Byggt 2017, har Dune Just Fine hÄllits noggrant med stolthet i ett försök att alltid ha den "nya hemkÀnsla". De fem sovrummen sover bekvÀmt 16. Fyra sovrum har eget badrum. Dune Just Fine was everything we wanted for our extended family vacation and so much more! So many places for people to relax throughout the house. The pool was amazing, especially when a hurricane skirted the island. The kitchen was fabulous—every utensil needed to create our family’s favorite meals was right on hand. Bedrooms and baths were perfect—the master bedroom shower was the best shower I have ever had. Sunset views from the crow’s nest were stunning! Our hearts are so full of precious memories to last a lifetime! We will be back!

This rental house was really amazing! We had 8 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space. We walked to the beach in the AM ( a short walk across the street and down one house) and enjoyed the beach daily. Took the girls back for lunch and then swam in the pool in the afternoons. The upstairs gate to the pool latches well and doesn’t allow the girls to go in alone. Each of the decks (including the Widow’s Walk) had very high quality rockers, tables and chairs. There were 6 lounge chairs by the pool as well as a cushioned couch area. So we had lots of places for spreading out. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishware, utensils and basic pans. We ate all our meals there and were easily able to serve 13. The girls enjoyed the available games (especially chess) as well as puzzles, etc. Overall this was an excellent way for the family to share a week together. We all hated to leave!

The Perfect Beach House

This property is absolutely everything you want in a beach house. It has super easy beach access and is walkable to several delicious restaurants. The house is expertly decorated and has everything you need for a great stay (coffee makers, keurigs on two floors, two refrigerators and a large freezer for extra ice, a pack n play and high chair, plenty of good quality beach chairs etc) The beds are very comfortable and each has its own bathroom. Probably the best thing of all is the beautiful backyard with a large pool, gas grill, plenty of lounge chairs and seating and a covered bar with a large television and speaker for music. You will not be disappointed in this home!

Our third time staying in this beautiful home! Great communication and response from owner and property manager regarding a couple of issues early on. All was dealt with quickly and efficiently! The new kitchen is beautiful. We had a wonderful week with our family.

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful with enough room for our 3 families. Teens had their own spaces from the adults. The house manual was helpful especially when we had an issue with the WiFi. Easy communication with both the owner and local manager. We are excited to stay again next year!

Beautiful home

We had a great time. House was very nice. Plenty of seating for dining as a family and playing games. Kitchen was well stocked. The location of the home to the beach was great. Beautiful views and beach access was right across the street. We also enjoyed walking to the park and ice cream shop.

Perfect!

Wanted a place for family and friends to relax and couldn’t have been happier with Dune Just Fine. The location was perfect for walking across the street to the beach, or just down the road for some great food. Excellent Property!

Plenty of space! A lot of eating utensils for a huge number of people so you will never run out. Nice playable level pool table - not just for show. Back yard and pool area are very nice. Bluetooth speakers in outdoor bar. Nice grassy area in back yard for cornhole. Our 3 families had a wonderful time!

1st time to Holden Beach

Thank you for sharing your house with us. Very clean, spacious and the first time no air mattresses had to be used for our family of 12. Walked across to Beach every day then back to the pool late afternoon and evening. Enjoyed a Reds game poolside, while sitting at the Tiki Bar. Loved playing corn hole out back. The beach chairs were a huge plus in my book! Deep Freeze off driveway worked well with large bags of ice for coolers. Appreciate Gina’s quick responses when texting her upon arrival. Another wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying in Dune Just Fine and it was just as perfect as last time. The property manager, Gina, and the owner, Lacy, are the best! They are quick to resolve any issues to ensure your stay is perfect. You’ll find the kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals for a large group. The beach access is just across the street which is convenient for families with small kids. We spent the mornings on the beach and enjoyed the great backyard and pool in the afternoon. We look forward to staying here again!

Dune just fine indeed!

What a great house. Across the street from the beach, amazing pool and backyard, 5 great bedrooms, porches galore, well appointed kitchen, games, beach chairs, everything you could need. We had 12-14 people staying at the house at all times, we cooked big family meals every night, and the house did not disappoint. Easily fit everyone, slept everyone, fit 6 cars. The ideal home for a large family gathering with a good price point. We only had one issue over the course of our stay and both the owner & property manager were in constant contact throughout and got it resolved. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you Lacy!

Knox Family Vacation

We had the best week at Dune Just Fine in Holden Beach 🏖 our family was treated to a beautiful home with everything we could possibly need ! The weather cooperated and was awesome with a little clouds when needed and lots of sunshine ☀ We got to the beach by 9am, came in for lunch and had naps for the littles and the afternoon consisted of swimming in the pool , putt putting , and ice cream . We went out to dinner a couple nights once at Calabash and two restaurants in Holden . The house is so beautiful, so clean and close to the beach. The layout is perfect for family fun, we had enough bedrooms for nap times and room for afternoon puzzles too. The kitchen is awesome with everything you could possibly need. But the real fun is in the backyard with the pool, grill, tv, and yard . Thanks for the fun memories ! See ya next year , The Knox Family

Beautiful home with beachfront feel!

This was our first trip to Holden Beach and from the moment we crossed the bridge we knew we found our forever vacation place. We've been vacationing in the Carolina's for years and Dune Just Fine is hands down the best vacation home we have stayed in! Our family of 14 enjoyed the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the stunning ocean views. The owners and property manager were awesome to work with! We've already booked for next year and can't wait to go back to our happy place.

Holden Beach is a very special place. If Goldilocks were to choose her favorite beach, it would be Holden! It's not too big, and not too small. It's just right! The perfect family beach. There are no high-rises or traffic lights... only a few small family-owned businesses and local specialty merchants. Everyone is laid back and friendly. We have been coming to the North Carolina coast for over 5 decades and there isn't a single NC beach we haven't visited. Without a doubt, Holden is our favorite. That is why we chose Holden when we decided to buy a vacation home. Dune Just Fine is our second home. We only rent it out during the peak summer season. The balance of the year has us spending time at Holden, enjoying Dune Just Fine as we hope you will.

The sand is just 66 seconds away! Private beach access is across Ocean Blvd and one lot to the left. This home has a beachfront feel to it! The views from the main level and Crow's Nest are spectacular!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The back yard is awesome! Very private and inviting. The Tiki bar is a great hang-out with 8 swivel bar stools, large SMART TV, sink, mini-fridge, built-in stainless steel cooler and solid wi-fi connection. The lush lawn is perfect for games for all ages. Palms and tropical plants give a cool Caribbean vibe. The summer sun soaks the pool all day and the late afternoon offers shade. The Bull built-in gas grill is powerful. An 8 foot picnic table promotes family outdoor dining beside the pool. And the kids will love the pool's multi-light show at night (switch on column at bar...just flip it on/off to advance the settings).
