Beautiful house!

We had a fabulous long weekend stay at the house! It’s walking distance to things to do & yet far enough away it’s a quiet retreat. The pool and hot tub were definitely a bonus to our stay (because some only like to look at sand/ocean)—we really enjoyed our visit!

Convenient and clean

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Keys in the Conch Shell. The owner was always very responsive and hospitable. The house is in a great location right on the beach. Everything was very clean including the hot tub and pool. Highly recommend!

Jenny was amazing with communication. The house was exactly like in the pictures. The location is fabulous. You walk right out to the beach on private walkway. The pool was very clean as was the house. The house had everything you could wish for. Made for great family memories!

Lovely house

House was very nice and clean. Kitchen equipped well for cooking. Fully stocked keurig was certainly appreciated. Refrigerator could be a little bigger. Loved the complimentary beach tent service and the chairs and toys available at the house. Outdoor area and the pool are wonderful. Grandkids had so much fun in the pool and hot tub.

Perfect Stay!

The rental was very clean and provided all the amenities of home! The owner was wonderful about communicating with us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others. My only suggestion would be a little note in the instructions or on the fridge that the trash runs on Tuesday. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Wonderful time, beautiful location!

This was our first visit to Holden Beach and can’t wait to plan our next trip! Beautiful home in a great location. Jenny was very kind and always accessible. The kids would have slept in the pool if they could figure out a way to do it! The oceanfront view is amazing. We enjoyed our week and wished we could have stayed a month! Perfectly relaxing

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Keys in the Conch Shell. The view is stunning, the beach is not nearly as busy as some other places, and the pool and hot tub are an added luxury. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and even provided some rainy day ideas for the one morning it was raining. The kids loved the the bunk beds and all of the beds were quite comfortable with especially nice pillows and linens. Our stay was relaxing and we were sad when it was time to leave.

Loved everything about it

Beautiful beach setting, the house was nicely decorated and well maintained. It had plenty of room for my adult children and their partners and we each had some space to ourselves. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the ocean front decks, as well as easy access to the beach and the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were already made! We would certainly recommend this home, and hope to return next year ourselves. The Walshes

Myers family long weekend

The house is beautiful, very clean and we loved the location. Coming in the house and the beds being made and fresh towels on the beds was great. We were able to put our stuff down, get some lunch and hit the beach and enjoy the mid afternoon. The views from the balconies are great!! Don't worry about bringing beach chairs the house has plenty and the pool was a great late afternoon stop after being on the beach. The house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Jenny was always so quick to responded to any questions I had. We will definitely be back we had a great time!!!

Perfect for a multi-generational family.

Our family loved our week at Keys in the Conch Shell. Beautiful views of the ocean, large modern pool, nice hot tub, “kids’ retreat” room, private master suite with its own deck overlooking the ocean waves, and more made for a relaxing and fun time for all. Our family included three generations - six adults and six children - and there was something for everyone. We especially loved the accessibility of the beach and took full advantage of that. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as beach toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards. This place was everything we had hoped for; we will always value the memories made here. We live in a suburb of Charlotte, NC with our son Nathan. Mark is a software engineer at Unisys Corporation and Jenny is a Coach to Mortgage Professionals. We have been visiting Holden Beach for several years with friends and have fallen in love with this quaint little island. We have always wanted a beach house of our own and in 2015, that dream became a reality when we purchased Keys in the Conch Shell. We spent 5 months renovating and redecorating the home, giving it our personal touch. 2 years later, we purchased Sunshine in My Soul, our 2nd property in Holden Beach. We love the slow pace of Holden Beach and enjoy spending our time entertaining friends on the deck overlooking the ocean or taking a nap in the hammocks while enjoying the ocean breeze. We'd love to share our home away from home with you. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We knew we wanted a home that was large enough to have several families join us and we wanted to be oceanfront, so when we found Keys in the Conch Shell, we fell in love. The home is laid out really well for a large crowd and either multi-family or multi-generational vacations. Our keyless touch pad locks means you can lock your items up but not have to worry about taking a key with you!

When you first enter Keys in the Conch Shell you will be blown away by the expansive views of the ocean! The beach is just steps away from the large deck which boasts an 8 ft custom picnic table and 6 custom high Adirondack chairs. The beach is close enough to watch your kids play from the deck. No more packing up your things for a day at the beach! Just take your chair to the sand; the house and anything you need are just steps away.
