Great location! We were there for my nephews wedding, and it was a 2 minute drive to my sisters house. The house has seen its share of wear and tear, there were some cobwebs and problems with the shower curtain. (Which was fixed right away) As someone else said there were stains on the carpet. There is no cable tv, which was a banner since we were there for the MLB playoffs, and could not watch.

Great Condo

The condo is exactly as advertised. There is plenty of room and everything was clean. It had everything that you could possibly need and was in a great location to explore Tellico Village. We really enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

Great location in Tellico Village

Clean but dated 2BR condo in the heart of Tellico Village. Layout was perfect for our trip that included two couples, and check in was a breeze. Great communication from the owner.

Checking out the area

Purchased property in Loudon and wanted to spend some time checking out the area. Nicholas was very helpful and timely with any questions we had. We were able to use the Wellness Center which is a short walk away. Close to grocery store, gas and some restaurants.

Short visit to Tellico Village

FYI, the actual dates of our stay were Wednesday, April 19 to Thursday, April 20th. The dates were correct on the first page of this email but above are incorrect. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. Nicolas allowed us to stay a bit after check out which was very helpful as we were attending a funeral for a close friend. That courtesy was very much appreciated. Our only regret, is we could not stay longer. was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days while visiting family who live in Tellico Village. First the negatives: there is no Keurig as the photos indicate, only a small (5 cup) drip coffee maker. For us not a huge deal but three or more coffee drinkers would spend a lot of time making coffee in the morning! Also, there was no hairdryer in either bathroom. I was glad I decided to bring my own at the last minute. The whole condo is dated and kind of tired but relatively clean. The positives: perfect location for our visit with family and the bed was comfortable
 always a big plus!

Stay at Tellico Village

Overall we enjoyed the location of the property & the townhouse served our needs. I am not a clean freak by any means but the place was excessively dirty. It did not appear that it was cleaned after the last people were there. The property owner was easy to work with. Responds quickly. I do recommend that the owner make needed repairs, replace carpet, find a better cleaning service, & supply more items in the house. We had to buy things like kitchen towels/washcloths, cleaning supplies, & other items. The outside area was too dirty to enjoy. So many cobwebs inside & out. This is a great place to stay & if these things are taken care of we would consider staying there again.

This was amazing! The host was available any time we had a question. The property’s backyard was perfect for a walk or to let the dog run around. Everyone was considerate of others and cleaned up after their dogs. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The location was perfect as well! Great stay with an excellent location

Perfect for our family's visit to Tennessee! Comfortable, convenient and welcoming place to stay. Easy drive to DoÄșlywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Tail of the Dragon activities. Condo is located in a nice, quiet location. We loved our stay and have already booked our next stay with Savage Manor for the summer!!

Worst Experience...

The place was filthy even after the housekeeper said she spent 5 hours cleaning it after the last guest. TV and many other things did not work... Then, after the host told us he didn't need a pet deposit, he charged us an extra $100, saying our dog made a mess on the carpet, which was totally untrue... There were stains all over the carpet when we arrived. The dog was never left alone and exceptionally trained, so we know that was not true! Worst experience with a VRBO ever!!!

Needs some TLC

Great location! You can tell the property has been a rental for a long time. It needs new beds, kitchen cabinets organized, burntout lights replaced, and clean outdoor chairs. I'll definately stay in the area again but will pick a different unit.
