This home is conveniently laid out and spacious which is perfect for groups, friends, families and Bachelorettes and has a beautifully landscaped front and back yard with an amazing fire pit. Perfect for extended stays with washer and dryer provided and a full kitchen!

Lovely. It was the absolute perfect place for a five girl, 40th birthday. The home is wonderful with plenty of space to spread out, eat, read or play games in the library of which we did all! Plus the beds were very comfortable and everyone slept soundly!!

Great Xmas

We have stayed here the last 3 Christmas visits. Very close to town, clean, comfortable. Firepit, quiet, and a large backyard. Would stay here again.

Great home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space, and loved all of books available. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night.

Fredricksburg Girls Trip

The property was clean/updated and in a perfect location. We walked to dinner and to all the shops since it was a few blocks down the road. Marissa was helpful in answering any questionsmand allowed us to check in a few hours early since we were coming in from out of town.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The bungalow is beautifully appointed. Marissa was an impeccable host! We had a wonderful time, and could not have chosen a more convenient or comfortable home for our first trip to Fredericksburg. We will definitely be back and I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Everythiing as advertised will be back!

Great property in a great location. It was just my wife, dog, and and and the place was perfect. Certainly could have easily had another couple with us as well. Great yard for dog. House was as advertised and great communication with the prop manager. We will definitely be back.

Great house, great location!

The house is located just one street off of main street and the street is super wide, so parking is not a problem. The back yard is wonderful, we spend several hours talking and enjoying the firepit. However, I do wish there was a grill. Definitely a small thing. The inside is every bit as attractive as the pictures suggest.

We will be back! This house is awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! The king bed was super comfortable! And that fire pit was our nightmare entertainment! The mornings were very nice so we opened up the back doors and could hear the birds chirping away!!! We were all very impressed with the high quality appliances!

Spacious and beautiful with Gourmet dream kitchen!

The property is clean, spacious, well designed, with tons of extra luxurious amenities- To include a fantastic chef’s kitchen with a huge wine fridge, two different types of coffee makers, and plenty of plates and serving dishes. The beds Are extremely comfortable and dressed with high-end linens. The fire pit is located in a cute corner nook of the yard and is perfect for drinking an evening glass of wine and stargazing. The host responded to all my inquiries, both quickly and professionally. A wonderful place to stay with friends for the weekend!

Girls weekend

My friends and I planned a wine tasting trip and wanted to stay nearby so we chose this lovely, comfortable home. Check in and out was easy. We felt the home offered everything we needed and then some. There are plenty of areas to spend time with others; whether it be outside under the pergola or by the fire pit, or just inside the home. The beds were comfy as well as the couches. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed for our trip, including a wine cooler. Overall it is a wonderful place and we would definitely rebook through Marissa.

Relaxing weekend in Fredericksburg

The property was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place to relax for Memorial Day Weekend. We really enjoyed walking the two blocks to get coffee in the morning and exploring downtown.

We are native Texans that have discovered and fallen in love with the Hill Country. We love the local wineries and all of the great restaurants. Dancing is always fun at Crossroads!

A lot of love and consideration was put into renovating this house. It is modern and comfortable on the inside with a lot of outdoor space to enjoy. The location is the best part!

If you like to cook, it's a perfect kitchen to cook in. The outdoor fire pit is a great place to gather for conversation, wine and fun. It is exactly 1 mile to Washington Street, from the house so a two mile walk from the house will allow you to see the heart of Fredericksburg.
