Öppen solig planlösning med en Tommy Bahama-känsla. De flesta rum har stora skjutdörrar som vetter mot den vackra soliga trädgården med pool / jacuzzi, otroliga planteringar inklusive en grapefruktträd och palmer och en mängd kaktusar. Nyligen ombyggd 2020 med nya golv, fönster, belysning och beläggning. 6 cyklar tillhandahålls för att cykla till den otroliga Kierland Commons och Scottsdale Quarter mindre än 2 miles away. Det stora masterrummet har en egen garderob, privat uteplats med utsikt över poolen, TV, vacker king size-säng, dubbeldusch i lyxiga master badrum. Ett rum öppnar till trädgården / uteplatsen och poolområdet och har också en vacker king size-säng. Det tredje rummet har 2 enkelsängar och mycket förvaring. I kökshallen finns ett bord med 6 stolar och sedan i familjerummet finns det ett annat bord med 4 stolar där spel kan spelas eller användas som ett annat alternativ att äta på. Utanför finns ett stort bord med 6 bekväma stolar under en täckt uteplats och stor rostfri stjäl BBQ. Vi rekommenderar att cykla eller gå för att lyssna på påsen som spelar varje kväll i skymningen framför öppna eldar bakom hotellet Westin / Kierland och sedan äta middag på en av de många fantastiska restaurangerna tvärs över gatan.

Perfect!

My mom moved back to MN from AZ last spring and wanted to go back to the Scottsdale area to see friends. My sister and I picked this property as a place to call home for a week while we visited friends, shopped, and relaxed. Everything was wonderful! The property is roomy, airy, and contained everything we needed to be comfortable. We truly enjoyed this home. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. And if you forget ANYTHING, there's a good chance it's there. We will be back!!

We loved the house, split floor plan, well stocked, manicured yard with pool and hot tub. Location very convenient. Owner/manager was very responsive and receptive to comments/suggestions. Hope we can rent it again in the future.

Beautiful Home, Pool/Spa, and Amazing Hosts!!!

We had the BEST week staying in this beautiful home! Our family of 6 had plenty of space to play, relax, and create lasting memories! The pool and spa in this private, gorgeous backyard were paradise! The host, Charlotte, was the most kind, helpful, and gracious host! She genuinely wanted us to have the best week and was so responsive to any questions we had. I can’t say enough about this property! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and everything you need for cooking and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds! The location is also amazing - we were able to explore the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas - lots to do! We also easily drove to Sedona for a day - gorgeous city and wonderful hiking! We can’t wait to come visit AZ again, and when we do, we will be staying here! ~The Swanson Family

Fantastic Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Baker Residence! The house is equipped with everything you could ever need during your stay. Excellent location and a perfect yard for relaxing. The owners were lightning fast in resolving a minor issue that was out of their control. We would not hesitate to return for our next trip to the desert!

AZ getaway

We really enjoyed our time in AZ. The property was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We loved the pool! They had lots of things to float on. We enjoyed the puzzles and games as well. Charlotte was responsive to needs and very helpful. Well stocked kitchen.

Scottsdale paradise

The Bakers are outstanding hosts, by far the best we’ve experienced via VRBO rentals. We are return guests, and are looking forward to our next time at their property. The communication is excellent - Charlotte communicated with us regularly once we booked and even reached out during our stay to ensure our needs were being met. Their home is truly resort quality and offers such a relaxing and carefree vacation. It is well stocked with all essentials and is immaculate in condition and quality. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to everything you need from dining, shopping and activities. This house and experience with the Bakers are truly 5 star in every way.

Great stay

My son, son-in-law, and I had a great weekend in Phoenix. The boys loved the spa with the cooler Phoenix weather after a day of 4-wheeling in the desert. The house was super clean and the grapefruit tree in the backyard was a fantastic surprise. Delicious!!

Another wonderful stay!

This was our 4th stay at a Baker property. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home has everything that you need for a restful stay. The location is perfect for access to golf, hiking, restaurants and the local branch of Anytime Fitness. We plan to return!

Just Right!!

This home was just right for our family of 6 ranging from grandparents to a baby. The owner was so helpful and responsive to our questions and even provided a crib and high chair. This home is well equipped, clean, roomy and in a very nice neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend this property.

Relaxing & Beautiful

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and the yard is beautifully landscaped. There is a large covered patio so even with 100 degree heat we could stay outside all day! Looking forward to coming back again!!

Another wonderful stay!

We enjoyed another great stay at this beautiful home. There were five of us this time, and it was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We loved relaxing around the pool in the beautiful yard, and took advantage of both the inside and outside dining areas. The home is extremely clean and comfortable, with many tasteful decorative touches. We also loved taking early morning walks in this nice area. Charlotte and Randy are incredibly kind and generous hosts. We hope to return again in the future.

Excellent Family Vacation Stay

The house was great for a family vacation! The pool and hot tub were warm with lots of toys to entertain. House was stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect Guys Weekend Getaway

My friends and I were in town for the WM Phoenix Open and a weekend of golf. So conveniently located to TPC Scottsdale and other area courses. Great home, great location!! We also had the option to take the short trip to Glendale for the Super Bowl, but decided against it and chose to watch the game in the back yard. The pool, the spa, the patio…everything you need to entertain. Amenities were abundant and the I can’t say enough good about the owner. Any issues that arise are quickly solved. Communication was an 11 out of 10. We are already looking forward to our return trip!

We own 4 VRBOs, 3 in AZ, and 1 in Washington. Please see our reviews on 865533, 1157821 and 221595, as this listing is new and has few. We fell in love with the area several years ago, and own another rental 5 minutes away. When this home came on the market we knew it would be a perfect home to enjoy ourselves and to have our VRBO guest enjoy as well. There is so much to do within 2 miles of the home. The sunny beautiful yard is a perfect place for gatherings and/or enjoying some quiet time. 5 glass doors open to the incredible yard, making the home easy indoor/outdoor living. After owning 3 other VRBO's we feel we have become experts at pleasing our renters and knowing what they desire. We hope to have to opportunity to host you in our newest home.
