Ligger bara några steg från vackra centrala Sweetwater Tn. detta underbara ursprungliga vagnshus från 1882 har charm och historia. 1908 blev det ett bibliotek i nästan sextio år och blev ett vackert hem. Ligger nära hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater har massor av antikaffärer, butiker och fantastiska restauranger. Vårt hem är helt uppdaterat med alla bekvämligheter du önskar. Nära till Knoxville och Chattanoga med så mycket att göra i East Tennessee ..

We had a fantastic experience. The property was in a great location- walking distance to downtown and just a few minutes drive to other Sweetwater experiences.The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great suggestions for the area.

Carriage House

We loved the property because it was quaint and unique. It had many touches that made it seem old fashioned with a modern touch. It had an old style dining room buffet as the bathroom sink paired with a modern shower. It also had original wood flooring and original glass in the front windows. We loved it; it made us feel like we were home.

Quaint and relaxing

Wonderful place to stay in Sweetwater. Communication and directions were clear and timely. The house is clean and decorated in a way that captures its historic charm. We loved it!

Perfection!

What an absolutely perfect weekend getaway! Communication with our host was a breeze and we were thankful for an early check in so we could get settled in before the snow. The Carriage House was cozy, clean, and the beds were the most comfortable beds ever! We’re already making plans to visit again.

Rooming and Nostalgic

Carriage House Character

The Carriage House was an absolutely charming delight. Everything was quite clean and cozy. Both beds were comfortable and the bathroom had an easy to access walk-in shower. The convenience to downtown Sweetwater was an added bonus. We were in town for a wedding at Tellico Village and this home placed us close enough that we only had a 20-25 minute drive. The lodging / accommodations were exceeded only by the gracious and timely communication from the property owner. He was so helpful and readily available if I had questions about anything. I would absolutely recommend The Carriage House.
