Beautiful house in a lovely area. House was spacious and very well equipped. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Pool was great and has full sunshine from about 1pm due to the sun rising from behind the house.

Fantastic accommodation with all the little things that make your holiday perfect. Brilliant location, lovely pool and excellent cleaning service. Host was contactable intensely to sort out ac free minute things. Wonderful holiday in a great villa

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, great communication from owner and manager, both very helpful with any problems or questions. Set away from the busy area of Kalkan but within easy reach of everything. Easily had groceries and meals delivered from local businesses. Taxis cheap and easily available. Pool area was sunny from about 11am and top balcony had lovely view of the bay. Outdoor furniture was of good quality. Large kitchen with lots of extra kitchen utensils and pottery that made meal prep easy and enjoyable to eat around the pool in the evenings. Bushes arou

Lovely villa

Lovely villa in quiet area of Kalkan. Easy access to town centre with our hire car, or an easy to arrange taxi. Great for two families sharing, plenty of space and comfortable sun beds around pool. Nice walk down to the beach club for a drink, be prepared for a steep walk back up! Overall great relaxing holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Well equipped comfortable villa

Great villa which was very well equipped and comfortable with lovely views. A taxi ride away from centre of Kalkan but this is no problem as taxis numerous and cheap or you can get the boat across to the harbour from Kisla water park which is about a 10-15 minute walk downhill! Walk back up hill not so easy especially when hot! Owner was incredibly helpful and this made for a very relaxing holiday all round. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Fabulous villa with spectacular views

This is a beautiful spacious villa in Kisla which has spectacular views of the sea, which we loved viewing from all 3 floors as well as when in the pool. Kisla is a short taxi ride from Kalkan or a very enjoyable boat ride from Kalkan beach club, but taxis would never take more than 5-10 minutes to turn up even when it was busy in August and cost around £5/£6 so not an issue. Being slightly further out of the main town not only gave us wonderful views but also meant it was very peaceful. We used the pool every day and loved it. At 5’7 I could just touch the bottom so perfect for us with our teenagers but might be an issue for families with any non swimmers. There were plenty of pool toys which were a nice touch. The villa is incredibly clean and everything looked new and there were plenty of glasses and crockery. The air con was so efficient we kept turning it off to stop getting too cold. Apart from the days at the villa we also went to beach clubs, Kalamar will send a taxi to pick you up and take you home but get there before 10am in August if you want to get a sun lounger. The water is full of fish and we went scuba diving there. The owner of this villa couldn’t have been more helpful, he helped organise transfers from Dalaman and organised cleaners and someone to clean the pool daily (but it was no intrusion). I would highly recommend this villa and don’t think I’ll ever forget seeing the sunset from the villa on our first night.

5 Star Perfect Holiday

I travelled to this beautiful villa in Kalkan with a group of girlfriends and we had the best time! This modern and luxurious villa is in the perfect location and has the most stunning views. I couldn't believe our luck when we walked in and saw the clean and pristine condition of the rooms an, kitchen and living space. The pool area is the highlight of the Villa. Perfect for relaxing or having fun with friends and enjoying a cocktail while lounging on the sunbeds. The local are is great for exploring and going out for drinks and dinner in the many bars and restaurants The beach and beach club are minutes away! I have recommended this villa to all of my friends also to my friends and family with children We will most definitely be returning
