, kitchen was exactly as described. House had bice little extra touches that made the stay even more personal- recommend!

This house is extremely clean, beyond stocked with anything you could need and literally steps from The Porthole Inn. The food and entertainment there was phenomenal. The hot tub was perfect! This was a girl's trip and exactly what we needed!

Cozy quiet cabin

We stayed for a quiet weekend away to kyak and relax. We were close enough to enjoy some activities at Hard Truth Distillery and dinner at Coopers Alley. We kyaked on the lake and relaxed in the hot tub. The cabin was very clean and comfortable! We especially appreciated the "extras" of snacks, and condiments as well as coffee, milk and juice. Even extra toiletries just in case! Definitely would stay again!

Fun weekend

Annual besties weekend. Perfect property for the four of us. Had so much fun at The Porthole Inn for dinners. House was clean and super comfy. Owner was very responsive to early check in request. The groundskeeper was there when we arrived and was very helpful showing us the property and info of the area. Loved the extra touches of snacks and drinks provided. So welcoming!! We want to come back! Thank you.

Wonderfully peaceful

Our girls trip ended up being just 2 of us so we had sooooo much space. It was beautiful by the lake and very peaceful. The hot tub was clean and such a relaxing end to each day. All the extra little snacks and thoughtful touches were appreciated. Thank you!

Girl's trip

Super nice and well kept property! Everything you could possibly need AND more is provided for you! This was one of the cleanest and most pleasant smelling places I have ever stayed in! The beds, the pillows, the furniture, and even the carpet were all comfortable and you can tell everything was super taken care of! Very pleased with our experience here!

A cozy lakeside cottage

This house fit our needs beautifully! The host also did a wonderful job with all the little, nice touches. We spent a lot of time outdoors at nearby trails and beaches, but it was also to come back and relax in the hot tub and shared living space. We would definitely go back. A great long weekend trip!

Girls Weekend

Myself, daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter had a girls weekend to shop in Nashville. The property met and exceeded expectations. It was clean, the location was great, it was well stocked, the beds were comfortable. Nothing at all to criticize. We’ll stay there again.

Edge of the lake

Great house on the edge of the lake with no lake access other than kayak. Right next to the port hole inn-Good food, live music. More room than you think with the basement and outdoor areas

Awesome girls weekend!!

We can’t say enough amazing things about this property! This is the first time I can say the extra efforts totally paid off. The beds were the best I have ever stayed in outside of my own home! You can just tell they did not cut corners when putting this together( the carpet and black out curtains were other faves) seems strange to point out the little things but it makes such a big difference I felt like I could actually get comfortable! We hope to come back again soon to spend time with all of our new friends at the Port Hole too! Thank you so much for sharing this little piece of loveliness!
