Plus, we’re conveniently located only 8 minutes from Cedar City and about 30 minutes from St. George, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. With quick and easy freeway access, your journey begins right here!

This may have been one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed at. It was cozy, quiet and a perfect place for my mom and I to visit my daughter at SUU. The home had everything we needed and we loved the decor. The linens were soft and adorable. We will definitely keep this on our list for future visits.

This was one of the most beautiful stays. The host was quick to respond, kind and accommodating. The attention to detail was above and beyond- creamer packets for coffee. The kitchen had everything you would need. Tide pods for laundry- and a beautiful location too! Highly recommended!!

This place was a very nice and quiet getaway. It has amazing views of the mountains that almost is a complete 360 degree view. The inside is decorated very nice and it is very clean. The county roads to get here are gravel but Mari has great directions to get there. It was a perfect staging location for all the hiking that we did in Zion and around two hours from Vegas. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this little home for our weekend Shakespeare get away. So perfect for a couple. Full sized kitchen was perfect for meals between shows and close to downtown Cedar City. Check in and out was fabulous and so easy. Mari was great to communicate with. Definitely staying here again!

Just as indicated, this is a serene retreat! A lovely rural setting yet close to the National Parks and all the scenic opportunities in the area. The space is tastefully decorated and clean, the linens were very nice. The farmhouse was much larger than we expected and had everything needed for our almost 2 week stay. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Very nicely decorated with everything you need for a stay. Very quiet and clean plus close to town for a home in a farm area. The only thing is the dirt road is very dusty with lot’s of bumps in the road.We would stay again if we traveled the area.

The farmhouse was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. Christmas break family getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mari and Tyrels Serene Farmhouse. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable.The location was perfect for exploring Cedar City, Brian Head, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We loved being able to visit so many amazing destinations while having such a comfortable and convenient home base.The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive, clearly putting a lot of thought and care into making the rental as welcoming as possible. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special.We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Cozy and Convenient Little House

Surprised my wife with a trip to Utah for our 10th anniversary. So glad we came across this place. It had everything we needed for a cozy week of relaxation- from beautiful mountain views and live music from the local birds to quaint and convenient Cedar City just a few minutes away. The drive to Zion is about an hour, but it’s a beautiful hour of easy freeway driving and breathtaking vistas. Everything was remarkably clean, tastefully appointed and uniformly decorated. Clean sheets, spot-free towels, just enough dishes, spices, detergents, soaps, coffee to be perfect for a week-long stay. Bed and furniture are comfortable, plenty of pillows, TV was easy to use, hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with but not intrusive. There are other rentals very close by on the property which were vacant while we were there, so it was perfect, romantic privacy. If you’re hoping for a romantic getaway, I would try to book it while the other buildings are vacant. The binder with local restaurant recommendations was an excellent touch- we had multiple great dining experiences thanks to that!Overall, our stay will be a highlight we will remember for many years, and this little house was the perfect place for us. We’d give more stars if we could.

Clean and pristine place. We had no water first morning of our trip. We notified the host and her husband arrived an hour later to fix the water pump. We were without water and inability to shower the entire morning. We did expect the host would give us a partial refund for the day. The host used excuses like “we have it listed in our rental that we have a private well”. She minimized the value of the 4 to 4 1/2 hrs we were without water. We understand that acts of God happen. It was her attitude and snippiness that was bad. The poor customer service the host gave us was dismal and Mari (the host) further blamed us and was quite short and dismissive regarding our request. She should not be in customer service if she is not interested in providing a backup plan when her property fails. We attempted to resolve this issue with no avail.

Our property is on a private well, and unfortunately the pump broke that morning. We were notified at 9:30 AM, arrived within an hour, and had the issue fixed by 11:30 am, restoring full water service. This has never happened before, it was unfortunate but out of our control. The inconvenience you mentioned was not being able to make coffee. We had water on site that could be used, and I also offered to bring additional water jugs, which was declined. We did our best to resolve the issue quickly, but it seems that was not enough. We did not feel a refund was warranted, as we had already provided a five-hour early check-in so you could get to your play early. I arranged for cleaners to have the home ready for you early so you could drop off your belongings and freshen up. Given that the refund was never mentioned during your stay and the issue was resolved within two hours, we felt this accommodation fairly offset the inconvenience. While we regret that this happened at all- and our place did not meet your expectations, we believe we acted quickly and responsibly to resolve the situation. We were kind and professional but weren’t treated kindly in return despite our efforts. We have a wonderful track record of happy guests and unfortunately despite our best efforts we weren’t able to make you happy. We hope you are able to find a home in the area for your next trip that better suits your expectations.

The sunsets are breathtaking, painting the sky with vibrant colors, while the gentle sounds of birds create a relaxing soundtrack. With stunning mountain views all around, it’s a little slice of heaven we’re excited to share with our guests!

Our property offers a truly unique getaway! It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet conveniently located just an 8-minute drive to Cedar City. One of the things that sets us apart is the privacy—you’ll have the property all to yourself since we don’t live on-site. For those needing additional space, we’ll soon be offering another charming cottage unit on the property, giving you even more flexibility for your stay. It’s a peaceful retreat we’re excited to share with you!
