Island Vibe är ett renoverat tre sovrum, två badrum hem med en privat uppvärmd pool och massor av frodiga tropiska landskapsarkitektur. Den har en delad vägg med enheten bredvid. Tillhör 303 A 62nd Street i Holmes Beach, är denna härliga egendom bekvämt till stranden och i ett mycket lugnt bostadsområdet Holmes Beach. Det är också en kort promenad till många affärer och restauranger i centrala Holmes Beach, liksom öns enda hund park.

Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, trådlöst internet, kabel-TV och gratis inhemska fjärrsamtal ringer. Det finns ett stort öppet däck på poolen och en täckt däck med utsikt över poolen. Du kan även njuta av drinkar på swim-up tiki bordet i poolen. Det finns solsträngslampor på den övre uteplatsen och på tikibordstaket.

Det finns en 55 "tv i vardagsrummet med en DVD-spelare samt en 49" tv i sovrummet. Det finns också en 49 "tv i det andra gästrummet och en TV med en DVD-spelare i det tredje gästrummet. Det finns också en 42 "tv på uteplatsen.

Denna vackra fastighet kommer att sova sex med en kung och en queen size-säng och två enkelsängar. Det finns parkering för en bil i garaget och två på uppfarten.

Så här ska man semestra

Mycket bra, det mesta fanns i köket men kött knivarna var slöare än mina armbågar. Väldigt många handdukar så man vart aldrig utan även om ett antal låg i tvättmaskinen. Poolen alltid varm och skön.

Great place to stay

A nice house, it took just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The house really lived up to our expectations. Perfect with the ”beachtrolley” so we didn’t have to carry all the things we brought to the beach. A very nice and calm neighbourhood. We really can recommend you to renting this house.

We had a great time at Island Vibe 1 and hope to stay here again on our next trip to AMI.The home was very clean, beds comfortable, nicely decorated, great pool, and outdoor living area! Lots of beach toys, floaties for the pool, ping pong table in the garage, and plenty of seating around the pool.Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Excellent Vacation

Cathy was a wonderful hostess! Always quick to respond if we had any questions. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds/furniture were comfortable. We absolutely loved the private outdoor space and pool. This neighborhood has always been a go to for us when visiting Anna Maria/Holmes Beach Area. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Vacation Spot!

Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Loved the pool and the surrounding outdoor area. We spent most of our time there. Cute, comfortable and well appointed home! Pet friendly which is so important to us. Fabulous hosts and great communication. We will be back!

Spring break 2025

Great spring break vacation with adult children and grandson. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The heated pool and outdoor space was very comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotless and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was in touch and very pleasant. My grandson enjoyed the beach toys and we had fun in the pool. We had plenty of parking space and the seven minute walk to the beach was easy to navigate. We made good use of the dog park down the street and we were able to dock our boat at the marina a short distance from the house. This is a great central location if you like to walk or bike ride to the beach, go shopping ,or take the boat out fishing. We really enjoyed our vacation at island vibe 1.

Great VRBO

Property manager and owner very accommodating and responsive. The property was very clean and well stocked. They had beach toys and towels and wagon to take on short walk to the beach. The heated pool was a huge hit for all of us!! The property is very close to many restaurants, grocery stores and beach! We will book again!

Wonderful stay!

We had such an amazing stay at Island Vibes 1! Sarah was the ultimate host, and the house was perfect! We had everything we needed for the week - beach towels, beach toys, a wagon, cooler, beach canopy and umbrellas, as well as a high chair and pack and play for my granddaughter. The entire family enjoyed the pool and Tiki bar, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house was nicely decorated and had the perfect beach feel with comfortable beds and a fantastic outdoor area surrounding the pool, perfect to come back to after a day at the beach! We really just loved our stay and will be back!

The Perfect Property

All the reviews are correct. This is the perfect property. It was all we needed for our family of 4. The house came fully stocked with all the beach items you need including chairs, floats, 10' x 10' canopy for shade, coolers and a beach wagon to take it all to the beach which was a short 5 minute walk. Central to restaurants in both directions. Publix was a short drive as well. It is a duplex located in a neighborhood but noise from others was minimal. Next door neighbor is super friendly providing some insight on restaurants etc. We will rent again from Island Vibe Properties for sure!!

Best VRBO yet

Honestly the place is even better than the pictures and description somehow. The covered outdoor area is huge and cool. The pool is spectacular. They had all the little things that we pull our hair out that we have to buy at other vrbos. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap, beach towels, coolers, pool floats, wagons…. Truly an awesome place a close walk to the beach.

perfect for our family

My family and I had a great time. The house and pool were very well maintained and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and the free trolley was convenient. The host was very responsive.

Fun and Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing trip at Anna Maria and Island Vibes 1. The house was perfect in size for our family of 5. The patio and pool area was used most of the trip and it was so nice to come back to the pool after spending some time on the beach. The beach was only a few blocks away and everything you needed was provided in the garage. Would definitely recommend Island Vibes!

A great place to call home for the week.

We just returned home from a week at Island Vibe 1. What a great setup they have. We started most days, and ended most days in the saltwater pool. We had loads of pool toys at our disposal, and boy did my girls enjoy them. For the beach, we took advantage of the utility of wagon to carry our stuff to the beach. We were thankful to have a large collapsible canopy to use, along with beach toys. I didn’t realize how nice it was going to be to have beach towels there for us to use. As you can imagine, sand gets everywhere. We utilized the washer and dryer daily! So every morning, we had fresh towels. The pool area in general is so wonderful. Many chairs to choose from, a tv for music, a grill and gas fire pit, and OUTDOOR SHOWER! That shower was super handy for cleaning off after the beach. We booked pretty last minute, and hesitated to be approximately 5 blocks from the beach. This place is worth it. The amenities are plentiful!

Exceeded our expectation

This property was even better than described and perfect for our group. The beds, couches, outdoor furniture were all very comfortable. There was everything we needed to go to the beach for the day, including chairs and towels. The backyard felt like a private oasis. The pool was beautiful and perfect for a break from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal at home. If we come back to AMI we will stay here again without question. This property is truly wonderful all around!

We are Holmes Beach locals and we love it here! Dogs are part of our family, so we know the importance of having a place where guests can bring their pups with them on vacation as well. We're overjoyed that we get to share this very special place with vacationers from all over the world!

This is a great property near the downtown area of Holmes Beach which means there are about a dozen restaurants just a short walk away. And they included breakfast and lunch sandwich shops, seafood, pub food, pizza, Mexican food and more formal dining. Many of these restaurants have both indoor and outdoor dining. If you are looking for something else, Pine Avenue in the City of Anna Maria and Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach are only a short trolley ride away. And the beach is about a five block walk from the house, so you can enjoy the sunsets every day!
