En total renovering avslutades just på detta charmiga i stadens 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 badhus som ursprungligen byggdes 1850. Hemmet har en öppen planlösning med massor av fönster, trägolv i hela och ett gourmetkök. Befälhavaren svit med duschkabin och tvättstuga slutför första våningen. På andra våningen med synliga balkar finns en mysig sittgrupp, ett badrum och två sovrum. Verandan och bakre däck ger mycket utrymme att njuta av utomhus. Detta hem ligger på en återvändsgränd och bara en kort promenad till staden, Mount Hope Bay och East Bay Bike Path.

Great spot!

Was their for my daughters graduation weekend and the house was awesome with all the amenities you could image. If you need a place to stay in Bristol, I highly recommend!

Perfection in Bristol!

Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home in Bristol. The property is very well appointed and very clean! The host provided great instructions for our stay and we really appreciated the little extras in the kitchen to get us started (a few water bottles, coffee and creamer). Check in and out instructions were clear easy. Neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible to downtown Bristol and close communities. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return Bristol and would love to stay at this property again someday!

Fun in Bristol

We love Bristol and planned to bike this trip! The weather didn’t cooperate but the house had a great movie selection and we enjoyed our time together. Great house, great location and wonderful host! Makes for a great stay even when the weather doesn’t cooperate!

My family and I stayed at Theresa's house for my son's graduation from RWU. The house is absolutely beautiful Her attention to the little details is amazing (fresh flowers in each room, etc). I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house!

Everything is clean and new!

We had a great 4-day stay at Theresa's house in Bristol. The house and yard are clean and well-maintained. Theresa checked in during our stay to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely stay here again when we're in the Bristol area. The house is centrally located in Bristol, close to downtown as well as the Blithewold Mansion and Gardens.

My son was married in Bristol and I put the grooms grandmother, aunts and cousins from Calif there.

This is easily the nicest rental we have ever experienced and we rent a lot. No detail left unturned, immaculate space with quality lines and serveware in every nook and cranny. We just could not have been happier. Edward and Teresa weee a delight. The location is so close to downtown it was perfect. Highly highly recommended!!!

In Bristol for daughter's wedding

We were in Bristol for our daughter's wedding. We wanted a place where we could be with good friends of ours and unwind for a few days. We were not disappointed. This home is absolutely beautiful. Theresa thought of everything we might possibly need. We fell in love with it the minute we walked in the door. It was an oasis during a very busy, wonderful weekend.

Excellent home!

This house was immaculately clean. I’ve never stayed in a rental that was more spotless. Theresa was incredibly helpful and accessible to us during our stay. The yard and landscaping was also perfect and peaceful. The house offered every amenity you could possibly need. My one constructive criticism is that the twin beds are very firm but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The best rental experience ever!!

The property was so beautifully renovated, clean and appointed! It was by far the best rental experience we have ever had. Fresh flowers, fluffy towels, and sparkling floors and countertops greeted us upon arrival. Theresa has thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. She was kind enough to provide basic supplies of coffee, creamer and water to get us started upon arrival and had basic spices and oils and an abundance of kitchen utensils and equipment to accommodate delicious home cooked meals which we were able to serve up on quaint ceramic ware and linens. The location permitted plenty of space to relax on the porches and play games in the yard and was close enough for us to walk or bike into historic downtown Bristol to stroll or get bagels for breakfast. It was a serene space to return to after our busy outings in this historic, picturesque region with our family of 6 and we hope to return again in the future!

Beautiful, Clean, Peaceful Home

Our stay was perfect. From the moment we walked in, it was pristine. It was beautifully prepared for us, folded towels on the bed, water, coffee waiting for us. Even champagne! We were down for a wedding with a little down time and we enjoyed their beautiful backyard in a very peaceful neighborhood. Communication was also vey quick and helpful whenever we reached out. This house is beautiful and spacious, and we felt like we were at home!

Wonderful Stay

We were in Bristol for out daughter's wedding at Linden Place. The location was perfect ~ 2 minute drive to St. Mary's Church and the venue. The backyard was incredible ~ quiet, serene and just what we needed for a busy weekend. The property was exceptionally clean, and lots of nice touches such as fresh flowers, extra towels, coffee pods, etc. We can't thank Theresa enough. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Bristol Beauty!

What a wonderful rental this was! With our family scattered through 4 states and the UK, our get-togethers are precious time. Theresa's home was the perfect setting to gather and relax. The entire home was meticulously clean and well appointed, with no detail missed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space in the beautiful backyard. Lovely stay

The house has been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Good, quiet location on a backstreet in Bristol. Easy to walk to restaurants and to the water. Theresa was a wonderful host, polite, accommodating and thoughtful. Pretty garden with deck and patio. All in all a great stay.

The house was absolutely adorable and immaculate. With a well equipped kitchen, beautiful yard and great location to downtown Bristol. We have rented many vacation homes over the years and I would have to say that this one ranks at the top. Theresa was also so welcoming and helpful! I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Exceptional!! Highly recommend!

Definitely the nicest rental property I’ve stayed in. Exactly what I expected from the listing and better. So clean and had everything we could have needed. Plenty of nice, clean towels, soaps in the bathrooms, etc. Decor is lovely. Huge Backyard with nice patio. Great location in quiet neighborhood but just a quick 5 min drive or even 15-20 mins walk to downtown area. Theresa even went the extra mile and stocked the fridge with a few things for us. And had a special surprise of bubbles to play with for my girls!

The location of the home is fantastic. You can walk everywhere you want to and everywhere you walk you see the beautiful Mount Hope Bay. The town of Bristol is filled with shops, restaurants, family owned markets, museums and lots of history including the Mount Hope Farm which hosts a Farmer's Market every Saturday all year long. People are friendly, courteous and always willing to assit. It's small town America at its very best!
