Villa Cinar är en vacker och elegant 4 sovrum ligger på en sluttning ovanför Kalkan med fantastisk utsikt över Kalkan Bay. Konstruerad och byggd av en arkitekt från Istanbul till ägarnas specifikation, det ligger i en mogen anlagd miljö och har en egen privat infinity pool. Den moderna interiören, med marmorgolv och våtrum hela, är utrustad med en mycket hög standard. Alla rum har gott om inbyggda garderober och individuellt kontrollerad luftkonditionering. Alla fönster har vita trä slat rullgardiner som har visat sig vara mycket effektiva i att hålla villan svalare. Rummen har ursprungliga oljemålningar och traditionella turkiska mattor. Det finns en vacker traditionell turkisk vadderade området på första våningen med golv till tak fönster med utsikt över byn och hamnen, samt en välsorterad bibliotek. På översta våningen finns en andra kök och tvättstuga, med en avskild takterrass, perfekt för frukost och stjärnorna och dryck på kvällen.
Vi har nyligen uppgraderat poolen till ett klorfritt saltvattensystem som är mycket snyggare för hud och badkläder.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viel Platz. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Zur Begrüßung war frisches Obst bereitgestellt und im Kühlschrank waren ebenfalls Lebensmittel vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert und stets positiv. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und auch die Poollandschaft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa und können nur positive Erinnerungen behalten.

Top ausgestattete Villa in Kalkan

Die Gastgeber bereiteten uns einen überaus herzlichen Empfang mit gefüllten Kühlschrank und einer tollen Einführung in das Haus und seine Gegebenheiten. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Service für Pool und Garten war fantastisch. Jeden Morgen wurden die Sonnenschirme geöffnet und abends wieder geschlossen. Alle Pflanzen im Garten waren top gepflegt. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft!

Our stay

Overall the property is large enough for 6-8 people. Outside space and pool well kept with excellent and very clean pool. Outside BBQ is gas but for price of property was not of a high standard and could be replaced. Good air conditioning all around property. Sufficient hot water and bonus with booster if needed. Rooms good size although could have side table or dresser in bedrooms. Internet was ok in most areas but could definitely use booster in master bedroom . Shout out to Elena from agency who takes care of the property , the few issues we had she straight away fixed them and made us feel at ease thank you.

Villa Çınar Kalkan

Als wir angekommen sind waren wir alle total begeistert vom Haus und der Aussicht die man von der Terrasse aus hatte. Ein sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus. Wir haben die 12 Tage dort sehr genossen und empfehlen es mit gutem Gewissen weiter. Danke an Gunter und seine Ehefrau.

Super Villa

We have just enjoyed 10 days at Villa Cinar. It is large and airy with the most amazing views down to the harbour. It is very well equipped and has a beautiful infinity pool. Whilst there are LOTS of steps and it is on a steep hill this is very much in keeping with the area. Kalkan has something for everyone and we will definitely b back again. Contact with the host was excellent as was the management company. Highly recommend.

Very well equipped villa

This must be the most well equipped villa we have stayed in. Everything was catered for. Even the knives were sharp! The hosts provided a very extensive welcome pack and full details for our arrival. The view of Kalkan was as the photos, and drinks on the balcony or roof terrace are spectacular. Would recommend to anyone who does not have mobility issues as there are plenty of steps.

Amazing!

From the point we booked this villa for our holiday, Gunter and Andrea were amazing, they provided us with a guide that helped us understand the villa and a few tips here and there about things in the area. They even FaceTimed us prior to our departure to take us on a mini tour of the villa and make sure any questions were answered. They also sent us recommendation of a few things, like restaurant, activities etc. During our stay I knew any issue would be resolved immediately, whether I contacted the property managers or Andrea and Gunter, the entirety of our stay at Villa Cinar was stress-free. As a family we were very happy with our choice to book this property, we were not disappointed. Gunter and Andrea are by far the best hosts we have ever booked with. A massive thank you from me and my family for making this holiday go as smoothly and as memorable as possible for us.

10 days in Kalkan

Beautiful villa. Superb view over the town of Kalkan and the sea. Pool great, but might be a little deep for non-swimmers and younger children. Villa very clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen . The bedrooms might have had more laying space, dressing tables and mirrors etc. Overall very good. Communication with Gunter and Andrea a joy - both very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful villa

Villa Cinar is set high up on the Kalkan bay with stunning views. It’s a spacious villa with the most superb secluded pool and pool area. The team running the villa are very helpful and efficient. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous villa in glorious location.

Fabulous villa in glorious location. Exquisitely furnished with lots of homely touches; cushions, books, cds, dvds etc. Main kitchen is very well stocked with condiments etc that you don't normally find in rented properties. Immaculately presented throughout with beautifully appointed bedrooms with shower rooms and bath in master bedroom. Lovely breakfast roof terrace with own kitchen, and unique library area in traditional style. By far the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The owners Andrea and Gunter were extremely accommodating and organised the transfer from the airport to the villa. They provide lots of information about restaurants, excursions etc. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Will definitely return.

Outstanding villa in beautiful location

Villa Cinar was outstanding!! Our first holiday to Turkey and we were not dissapointed. The villa was so well equipped in everyway and had a real homely feel to it. More than enough outside and inside space to not be on top of each other even when villa at full capacity with 8 people. The location and views stunning. The villa is totally private and not overlooked which is exactly what we were after. A beautiful relaxing place where we spent many days enjoying the fantastic pool and outside area and many evenings chilling with a drink watching the sun go down. Just perfect! Kalkan and villa Cinar has definitely stolen our hearts. The rooftop restaurants in Kalkan which we sampled many of were just great, the boat trips run from the harbour fantastic too and definitely worth booking one up. Really cannot recommend this villa enough, thoroughly enjoyed by us and guests we had join us. I would return without hesitation and hope to do so in the not too distant future. Couldn't have asked for more, amazing!!

Home from Home

Just returned from a ten day stay at Villa Cinar. We could not fault the property - it really was like staying in some ones home - and a spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished one at that! The views are stunning, and the planting around the villa is beautiful. We were a three generation party of five and the villa gave us more than enough room. Effective air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms. very clean pool which was checked twice daily. Air con in one room broke during our stay, I emailed the management company and it was fixed within an hour! Plenty of towels provided, including beach towels and bags. Basics such as salt & Pepper were in villa. Excellent water cooler. Excellent library for non kindle users. Located high on the hillside overlooking the bay, we only walked into town once, but found it too steep so used taxis during the evening and we had a car for pottering around during the day. Two supermarkets are within a five minute drive. Wi-fi was good which kept everyone happy! Owners, Andrea and Gunter were very accommodating with our arrival and departure timings and even arranged for a welcome pack with milk etc, very useful when you are arriving at 4.00am! They also recommended a local company for car hire and transfers (Brave) which made the whole holiday stress free. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic

Villa Cinar is in a superb spot with amazing views day and night over Kalkan. The villa is extremely comfortable and nicely furnished throughout with many additional items and useful information thoughtfully provided by the owners who were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and surrounding terrace area make for a very relaxing spot for sunbathing and swimming during the day and enjoying a meal and drinks in the evening, and all just a short taxi trip from the town. Thorougly recommended!

We are a recently retired professional couple with grown up children and 4 grandchildren. About 15 years ago we fell in love with Turkey and Kalkan, and this has been our favourite destination to recharge our batteries!
We love swimming in the beautiful sea near the village and have got to know many of the local people, artisans and restaurant owners. We enjoy art and design and have taken great care to blend modern and traditional elements in our villa, which is our second home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had spent three holidays in Kalkan before we decided to design and build our own villa. We just loved the place and the people. Although it has become quite a bit busier over the years, Kalkan has maintained its village character and is not at all overrun by mass tourism. When we looked at possible locations where to build, we decided to get a bit further away from the village centre, to a point which has probably the most magnificent view in the area and is still very easily accessible by car or taxi (3km from centre). It has also proved to be quite a bit cooler than the village itself, with a nice breeze blowing some of the time.

Depending on the season, you will be able to harvest our own nectarines, figs, lemons and pomegranates, as well as herbs from the herb garden.

We continue to improve the villa every year, recently we converted our pool to saltwater, which is healthier and more ecological than chlorine. It also does not destroy swimwear, as chlorine would do.

We stay at Villa Cinar ourselves and with friends and family for about 8 weeks every year. We have equipped the villa with all the facilities for a high-quality self-catering holiday, including comprehensive cooking facilities, to make a home from home, although we personally like to go out quite a bit and explore the many restaurants and amenities in the area. We particularly like our two terraces on the roof and around the pool, both with tables and chairs for open air dining. The poolside table is covered by a pergola and there is also an indoor dining area.
When it gets really hot there is nothing better than to sit on the pool steps, half submerged in the water, watching the boats in the bay and sipping a Pimms.
