Nytt på marknaden..Lokalt ägt och förvaltat ... Ligger på den södra änden av Virginia Beach Oceanfront i ett eftertraktat, populärt lokalt område, Shadowlawn. Stranden är en 10 minuters promenad och ännu snabbare cykeltur (cyklar tillhandahålls på bakdäck, tillsammans med boogiebrädor, strandväskor, handdukar och alla dina andra nödvändiga stränder).
Njut av den ljusa, öppna planlösningen på huvudnivå. Gott om underhållningsutrymme med två olika vardagsrum (andra vardagsrummet har bäddsoffa för ytterligare gäster). Great location for guys weekend

Stayed here with 4 of my closest friends from childhood. Perfect backyard for grilling, chilling, and catching up. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. Overall, the house made our weekend even better and I would recommend to anyone looking for a similar weekend.

Exceptional Home & Hospitality – A Perfect Memorial Day Getaway!

We could not have asked for a better place to spend our Memorial Day weekend! This home was nothing short of exceptional— clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out for both comfort and function. Every room was inviting, and the attention to detail throughout made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.The neighborhood was absolutely perfect—quiet, safe, and conveniently located close to everything we needed, yet private enough to feel like a true escape. Whether relaxing on the patio, exploring the area, or just enjoying family time indoors, it checked every box.All the amenities were exactly as described (and more!). From a fully stocked kitchen and quality linens to smart TVs and outdoor games, everything was high quality and in excellent condition. What really stood out, though, was the owners’ incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond by providing thoughtful extras for things guests might forget—extra toiletries, snacks, even a prepared bag of for the beach! It was the kind of care that makes a big difference and sets this home apart.My family had the best Memorial Day getaway here, filled with laughter, relaxation, and memories we’ll cherish. We’re already talking about returning next year. Highly, highly recommend!

House was great and in a lovely location. Fairly short walk from the beach. Property manager was wonderful. One of the guests left some personal items and they were promptly shipped back to him. Couldn't recommend a better place.

Higher than five stars!

I need more than 5 stars for this host! The regular service is 5 star – such a nicely appointed home and so many extras included to facilitate a beach vacation! Extra stars because she went above and beyond to accommodate ALL of our special requests!! I felt like I was being hosted by a good friend! You should definitely choose this property if you are visiting Virginia Beach! PS: the house & yard has games and activities provided that are great for all ages.

Enjoyed our stay!

Clean house with plenty of beach gear! Personal touches were great especially the snacks for our kiddos. The only suggestion we have would be to include how to work the master shower as it’s a little unconventional. Host was responsive and very helpful. Labeling the kitchen cabinets was smart; we wish more vacation homes would do that!

This is the second time I invented from Marisa. The house is always really clean. She has great hospitality. With her as always good. I came down here because it was the kids school vacation and it’s my birthday that week. It was a great time. The next time, I do decide to visit Virginia Beach. Perfect for Friends Reuinion

This house was perfect for our little friends reunion. It allowed all 7 of us to have a bed to sleep on (4 beds plus sofa) and gave us room to hang out and catch up on the deck, at the kitchen table and in the living room. Two full baths allowed all 7 of us to clean up in an efficient manner. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. The owner was super nice and helpful. She provided info about nearby farmer's market, coffee shops, and local activites. We couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect Vacation Rental

Upon entering the house, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated it was. In fact, it was one of the cleanest vacation houses we've ever stayed in. The toiletries and snacks were the perfect extra touch and came in handy. We also appreciated how the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled. The numerous bicycles were enjoyed by everyone. Marissa was awesome about communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. In addition to the suggestions left in the house, Marissa also messaged about the farmer's market, which we went to and got a bunch of yummy food! The distance to the beach was as advertised. A 70 year old in our party was able to walk there and back twice with no issues, and reported that it was a pleasant walk. We will definitely be staying in this house again our next time in Virginia Beach.

Loved it!

Everything was wonderful! We stayed here during the weekend of our son's wedding. When we began looking for a place to stay for the weekend, we knew we needed a full kitchen because we were going to be preparing some desserts for the rehearsal dinner and wedding, but we also knew that we had to have space for our children and grandchildren who would be with us, so we knew we needed a minimum of two hotel rooms, but at least one with a kitchen. Trying to find something like this, was proving to be very hard when someone suggested using VRBO, and we were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely homel! Double oven, full refrigerator/freezer, lots of counter space, many cooking materials, four tvs, toys for the little ones, video games, board games, extra throw blankets and pillows, made things even more wonderful! The house is nestled on a dead end road, which meant it is very quiet as well! It was easy to get to, and perfectly situated in regards to the places we needed to go to throughout VA Beach. The back porch and yard are great - and we were sad that we didn't get to use them, but we were pretty busy from when we got there, until we left, with wedding events. The owner left some snacks and drinks, and even checked in on us through text during our time at the house, to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this house to others!
