Stranden är en 10 minuters promenad och ännu snabbare cykeltur (cyklar tillhandahålls på bakdäck, tillsammans med boogiebrädor, strandväskor, handdukar och alla dina andra nödvändiga stränder).

My family held a beach vacation here and it was perfect. The host kept in contact the entire check in process and again later in the day. was was well. She also made had the bed made up on the ground floor for my mother who has mobility issues. also made up

I need more than 5 stars for this host! The regular service is 5 star – such a nicely appointed home and so many extras included to facilitate a beach vacation! Extra stars because she went above and beyond to accommodate ALL of our special requests!! I felt like I was being hosted by a good friend! You should definitely choose this property if you are visiting Virginia Beach! PS: the house & yard has games and activities provided that are great for all ages.

Great location for guys weekend

Stayed here with 4 of my closest friends from childhood. Perfect backyard for grilling, chilling, and catching up. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. Overall, the house made our weekend even better and I would recommend to anyone looking for a similar weekend.

I came down here because it was the kids school vacation and it’s my birthday that week. It was a great time. The next time, I do decide to visit Virginia Beach. House was great and in a lovely location. Fairly short walk from the beach. Property manager was wonderful. One of the guests left some personal items and they were promptly shipped back to him. Couldn't recommend a better place.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Upon entering the house, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated it was. In fact, it was one of the cleanest vacation houses we've ever stayed in. The toiletries and snacks were the perfect extra touch and came in handy. We also appreciated how the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled. The numerous bicycles were enjoyed by everyone. Marissa was awesome about communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. In addition to the suggestions left in the house, Marissa also messaged about the farmer's market, which we went to and got a bunch of yummy food! The distance to the beach was as advertised. A 70 year old in our party was able to walk there and back twice with no issues, and reported that it was a pleasant walk. We will definitely be staying in this house again our next time in Virginia Beach.

Enjoyed our stay!

Clean house with plenty of beach gear! Personal touches were great especially the snacks for our kiddos. The only suggestion we have would be to include how to work the master shower as it’s a little unconventional. Host was responsive and very helpful. Labeling the kitchen cabinets was smart; we wish more vacation homes would do that!

Great Location & Thoughtful Owner

We had an amazing Mothers Day Weekend getaway! Owner texted info and was very thoughtful throughout the whole process. Walked into a beautiful home-even better than the photos. Smelt amazing. Had everything we needed in the home! All info you would ever need is provided on the side of the fridge! No detail left out! I believe we will definitely come back!

Perfect for Friends Reuinion

This house was perfect for our little friends reunion. It allowed all 7 of us to have a bed to sleep on (4 beds plus sofa) and gave us room to hang out and catch up on the deck, at the kitchen table and in the living room. Two full baths allowed all 7 of us to clean up in an efficient manner. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. The owner was super nice and helpful. She provided info about nearby farmer's market, coffee shops, and local activites. We couldn't have asked for more!

Virginia Beach stay for Parkinson's Optimism Walk

Our family participated in the APDA Optimism Walk at Mount Trashmore. The house easily accommodated the six adults and one baby. Very close to activities and retail we were interested in. The beach was several blocks away but easily walkable for us. Special touch from the property owner providing toiletries for guests. Quiet, quaint neighborhood.

Pleasant stay

We had a good experience. The place was perfect for 2 families. It was clean. Check in and check out was easy. Marissa provided extra item like bicycles, beach towels which were very useful. The taps in master bathroom need a little servicing though! Overall we had a pleasant stay and we will recommend this place to everyone.
