Upon entrance you'll discover a spacious living room along with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.

Walk down a few stairs to find the large primary bedroom and freshly remodeled bathroom or up a few stairs to find two sizable guest rooms and a second bathroom.

Each bedroom includes a king or queen size bed with USB charging ports. The primary bedroom also includes a work desk, dresser, smart TV and its own walk-in closet and bathroom. A sleeper sofa and a futon on the main level provide additional sleeping space for guests. A Pack ’n Play (travel crib) is also included.

The property also features a private pool, BBQ grill, dining table, fire table, outdoor TV and putting green!

Up to 2 cats or dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per pet.

Planning to visit during the "cooler" months? We don't blame you. The pool can be heated to a temperature of your choice for an additional $50 per day.

Super grateful for our hosts prompt responses when we had questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this property time and time again. The only thing this crazy Montana girl couldn’t handle was the heat and keeping the house cool enough at night

Great House!

Great neighborhood

Great, quiet neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for 6 of us. We really enjoyed the backyard when the AZ spring weather would cooperate. John was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely pay to have the pool heated in April! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Winter Vacation

We were in Scottsdale for a couple of days at the end of our winter family vacation trip to Arizona and were looking for a place that offered heated outdoor pool. John’s house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the house and the pool. The neighborhood was nice and we had easy access to the highways to get around town. John had a small welcome basket of snacks waiting for us which we all appreciated.

Home away from home

John was a pleasure to work with! We had a small problem with keyless entry. I am sure John will have it repaired before the end of the day. Neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for us older travelers. House, landscaping were spotless/perfect. We brought our dog and the back yard was perfect for him to play. If John will have us we will be back!

Great stay!

Beautiful and well-stocked property, very comfortable and well located. There is a great TV in the living room, but only operates as a smart (streaming) tv. As 2 older couples who have cable/digital service at our homes, we had trouble using this. We don’t have any streaming services, and couldn’t watch much (including football playoffs) without them. I suspect it wouldn’t be any problem for people used to using them, but was a disappointment for us. The property was in a great, quiet location, and the backyard amenities are superb. Very nice stay!

Warm welcome

My wife and I arrived to our stay at the luxury vacation home with pool Friday evening had about 9:00 p.m.. it was still 110° outside. We decided to spend the weekend in Scottsdale to participate in the Salt River tube float. The home was clean and welcoming. The owner left a basket of some snacks that we took advantage of and took to our float on Saturday. The home was nicely air conditioned and it pulled down quickly whenever we needed a little extra cool air. The pulling back was warm too hot but still it was nice to cool down compared to the 100 plus temperatures. The kitchen was soft with vanessaary cooking utensils plates cups Etc or virtually everything you would need to prepare meals. There are even spices in the cabinet. We ended our visit on Sunday and did some light cleaning and it almost looked like we were never there. Put some items in the dishwasher and in the washing machine for the owner and lock the door. If we were to stay in this area again we would highly consider this rental.

Perfect spot (especially with young kids or pets)

LOCATION!! Close to everywhere you need to go. The communication with the host directly was excellent, fast on reply and very friendly. The house has two bedrooms upstairs with one restroom and master bedroom with TV and restroom downstairs. Gated pool is perfect for young kids or pets, even has a doggy door, umbrellas for shade, bunch of fun floaties. Full kitchen. Would come back again! Thanks!
