Cozy cabin

We really enjoyed staying in this very cozy cabin. Tammy thought of everything even cozy blankets to use outside. Definitely would stay here next time we are in the area.

Relaxing, comfortable, and well equipped

The area is beautiful. The location was very peaceful during our September stay. The unit had everything we needed and more. One of the days we took in Crater Lake National Park. Perhaps my favorite activity was to walk down to the lake in the morning and rent a kayak.

Quick Stop in Upper Klamath

Beautiful place to stay that was cozy and charming! We enjoyed renting kayaks for the afternoon just a few minute drive away. At the cottage, loved the outdoor seating area, proximity to the lake, and peacefulness of the surrounding community! We stayed here overnight on our stop up to Crater Lake the next morning and wished we could have stayed longer!

They have thought of everything!

Awesome cabin that is fully stocked. You can cook just about anything you want! Very clean with friendly host right next door. We were just passing through, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to return sometime soon!

We loved the cabin. Perfact location to crater lake. And very pet friendly. We even loved the wild life of the beautiful birds. And the deer . We will be staying again.

Clean and comfortable

Excellent location and very clean. Everything you could need was there for you. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone interested in staying near Crater Lake, hiking, and Kayaking. Wonderful!! 5 Stars for sure!!

Cabin in the mountains

This property is in a beautiful lake side area. We used it as our base for snowshoeing in Crater Lake National Park. It is very homey with all the amenities you could want. We will definitely look to stay here whenever we are in the area. Amazing

Luxury in the Woods

Friendly, responsive host; next door if you need help but leaves you alone if you don’t. Very comfortable, plenty of room, full kitchen, tub-shower, washer & dryer, pet friendly. Great jump-off point for Klamath Lake & Crater Lake areas. Just passing through this time but would definitely spend some time here again.

A great place for a getaway

This cabin is perfect for a cozy getaway. It is very clean, well appointed, and quiet. Very comfortable. The owners are fabulous and respond quickly if you have a question or issue. We recommend this cabin. We will be back.

Fabulous

Tammy’s place was a wonderful base for our three nights exploring the Crater Lake area. The house was thoughtfully set up and had everything you might need - from laundry liquid to cooking basics, we found that she had thought of it all! The house is definitely larger and nicer than the photos; it was spacious enough for four adults. The sofa bed wasn’t the greatest but for a short time it was fine. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area with the barbeque, and appreciated the quiet and private area. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for a lovely stay!

Great Amenities, Well Stocked, and Very Clean

This cabin is Great and we will be staying here again! It is easy to find, not to remote as a resort with a general store is right down the road. It has everything you need, things are aesthetic and placed conveniently throughout the cabin. Talk about Amenities - There was a French Press, a coffee bean grinder and the fire pit even had kindling placed in it so the campfire was easy to start. We Loved it!

Loved it!

We had a blast at the cabin. It's super clean and conveniently located. It's about 5 minutes from Crater Lake Zip line and about an hour from Crater Lake. Klamath Lake is just across the street, convenience store is about 3 minutes drive on 140. We would love to come again and will recommend this place to our friends.

well appointed cabin

Tammy and Chip's cabin was clean, well stocked, and homey, with plenty of space to unwind at the end of an active outdoor day in the surrounding areas. We had some initial trouble finding it, as cell service was spotty and the GPS kept getting confused: be sure to download or print out local maps to avoid having the same issues.

Ring in the New Year!

We had a wonderful stay to ring in 2023! There was a bit of snow on the ground and the cabin is surrounded by big beautiful trees. Within walking distance of a restaurant and bar on Pelican Bay which is part of Klamath Lake. The cabin is comfortable, the bed was great and the kitchen is well stocked! We will be back!

Peaceful and Quiet

We loved our stay at this cabin on our way from Southern California to Crater Lake. Master bed and pull out are comfortable. Cabin is very clean with an abundance of extras. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but it would have been fun to stay a few days. Seems like an excellent retreat place. We enjoyed a peaceful, picturesque dinner at Rocky Point Resort Restaurant just a mile from cabin. We will definitely recommend this cabin to family or friends that want to pay a visit to Crater Lake.

Perfection

The most accommodating host I have ever experienced booking through VRBO. This dog-friendly cabin was perfect for my daughter's dog. Tammy even supplied dog items, such as leashes, bowls, and treats. Every inch of the cabin was organized and well-stocked. To top it off, we only had to do the dishes. We didn't have to take out the trash or launder any linens, which is expected in most rentals. This place, a short drive to Crater Lake National Park(stunningly beautiful), and the hosts are awesome!!

Great stay!

Wonderful hosts! Clean and well appointed Great location to Crater Lake Hints: Stop at a grocery store for supplies prior to arrival. There is no shopping stores within a half hour. We went as we left Portland airport. Ask hosts for written directions as internet service is not reliable so travel apps didn’t always work. Ask hosts for their phone number as well. Would definitely stay again and look forward to returning.

Beautiful area

Very quiet neighborhood near the lake. Spent most of my time biking in the area. The cabin was way bigger than expected and nicely laid out. Very comfortable stay. Definitely recommended if in the area. For future guests, there isnt a real town for at least 30 minutes away (Klamath Falls) and most places close early. There is a convenient store about 5 min away though. Fun area if biking or hiking or water sports

Lovely cabin in just across from Upper Klamath Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tammy was wonderful and patient with all of our questions. Her suggestions were on point and we enjoyed a day of kayaking and lunch at Harriman Marina. Don't count on the local convenience store for groceries. Better idea is to get what you need in town before you arrive. We did this and the kitchen was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

What More Could You Ask For?

The property really is on Easy Street and describes it well. Everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay is included, great indoor an outdoor facilities such as outdoor dining, seating, barbecue and fire pit are right outside your front door. The hosts are next-door if you need them ( which we didn't). We spent one day at magnificent Crater Lake which is an hour away and the other exploring the lake area which, is stunning there is some beautiful bird life around. Went for drink to Rocky Point Resort just down the road which is well worth a visit. All in all a great experience, you won't be disappointed if you book there!😋

Cute small home for your stay

The place is very clean, nicely furnished (even brochures in the bedroom, for local fun!), kitchen has everything, nice big fridge, small set-out exterior seating area at rear. Comfy bed. A couple of be awares for specific demographics. 1) If you are a bit unsteady, the owners have slip-strips between the bedroom and bathroom but there is a slope that can be disconcerting at night with no light. 2) if you are seeking a serene, alone in the silent woods experience, this isn't one. Neighbors, including owner, are nice and generally quiet but there are barking dogs, and people in houses and cabins close by. This latter, that you are not in the middle of Nowhere, is part of the 'close to the local resort' that is such a PLUS - you can rent canoes and boats, and are closer to 'civilization' when you need it. So, not an issue, just to make sure that the wilderness crowd doesn't get confused. We came for the annular eclipse, October '23, and had a brilliant location down at the boat dock, clear sky to the east. Great location to watch the sun come up, any morning!

Location X3... It's a great base to explore southern Oregon. But if you feel like sticking around, you can head across the street to Harriman Springs Resort and Marina for access to kayaking, fishing, canoeing or just exploring. And when you feel like relaxing, you can grab a drink and some good food at Harrimans as well! (Ask about hours).
