Portside Resort 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath - Townhome
Portside Resort - 2 Bedroom and 2.5 BATHS - YES! 2 FULL BATHS and 1 half bath downstairs! Located on Front Beach Road across the street from the beach! Equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Both the Master and Guest bedrooms both have KING beds. Family oriented with full access to the beach just right across the street! A sleeper sofa is even located in the the living room area (houses a queen mattress).
Portside Beach Resort is situated on 16 beautiful landscaped acres. The community is very neighborly. There is room to ride your bikes, take leisurely walks, and spend time on the porch away from all the traffic of the beach. There are 3 pools on site (one heated, seasonal), kiddie pool, Hot tub, 3 tennis courts, club house and shuffle board areas. During your stay at Portside, there will not be a wasted minute waiting on elevators, luggage carts or traveling back and forth to a parking garage as you have the convenience of parking at your front door. Speaking of convenience, you're just minutes from Panama City's New International Airport, Frank Brown Park, Pier Park, fishing, scuba diving, sailing, golf, jet ski, parasailing, fine dining, shopping and much more. If you're a beach lover, located directly across the street is the beautiful beach, and the warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Hello and welcome to our little slice of Heaven! Portside Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is a cozy and luxurious community right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our unit, Q4, provides a nicely renovated 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath condo with full kitchen and living room to up to 6 people. We have two king beds, a queen pull-out couch to accommodate your family. Our unitâs rental includes Xfinity high speed internet, Xfinity TV, all utilities, and access to pools, tennis courts, and of course, the beach. There are multiple golf courses in the area, Pier Park is only a couple miles, and there are wonderful restaurants all around. Deep sea fishing charters, go-karts, putt-putt, and much more await here in PCB.
We, Tate and Meghann Gaines, are from just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We are a young married couple with a three year old daughter, Maggie. Tate is an insurance agent and Meghann is a stay at home mom. We both have been to this area many times and have fallen in love with all PCB has to offer. We purchased this unit as our personal home away from home, but decided to share it with anyone who so chooses to visit PCB while we are not using it. Please enjoy our beautiful home away from home that we cherish so dearly!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
One of our favorite features of this condo is its location. We can see the sunsets, and the views all the way to San Destin. The gulf breezes are amazing on our end unit which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
