Tillhör 303 A 62nd Street i Holmes Beach, Àr denna hÀrliga egendom bekvÀmt till stranden och i ett mycket lugnt bostadsomrÄdet Holmes Beach. Det Àr ocksÄ en kort promenad till mÄnga affÀrer och restauranger i centrala Holmes Beach, liksom öns enda hund park.

Det finns en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, trÄdlöst internet, kabel-TV och gratis inhemska fjÀrrsamtal ringer. Det finns ett stort öppet dÀck pÄ poolen och en tÀckt dÀck med utsikt över poolen. Du kan Àven njuta av drinkar pÄ swim-up tiki bordet i poolen. Det finns solstrÀngslampor pÄ den övre uteplatsen och pÄ tikibordstaket.

We had a great time at Island Vibe 1 and hope to stay here again on our next trip to AMI.The home was very clean, beds comfortable, nicely decorated, great pool, and outdoor living area! Lots of beach toys, floaties for the pool, ping pong table in the garage, and plenty of seating around the pool.Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great Vacation Spot!

Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Loved the pool and the surrounding outdoor area. We spent most of our time there. Cute, comfortable and well appointed home! Pet friendly which is so important to us. Fabulous hosts and great communication. We will be back!

Excellent Vacation

Cathy was a wonderful hostess! Always quick to respond if we had any questions. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds/furniture were comfortable. We absolutely loved the private outdoor space and pool. This neighborhood has always been a go to for us when visiting Anna Maria/Holmes Beach Area. Would definitely recommend!!

Property manager and owner very accommodating and responsive. The property was very clean and well stocked. They had beach toys and towels and wagon to take on short walk to the beach. The heated pool was a huge hit for all of us!! The property is very close to many restaurants, grocery stores and beach! We will book again!

Perfect place for kids - had an amazing stay!

The house was well stocked, lots of pool and beach toys and everything else you’d need. It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Sara was great and responsive. We will definitely be booking again!!

Fun and Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing trip at Anna Maria and Island Vibes 1. The house was perfect in size for our family of 5. The patio and pool area was used most of the trip and it was so nice to come back to the pool after spending some time on the beach. The beach was only a few blocks away and everything you needed was provided in the garage. Would definitely recommend Island Vibes!

Great Place!

Sara's home was perfect for our family vacation. Well stocked, great pool area, lots of beach supplies and short walk to the beach! Sara was very accommodating and made sure we had items for our baby upon arrival. Would recommend her home to anyone looking to stay on AMI.

Great!

We loved our stay! We felt comfortable here and they provided us with a bunch of baby gear that made our traveling easier! We loved that the pool had a shallow area which was perfect for our one year old to hang out on (with us of course). The hang out area by the pool was so nice! We loved that it was in the middle of the island so it was close to some restaurants but also a nice short trip to both sides of the island! We would definitely stay here again!

Honestly the place is even better than the pictures and description somehow. The covered outdoor area is huge and cool. The pool is spectacular. They had all the little things that we pull our hair out that we have to buy at other vrbos. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap, beach towels, coolers, pool floats, wagons
. Truly an awesome place a close walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We had such an amazing stay at Island Vibes 1! Sarah was the ultimate host, and the house was perfect! We had everything we needed for the week - beach towels, beach toys, a wagon, cooler, beach canopy and umbrellas, as well as a high chair and pack and play for my granddaughter. The entire family enjoyed the pool and Tiki bar, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house was nicely decorated and had the perfect beach feel with comfortable beds and a fantastic outdoor area surrounding the pool, perfect to come back to after a day at the beach! We really just loved our stay and will be back!

Perfect family vacation

This house was perfect for my family of five! We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor hang out spaces! It was about a five block walk to the beach but it was very doable with the wagon and chairs and anything we might need or want on the beach provided. Sara was very communicative and the beds were all comfortable. Awesome stay! Thank you!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and we didn't want or wish for anything. The property was super clean and furnished beautifully. Our family really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. The house we felt was in an excellent location and we enjoyed cycling around the island, stopping at beaches and bars whenever we felt like it. Pretty damn perfect holiday really : )

Spring break 2025

Great spring break vacation with adult children and grandson. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The heated pool and outdoor space was very comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotless and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was in touch and very pleasant. My grandson enjoyed the beach toys and we had fun in the pool. We had plenty of parking space and the seven minute walk to the beach was easy to navigate. We made good use of the dog park down the street and we were able to dock our boat at the marina a short distance from the house. This is a great central location if you like to walk or bike ride to the beach, go shopping ,or take the boat out fishing. We really enjoyed our vacation at island vibe 1.

Vacation 2019

This was our 3rd Summer staying at this location and we have enjoyed the House all three years. The only reason we would change location is to go to a larger home. Sara has been very accommodating with this property. We Love the Pool area and spent a large amout of time there! Thanks Again!

We are Holmes Beach locals and we love it here! Dogs are part of our family, so we know the importance of having a place where guests can bring their pups with them on vacation as well. We're overjoyed that we get to share this very special place with vacationers from all over the world!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is a great property near the downtown area of Holmes Beach which means there are about a dozen restaurants just a short walk away. And they included breakfast and lunch sandwich shops, seafood, pub food, pizza, Mexican food and more formal dining. Many of these restaurants have both indoor and outdoor dining. If you are looking for something else, Pine Avenue in the City of Anna Maria and Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach are only a short trolley ride away. And the beach is about a five block walk from the house, so you can enjoy the sunsets every day!
