It was a beautiful place, very clean, easy check in and was close to our granddaughter and her husband. Plenty of space and loved the patio. Will definitely recommend it.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean, modern and beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Would like to stay there again next year.

Worked great for our family. We attended the Shakespeare festival and it was easy to get to the plays from there. Loved that we had access to the pool… kids loved it! Didn’t know where they key to the clubhouse was at first, but asked the host and figured it out quickly.

Cozy condo

We spend 3 nights at the condo. Loved the location and the furnishings were very nice. Overall it was very inviting and cozy. We visited Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks and the condo was just the right distance away and reasonably priced. Nice pool and hot tub also.

Great place ti stay. Quiet

Only deducted one star for inability to get rid of ants with spray plus mopping a lot. The owner/manager was very responsive. The master toilet needs repair. At times it makes a terrible high pitched sound that is hard to stop. Otherwise, I would stay there again for sure

Great house with plenty of room for a family of 4. Nicely located between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Plenty of food options around. One note: The gps address takes you to the neighborhood, not directly to the unit. Check unit number (listed in wifi info) on your check in instructions, and you will find it.

Base for exploring

Stayed 5 nights as part of a Denver to LV road trip. The booking process was very straightforward with excellent communication from the owner. Access information was provided as promised a few days before we arrived- right on time. Easy to find the property in what is a nice safe and quiet area.The property itself was as described, in very good condition and with all the amenities you need. Comfy furniture and beds, very clean, etc. For us it’s walkable into downtown (approx 45 min with a paved trail for part of the way) so easy to get to the dining options.Loved our stay - perfect base for the exploring we wanted to do

It worked fine for our stay but we really only slept there. Got in later at night. Gone all next day . Slept another night and left early next morning. It worked great though for us

Almost perfect

All the great reviews and description were accurate. The townhouse was everything I expected. I will note just one thing that is probably fine for most people. The unit is listed as no pets due to allergies which was fantastic for me. However, housekeeping is using a very strong scent on the bedding, so IF you do have allergies and are scent sensitive, you may want to consider that. The place is so great, if I had a longer stay, I probably would just bring some unscented laundry soap and wash my bedding before sleeping. Don't hesitate to book other than that one little thing.

Excellent overnight stay!

On a road trip from Los Angeles to Minnesota, and spent the night at this very nice townhouse. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, everything you would need to settle in was provided. Great safe location, garage parking was appreciated. Our stop was short, but the quality of the home made for a very comfortable night. I would not hesitate to return.

Very conveniently located close to the kids who stayed in ceder city and had practice at SUU prior to competing in St George. Hot water was an issue with us, didnt have any. The owner answered several hours later. Water heaters

Excellent vacation

We have stayed for two weeks in October 2024. The house is very clean. The WiFi connection works. The property description is correct. The kitchen is fully functional. All appliances work. The house was well provided with towels and all kinds of conveniences. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is safe. The owner made significant efforts to transform our vacation into a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again.
