Mycket unik modern villa på Costa Adeje. Villan har 4 sovrum med 3 badrum med promenad i duschar. På bottenvåningen finns ett rymligt vardagsrum och matsal med magnifik utsikt på havet. Det finns en trevlig kök även med tanke på poolen. En stor terrass med utsikt över trädgården, havet och en hel del palmer. Nedervåningen är ett privat garage för 3 bilar. Från garaget en hiss är tillgänglig fram till marken och första våningen. Villan är verkligen något annorlunda med utsikt över bergen. Beläget i ett mycket lugnt område ca 7 minuter med bil till Costa Adeje, gångavstånd till Siam Park, mycket nära las Americas och Los Cristianos och nära en golfbana. Villan är en rökfri webbplats (rökfri fastighet). Husdjur är inte tillåtna.

A wonderful winter break

Our group of 7 had a lovely week at Villa Julia! Situated at the top of a hill, it is a twenty minute walk to the front and add roughly another twenty minutes on along the front for Adeje or Las Américas, but if you like walking like us it wasn’t a problem. Very close to Siam Mall which has a good supermarket and to Siam Water Park. We had great communication from Walter the owner of the villa and also a great welcome and explanation about the villa and its amenities from Lukas the property agent. The villa itself is lovely - lots of space, very clean and so well stocked, it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Villa julia

It was our first villa holiday, we had had the most relaxing holiday walter and lukas couldn't do enough, the villa and grounds was spacious and clean ,had every thing you will ever need like being at home but with the sun,we that impressed we booked for next year before we left.it deserves more than 5 stars its a credit to walter.

Amazing Villa

Just got back from a two week break at Villa Julia. The Villa was amazing and had everything you could ask for. It’s up a hill so not ideal for those who aren’t wanting to walk too much in the heat but plenty taxis available and all very cheap. Close to all amenities, including Siam Park and Mall and just a little walk further to restaurants and the beach. Would recommend to others. Thank you Walter for greeting us, a lot later than expected, and giving us a tour and instructions, very useful.

Sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage.

Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der beheizte Pool ist klasse. In der Garage war genug Platz um die Motorräder sicher abstellen zu können.

Excellent stay

The property looks exactly like on the pictures. It is a very spacious villa. It has a nice view over the town. The communication with the owner was very nice. Everything you use at home is available in the villa. Just make sure you have a car because the road to Siam mall is very steep.

Lovely Villa

Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Julia. Walter, the host, was a great host and would respond to any request or messages almost immediately. He was also very flexible with me checking out later to accommodate my young family. The villa was extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high level, the cots and bedding provided is the highest standard we have experienced in any holiday so far with our young children. Despite the villa being at the top of a steep hill, if you don’t want to walk up it, it is less than 5 euros to get a taxi from Adeje so this shouldn’t put you off. Plenty of parking if you decide to hire a car.

Wonderful stay in a lovely Villa

We found the villa had everything you could ask for. All the amenities were of a great standard. The pool was lovely and warm for our grandson. The bbq was well used and extremely easy. The TV has all sky tv including sports which was an unexpected plus. Would I recommend this villa, ABSOLUTELY,

Super emplacement

La villa est très très bien située, a 300m de Siam Park, 800 du centre commercial et a 10min en voiture de la plage. Des serviettes de plage sont à disposition dans la maison dommage que ne ce soit pas précisé dans l annonce. La villa est vraiment très confortable petit bémol sur la nuisance sonore du passage des voitures dans la 1er grande chambre de l étage. Au sous sol une grande suite parental sans fenêtre et insonorisée. Merci à l hôte Luca pour son accueil chaleureux. On recommande!

Beautiful 5* Villa

Can't fault this villa, it is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Within a quiet neighbourhood but good location with easy access to local restaurants and the large supermarket in Siam Mall. Communication with Walter and Lukas was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

El dueño muy desagradable

La casa tenía varios defectos dos habitaciones sin ventilación, una habitación da al dormitorio principal y la otra a un baño en el sótano el Wi-Fi no funcionaba bien y los canales de televisión tampoco. Además el dueño de la casa nos echó una hora antes de lo que ponía en el contrato, amenazando con llamar a la policía. Mala experiencia por el dueño aunque el resto estaba bien. The house had several defects two rooms without ventilation, the Wi-Fi did not work well and the television channels either. In addition, the owner of the house fired us an hour before what was stated in the contract, threatening to call the police. Bad experience by the owner although the rest was fine.

Perfect getaway

Me and my family have visited Tenerife several times but this time was by far the most comforting experience which made our holiday overall perfect! Couldn’t recommend villa Julia more, 5 stars

Villa Julia is such a beautiful place to stay, I would & have recommended to all I know - it’s spotlessly clean & has everything you need for your stay! Right next to Siam park & Siam mall which also has a supermarket inside. You would need to hire a car but everything is less than 10 minutes drive from villa Julia including la pinta beach! We had the best holiday.

Villa très agréable et très bien située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette villa où nous avons été accueillis par l'agent local qui nous a donné tous les détails pour profiter au mieux du lieu. Le propriétaire a été également tout à fait disponible en cas de besoin. Nous étions "comme à la maison" avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. La villa dispose d'une très belle vue sur la mer et d'un extérieur bien aménagé. Les plages sont à 5/10 minutes en voiture et un très grand centre commercial est à 2 min en voiture. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Superb villa

Villa Julia is not only well equipped, it is beautifully presented. We travelled as a group of five, my in-laws, us and our young son. Everyone was delighted with the accommodation, comfortable large beds, good water pressure in lovely clean bathrooms, well laid out outdoor space with enough room to spread out and have both family time and chill out time. Großzügiges Haus

Hallo Walter, auch hier hinterlassen wir gern für Euer Haus eine schöne Rezession. Wir eine kleine Familie 2 Erw. und unsere Tochter 3 Jahre, waren im November19 hier. Es hat uns bei Euch sehr gut gefallen, es fehlte einen an nichts. (Küchenutensilien/Handtücher/Waschmaschine/Kaffeekapsel oder Filtermaschine/ große Töpfe/ kleine Töpfe ect. alles vorhanden.... Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten richtig entspannen! Schön ist es auch das die Einkaufs Möglichkeit Siam Mall direkt 5 Gehminuten von Euch entfernt liegt, so konnte die Mutti Abends mal ganz in ruhe shoppen gehen :) Warum habe ich für die Umgebung nur 4 Sterne gegeben, da das Haus an einer Straße liegt die von Bussen und LKW ect. befahren wird, so das man manchmal im Gespräch kurz innehalten musste, da man sich nicht verstanden hat. Aber im Haus selbst hat man davon nicht mitbekommen. Kleiner Tipp wer zu Haus auf Daunenkissen liegt, schweißt es ein und nehmt es mit. Bei diesen Kissen kann man wunderbar Buch lesen, aber schlafen ... ;-) Wir kommen gern wieder! Liebe Grüße an die Vermieter und kleinen Hausfeen

Equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The most beautiful villa with stunning views. The stay here has been amazing. Yes the hill is steep but it works off your dinner. We stayed for two weeks with my disabled mum. The lift in the property is brilliant and we hired a disability scooter for my mum so the hilly location was no problem. When you get to the airport give the taxi driver the street name and say number 23. Number 60 doesn't register on their sat navs but 23 does and is directly opposite the property. Taxis were so easy to book using the number in the welcome folder. There has literally been nothing missing in the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped. Even beach towels are available so you don't need to bring your own. Walter and Lucas were brilliant. Solving any little niggly problem quickly. We paid for the pool to be heated. Something you probably don't need in summer but because of mums disabilities any cold makes it worse. The pool was lovely and cleaned weekly by pool staff. The Aircon was a massive added bonus and a great selection of English movies and TV to watch. I really can't praise the villa enough. Thank you Walter and Lucas for our amazing stay.
