Vi börjar hyra fastigheten i mars efter omfattande uppdateringar. Hela

2 sovrum, 2 badrum och en bäddsoffa - 6 sovplatser
Island Vibe 5 är ett nyrenoverat två sovrum, två badrum hem med en uppvärmd pool, tropisk landskapsarkitektur och en privat trädgård. Den har en delad vägg med enheten intill. Denna härliga fastighet ligger på 311A 63th Street i Holmes Beach, nära stranden och i ett mycket lugnt bostadsområde Holmes Beach. Det är också en kort promenad till de många butikerna och restaurangerna i centrum av Holmes Beach, samt öns enda hundpark.

Den har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, trådlöst internet, strömmande tv och gratis inrikes fjärrsamtal. Det finns ett stort däck runt poolen.

Det finns en 55 "TV i vardagsrummet med en DVD-spelare samt en 50" TV i Master Suite och en 43 "TV i det andra sovrummet. Det finns också en 50 "tv på utomhusterrassen vid poolen.

Det finns en gasgrill. En strandvagn, strandleksaker och massor av strandutrustning har också tillhandahållits.

Denna vackra fastighet kommer att sova 6 med en king size-säng, två tvillingar som konverterar till en andra kung och en queen size-bäddsoffa. Det finns parkering för två bilar i uppfarten.

Cathy was an amazing property manager. She got us in early and accommodated our later check out. The house was in great condition. Not a ton of kitchen cooking pots/ pans but that didn’t bother us since we mainly ate sandwiches at the beach and went out for dinners. Lots of essential needs- ziploc, soaps, shower needs, etc. That was a big plus! Everything worked great. Would absolutely rent again!

Great Home and Location

Two relaxing stay!

The property and location are perfect for a getaway on AMI. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property! Very well maintained and close to all the local restaurants and shops.

Beautiful home, close to beach!

This house is beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! The pool is perfect for a dip after the beach! Host had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of beach stuff and towels. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay in Anna Maria!!

Paradise revisited

This is rhe third year that we have stayed at Island Vibe. We have vacationed on AMI for over 40 years and have stayed in a lot of locations. Simply put - we are always delighted with our Island Vibe experience. The unit is impeccable- tastefully decorated, immaculately cleaned and maintained, and extremely functional. It was even more amazing this year as we were well aware of the impact of Milton and Helene to AMI.The location is perfect - short walk/drive to beach and shops. The neighborhood is quiet; and, although a duplex, there was no noise between units. We vacation with two small dogs; and the location is perfect for our furry family members as well. There is a well fenced area in which they can roam and explore.I love the pool area. It is so inviting and the perfect plunge to end a day at the beach. There is a wonderful covered porch area to enjoy the outside in the shade.The unit comes with all beach "necessities" - chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon. Inside - it is complete for all vacation living needs.Cathy is amazingly responsive and incredibly nice. She immediately has addressed requests and commu icates promptly. Her posiyive attitude and efficiency is another benefit to appreciate. Overall - we are already planning for a fourth year as my family thoroughly loves the Island Vibe experience.

Wonderful Property

We stayed here 2 weeks. Everything was perfect. The host, Cathy, was great and was excellent with communications. Great property location with restaurants, shopping and the beach a short walk. We used the pool every day as the pool temp was nice and warm. A perfect stay. Thank You

Just right!

Wonderful Stay

This is a lovely spot on Anna Maria Island. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. Just a short walk to the beach. Very nice backyard with a pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Great communication with Cathy the property manager. We had no issue at all but Cathy checked in to make sure we were good. I would definitely stay here again. Love the AMI vibe!

Great Property and Manager

Great place and great manager. It was cold when we visited but after a few tries she was able to make it so we could swim during our stay. Tons of beach toys/chairs umbrellas etc. Responsive within minutes usually. Strongly recommend her property.

A Perfect Spot!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was not only quaint and beautiful, but it was also in an awesome location with tons of beach perks to use! They had everything you’d need for some wonderful days at the beach! The pool was fantastic and refreshing! The house setup was ideal and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend Sara’s home! Our family can’t wait to return next year!

Best vacation

The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated and updated. The pool area was perfect for my 5 year old. We didn’t have to pack any beach chairs or umbrellas because it was all provided. This was our first trip to AMI and we had a blast between the beach and the pool. They also allowed us to bring our bigger dog, while most places have weight restrictions. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it here.

Island Vibe 5 was perfect!!!

Our family of 4(two teens)had an amazing time in this cute little home. Island vibe had everything we needed for the week. So many of the little essentials were included along with all the needed beach items. Unless your item specific, you really dont need to bring a thing except your clothing. I cant say enough good things about the host. Cathy was amazing!! She was quick to answer all of my questions and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great house, very clean!

This was the perfect house for our family of four. Great pool for hot afternoons, extremely clean, and everything you would need to walk to the beach. My only recommendation would be to go through the kitchen and really think about what people might need for cooking and baking. The nonstick pans were old and scratched, and there were no baking dishes. But other than that the house was well stocked, and we had a great visit. We would stay there again for sure!

AMAZING PROPERTY

We had a fantastic time at Island Vibe 5!! We were lucky to be the first guests. This property is exactly as advertised. You immediately feel the "Island Vibe" as you drive up. The pool area is the 1st thing you see. It has the appearance of a tropical resort and includes an outdoor tv and grill. The newly renovated 2 bed/2bath unit in beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new items. The outside shed has everything you need for the beach, which is just a short walk away.. We enjoyed meeting the owners they are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the island. We would definitely stay here again!!

The BEST Ever!

This was the best place I think I've ever stayed!! WE LOVED IT!! VERY clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and relaxing.The kitchen had lots of space to cook In. The pool with TV and patio was a hit.Thimgs we couksnt haul from WV like beach canopy, chairs, toys etc. they even provided beach towels!! Our host was the best! She made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us during the stay. She was very helpful and fast about returning communication. It was perfect for our family of four (2 adults 2 teens) This was our first time to AMI. We will definitely be back and plan to return to Island Vibe 5. Ty Cathy for being the. best host and making sure we had evergfgfggffgfgything we needed! We appreciate you!!
