Aloha! Om du letar efter en avkopplande hawaiisk semester i paradiset välkomnar vi dig att besöka vår stora och lyxiga havsutsikt lägenhet vid Beach Villas på Ko'Olina resort. Du kommer att boka direkt från ägare (inte en uthyrningsbyrå) och ge våra gäster en exceptionell semesterupplevelse är mycket viktigt för oss. Vi är stolta över att behålla och strumpa vår villa så att du verkligen känner att du har ett hem hemifrån.

Vår inspirerade 1386 kvadratfot ön, elegant designad villa har två sovrum och två badrum, har vacker afrikansk mahogny skåp, dörrar och lister och en rymlig 215 kvadratfot Lanai med spektakulära hav, pool och frodig utsikt över trädgården och en elektrisk skärm. Det fullt utrustade signaturköket är designat av den kända huvudkocken Roy Yamaguchi och innehåller avancerade apparater, inklusive en 26-flaska vinförvaringskylare. Matsalen har ett vackert marmorplatta med plats för sex. Våra rum har 42 "plasma-TV med DVD-spelare och lyxiga sängkläder. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar som enkelt kan konverteras till en king size-säng, och en bärbar spjälsäng finns också. Det stora sovrummet har en klädkammare med en säker säkerhetsfack och ett master badrum med en djup badkar och separat dusch. Vardagsrummet innehåller en 47 "LED HD-TV med Blu-ray och en Wii-U, trådlöst internet, trådlösa telefoner och blåtonhögtalare. Vår villa ligger på fjärde våningen i havet tornet och ligger bara några steg från sandstranden i Honu Lagoon.

Beach Villas Resort har pooler i lagunen, inklusive en sandbassäng för barnen, en lap pool, tre bubbelpooler, koi dammar, vattenfall, grönskande tropiska trädgårdar. Det finns ett fitnesscenter på platsen och Makai Hale Beach Bar.

Amazing Stay!

We loved this rental SO much! It was sparkling clean and so well stocked. The kitchen had every dish we possibly could have needed. There was a supply closet full of beach toys, a cooler, wagon, snorkels and everything else for a beach day. The location cannot be beat - beautiful pools and just steps to the beach. We will be booking again.

Great time!

we loved the location! We did the hike to Ka'ena Point, it was so worth it to see the Sea Bird field. Our only wish was that the lanai had a lounge chair to soak up that sun.

Great experience!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, organized, and had lots of amenities available for us to use throughout our stay, such as a cooler, beach chairs, and more. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and quick to get back to me with information about any questions I had. They were exceptionally accommodating. The condo was in a great spot with a beautiful view that overlooked the quiet pool.

Excellent Property and Resort!

Having a five star VRBO rental for the past 18 years myself, I am extra critical and can truly appreciate a well run, well kept, and well appointed property. This home has everything you need, was very well organized, nicely decorated, clean, and in a fantastic location. The homeowner was communicative and the information was accurate and easy to understand. The resort was in a good location, beautiful, well maintained, with an excellent fitness center, clean pools, and a friendly bar with live music. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

View of Paradise

Beautiful property with a great lanai. Wonderful views of the ocean and a large table for outdoor dining of up to eight. Modern kitchen with everything we could need. Would have been nice to have a step stool to reach higher items in cabinet above the microwave cabinet. Great beach amenities to spend time on the beach lagoon. Would stay here again. Thanks.

Overall, the location was perfect for a great stay. Pool view and large sliding door patio was great (allowing space to feel so open). Like every beach property location - keeping the sand out is impossible. A great stay for a family with kids. Lagoon is calm and great for snorkeling. Disney Hotel across the way gave us options for food & the ABC store is a 10 Min walk away with quick bites. The morning walks along the beachfronts were worth every penny.

Perfect Family Getaway at Ko Olina Beach Villas

We had an unforgettable stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, thanks to Matt and Brandy’s exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. They truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Originally, we planned to stay in Waikīkī for our family of five’s first trip to Hawaii. However, due to the ongoing hotel strikes, we decided to change our plans—and we’re so glad we did! This condo exceeded all our expectations. From the ocean views to the spacious and beautifully appointed interior, everything was perfect. The condo was fully equipped with entertainment options, plenty of space for our family, and thoughtful touches like snorkeling gear, which we used to explore the local lagoons. With our three boys growing older—and two of them getting married soon—this trip was especially meaningful. We spent nine incredible days creating lasting memories together. Thank you, Matt and Brandy, for making our stay so wonderful. We can’t recommend this condo highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!

Fantastic Villa!

Being our first time to Hawaii, we were unsure of where to stay. This place was amazing - it had everything we needed plus much more. The pictures and description do not do it justice - it is truly paradise. The staff was so helpful and friendly (Kalei at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay great - down to having maintenance assist in retrieving a toy that our 3 year old grandson had dropped from the balcony). The complex was clean and well maintained. The villa was just as described: all the beach items needed - 2 wagons, snorkeling gear galore, beach chairs, toys, etc.; Beds were comfortable; kitchen had everything you need for cooking as well as baby/toddler dishes. Only suggestion would be to maybe replace the cushions in living room chairs as they were flat and not that comfortable. The views were amazing. The pools and lagoon were incredible (not overcrowded and quiet). We could not have asked for a better home away from home and first experience in Hawaii. Highly recommend this villa!

Awesome vacation villa!

Our family of 5 loved this villa! It had everything we needed for a week stay on the island. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out sofa) and the kitchen was stocked to cook any kind of meal. The property is beautiful, and not nearly as busy as nearby resorts. If we ever go back to Oahu, we will certainly stay here again!

Great week in Hawaii

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed for our time at the beach. The wagon was especially helpful. We enjoyed coffee with a view on the balcony every morning. The pools were wonderful, too. I recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property and communication could not have been better. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The patio doors opened the full length of the patio making for spectacular open air views during indoor down time. The lagoon and pools were calm and extremely enjoyable. There were very few restaurants nearby other than the ones associated with neighboring hotels. That said, the lack of restaurants was worth the very chill vibe in this area. We would go out and explore during the day and it was nice to return to a calm peaceful lagoon at night. We head to Waikiki later today and am assuming we will miss the calm of Ko Olina.

This property was perfect for a family vacation! Being able to cook meals in our own kitchen but be close to good dining options was a big plus. The gym and pools on property were fantastic! The supplied beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear made hanging out at the beach easy!

Fantastic

My husband, two children and I had a fantastic stay. Check in was smooth and welcoming with the property management. The condo was sparkling clean with a very nice kitchen. Utensils and pots and pans were great quality. We loved having a table and chairs on the lanai for enjoying meals outside. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect, the lagoon pool is beautiful and great for our kids at 3 ft - 3 1/2ft deep. The beach lagoon was right outside of the pool. We snorkeled and saw many types of fish. the water was so calm the kids could play. The condo had an array of beach gear, sand toys, and a cart which was very helpful. Overall this was a definite 5 star stay. We will be recommending this condo to our friends and hope to stay again.

Comfy, well appointed condo

This was our 8th time at Beach Villas in a variety of units. We enjoyed this unit, the comfy beds and a well provisioned kitchen. Here are some things we loved that we have not had before: *labeled light switches (they can be confusing) *a wagon to carry all the provided beach items out to the beach *sharp knives *labeled shelves in the kitchen for easy access and help to put things back where they belong We loved our stay? Only suggestion is a "cheat sheet" to sync the two remotes and get to the local TV guide. Our ever cheerful and patient greeter helped us. He was very accessible by phone. Thanks!!

Great stay

This condo is in an excellent location. It’s extremely comfortable and has everything you need to cook with to make a great meal. The beds are comfy and it’s in a great location. They have provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon. The property is very comfortable with two nice pools. The beach/lagoons are right outside the property gates. Loved our stay!

Beautiful place in paradise

Great spacious apartment in a a beautiful resort, with pools and beaches at your fingertips. The apartment is nicely decorated with two nice size bedrooms each with a large bathroom. The kitchen has an island for a quick breakfast and there is an indoor and outdoor dining table, if one chooses to eat in. There is a large walk in closet room full of everything you need for the beach! The lanai overlooks the pool area and has a view of the ocean. the owners have been very lovely and answered all of our questions. we would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

Amazing property

The location is perfect as it is close to all sites but in a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. There are sooo many amenities on the property that are great for all ages. The room has everything you need and even things you didn’t realize you would need. The home owners have thought of everything. I would highly recommend this place. It’s good for all ages Mahalo!
