Stor sjöhytt som byggdes pÄ 1940-talet delar den en 2 hektar stort med historiska Point Comfort Lodge. Nyligen ombyggd har denna rustika loggstuga en sovloft, litet sovrum och utfÀllbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Denna stuga rymmer enkelt en familj med privatliv. Kök, matplats och vardagsrum med utfÀllbar soffa och sidostolar. Köket Àr fullt möblerat. Queen size-sÀng i loft och queen size-sÀng i bottenvÄningen sovrum. Soffan viker ut till en queen size-sÀng. Maximala personer, inklusive barn Àr sex. FrontdÀck har bord och stolar för uteservering med utsikt över sjön. Gratis trÄdlöst nÀtverk

Stuga pÄ Upper Klamath Lake Bay vid Point Comfort
Klamath Lake Àr hem för 452 fÄgelarter och örnar ses ofta i trÀden pÄ fastigheten. PÄ sommaren kommer öringen frÄn hela 94 000 tunnland sjön in i bukten framför stugan. Dessa vilda öring Àr en anstrÀngning av steelhead som Àr inlÄst i sjön för 80 Är sedan. De genomsnittliga 2-3 pund och fisk över 8 pund Àr inte ovanliga. Detta Àr en favoritplats för flugfiskare. Det finns miles av kanot och kajakpaddor i hela myran. Njut av en morgonkaffe och kolla pÄ fisken som hoppar i sjön!

Hamnen rymmer upp till Ätta medelstora bÄtar och kommer med en stege om du rÄkar hoppa in. De tre hektar mark som omger stugan planteras i rullande grÀsmattor och naturliga vÀxter i omgivningen. TrÀdgÄrdarna Àr vackra pÄ vÄren nÀr lila buskar och blommande trÀd Àr i blom. Det finns flera stora rock outcroppings att avgÄ den ljuka lutningen till sjön.

I NÄRHETEN
Rocky Point Resort ligger Âœ mil lĂ€ngs vĂ€gen, nĂ„s med bil, en kort promenad eller en bĂ„ttur frĂ„n vĂ„r brygga till deras. De har en liten butik, restaurang med full bar och bĂ„tuthyrning. Lake of the Woods Resort ligger 8 miles norr om Hwy 140, en kort 10 minuters bilresa. Woods Lake har en restaurang, bĂ„tuthyrning, butik och utmĂ€rkta badstrĂ€nder. Running Y Resort ligger 15 minuter söderut pĂ„ Highway 140, som har bar och restaurang, nĂ€rbutik och en underbar 18-hĂ„ls golfbana designad av Arnold Palmer, rankad som en av de 100 bĂ€sta i USA Crater Lake Ă€r en vacker enhet, bara 45 minuter norrut. This was a sweet cabin on a beautiful lake. Everything was as-described and the staff were very responsive on getting us firewood for the wood stove. We would have appreciated a welcome info packet with area and cabin info. Also would’ve like a bit more lighting in the cabin. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check-in and kitchen were fine, cabin adequately equipped. However, the bed linen and towels were not cleaned well. The sofa was so filthy and powerfully smelly that we needed to find ways to cover it in order to use it.

Peaceful

This is a peaceful place to stay in May before they hit the busy season. The main noises are birds and bees. Occasionally you'll hear a chain saw or a car. The kayaking is good as well.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in this quaint little cabin on the lake. Michelle was great checking in on us and even gave us a grand tour of the lodge on the property. We highly recommend this place, either for a small family (cabins) or a large family reunion at the lodge, which we are thinking about doing with our group. There are many activities available and amazing views that will last a lifetime!

Magical

On our first day here, my youngest son came running into our (private) room and told us we had to see the sunrise. I went out with him, and it was fantastic!!!! The cabin is adorable and comfortable. It easily slept five of us. Even in the chilly fall, it was warm. It had tons of “atmosphere.” Will we stay again??? We’re already looking at dates to go back!

Log cabin with lake view

The cabin is sort of in the middle of nowhere, but it affords a nice, quiet stay. It has a loft for the second bed which might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues but it was fine for us. There is a wood stove for heat and some fans for cooling. We were given a tour of the lodge. The inside has been beautifully renovated with antiques. Those roocomfortable.Aplace for a family

The views of the lake are just breathtaking. The cabin is cute but it’s a bit quirky with its extension cords and older pipes. We would definitely stay here again though!

Peaceful Cabin on the Lake

This cabin was perfect for our stay close to Crater Lake. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and having coffee on the porch. The cabin had everything we needed to cook each night and the bed was comfortable. It was warm during our stay but there was an AC in the bedroom which made sleeping cool & cozy! I would definitely recommend.

Rocky Point

An excellent place to stay in Rocky Point. Next time we’ll come in the spring or later in the fall. Our bird app Mervin.com heard many more birds tha we saw!

Cozy Cabin with lake amenities

Perfect place for a family. 45 minutes from Crater Lake. Julia, the housekeeper, was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, loved having the kayaks and got up early to watch the sunrise from the dock. The only downside is it’s 40 minutes to a large grocery store so would recommend shopping before you arrive. Kitchen is very well equipped- just perfect!

Comfortable quaint cabin near Crater Lake

We were very pleased with our stay at Rocky Point Lodge. Our family of 6 was comfortable in Cabin 2 during our 4 night stay. The cabin had just about everything we needed. It would have been nice to have toiletries provided like soap and shampoo, but it wasn’t a huge deal. We absolutely loved all the outdoor activities. The kids were able to go kayaking for the first time! It would’ve been helpful to have more information ahead of time about what exactly was available and included with our stay and what was additional (like renting the boat). The cabin was clean. The lack of AC in the main cabin area could be an issue for some on a hot summer day, but we were fine with all the fans and windows around the 4th of July. The master bedroom having an AC unit was also very useful. The space for luggage storage was limited, but that was just a minor issue. Overall we were very happy to rent this property that was relatively close to Crater Lake with many additional outdoor amenities. Thank you so much!

in general just an amazing experience. Day of check-in some issues with the Wi-Fi that were mine. But password on slip of paper looked like a large c when it was lowercase so that was a little frustrating. Mgr never responded back. Also was told that there would be free kayaks use, with life preservers in box on the dock. The kayaks were there but no paddles and no life preservers.

Beautiful, rustic cabin

We came down from Salem to watch the annular eclipse in 2023. The cabin was perfect for a few nights to relax and have a comfortable space to watch the eclipse. It is certainly a small, rustic cabin that sleeps six and we had it full. It was perfect for what we wanted and everyone had a great time. The kitchen and living area was surprisingly well stocked for a small cabin. The cabin was clean, everything worked very well and check in/check out was easy. Everyone had a wonderful time and the grounds were beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed waking up each morning to the sun rising over the lake with a view from the bedroom window.
