We have stayed at these villas four times before. This was by far the best unit we have stayed in. It was such a wonderful vacation. We will definitely rent this unit again next year.

This property was excellent. We loved having the different pools and the closeness to the lagoon.Only negative thing was that our hostess was not there to assist us in checking in. My daughter in law had a different hostess, so she helped us with the process.Hotel staff was superb.

Beautiful Oahu

The location and the property was great. The negative points were the internet was poor and the tv’s were difficult to use. I had thought there would have been given the internet access. The front desk had to call the property manger and he told us were to find it in the master bedroom closet. We would definitely come back!

Excellent Family Vacation!

Ko Olina Villas units are roomy with updated appliance. We love the lani doors that really open up the space. We loved sitting outside during sun rise and sun set. You can really fell the Aloha weather! Our unit is located on the lower floors - not much for a view of the ocean or mountains, but that doesn't bother us. I do like the lower floor since its a fast way to get up and down from the unit. Everything in the unit was clean and well equipped for a longer term stay. The Villas offer up two pools and a fitness center - all very well taken care of. Only negative, which ended up fine, was the location of the parking. It is located underground at the building opposite of the unit. Not a big deal, but it would have been easier for us if it were in the same building. The coves at Ko Olina are great, especially for kids or adults who aren't great swimmers. The beaches are nice and fine - one of the best on the islands. Would stay here again!

Great stay!

Beautiful resort and condo! We enjoyed our stay. Could use some blackout curtains in master bedroom due to early sunrise and lights form pool area but otherwise amazing place!

Great condo in a great location

Had a great stay with friends. Beautiful place with well kept grounds. The location is fantastic. The properties on either side are not developed (yet) so the lagoon is not crowded. The condo had beach chairs, which were handy. A good assortment of spices too!

Absolute gem!

This is our 2nd stay at this Villa and we absolutely love it. This trip, we were here to get married. We were able to entertain our guests comfortably and felt right at home. I think the best thing about this Villa is its quaintness. Since it is not a hotel chain and owned by private owners, it isn’t as busy as the surrounding resorts. It is very family friendly and well maintained. We look forward to staying here again.

A slice of paradise in Ko’Olina

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas in Ko’Olina. The villa was clean and very well kept. For those that like to cook, the kitchen is spacious and pretty well equipped to whip up something to eat. The bed was very comfy too, which is usually our challenge when we travel. And it’s located within walking distance of retail and restaurant. We would definitely recommend.

Sweet & Wonderful!

Everything about this rental from the sweet & kind property owner/manager to the beautiful rental was wonderful!!! We truly enjoyed our stay (first time to Oahu) and we greatly appreciated everything the property owner did for us including emailing us tons of information about the area to providing us with a late check out due to our flight being cancelled and forcing us to reschedule.

Great place to stay!

This is our 2nd time in this condo and we love it. It overlooks the quiet pool with a view to the koi pond. The grounds are beautiful and we alway felt safe in and around the property. The kids love feeding the fish. Thank you to the kind employees that allow them to help feed them. Live music in the evenings was a treat! We will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent Condo in an Excellent Area

Early morning walks along the path. Morning snorkeling and beach time. Followed by some reading and lunch at the condo and sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Throw in a workout at the gym every other day and checking out the nearby restaurants and shops. Nice beds and a pretty quiet building. Life doesn't get much better than that.

My expectations were higher based on description

The unit reminded me of Ikea fit and finish. Not high end. Place seemed worn. Could use fresh paint and better/cleaner furniture. Would I stay here again? No. Would pick a different unit. Location was nice as it was not near the loud pool. We did enjoy our stay.

Condo unit in good development .

Overall we were pleased with our accomodations . The unit was as described and perfect for us - 2 couples with an infant . The condo development has all the necessary facilities to enjoy our stay . The houses rules seem a little excessive and we were afraid to really relax as it seemed we would be charged extra for every little thing that went wrong !! However it all worked out as everything worked fine .

Great vacation

We loved the condo and the Ko Olina resort. Owner was very accommodating. We needed to do late checkout and we were offered different options for it and it helped a lot. There are pools, nice walk alone the ocean, great lagoons for swimming with kids. There are few minor things we noticed in the condo, but it did not really impacted us. Like it would be nice to have some extra towels, there was no hand soap in one of the bathroom. We could not find the dishwasher detergent (maybe we just did not find it). So overall it was a great vacation for our family. Big thank you to the owner for hospitality.

We invested our time and resources upgrading and remodeling this villa with a distinctive Indonesian atmosphere. The direction the condo faces helps keep it cool and pleasant under the hot Hawaiian weather, unlike other units. Please note that the villas that are not overlooking the pool/interior gardens are either facing the empty lot of land and the Marriott timeshares to the left of the building, or the parking area and empty lot on the right side. The views from this villa are always protected: you will enjoy a wonderful resort atmosphere with pool views from all bedrooms and lanais, Koi fishponds and maybe even some of the ocean tucked in between the beautiful lush, mature palm trees.
