This location was excellent! It provided enough space to spend time and make great memories with our large family. It was super clean and well decorated. The host was attentive and supportive. This particular property didn’t come with a grill, but the owner was nice enough to loan us his personal grill. The checkin process was super smooth and parking was not a problem. I would definitely stay again!

Great House & Location to Parks

The house has an amazing layout for multiple families to stay comfortably. The kids loved the themed rooms and pool. The host was very responsive and we would for sure stay again!

Ideal for large families

Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Layout of home was excellent for our group of 15. Needs a bit of updating: outdoor cushions were torn, sink in downstairs bathroom cracked, freezer handle came off - all minor issues that didn’t affect our stay.

We stayed 10 weeks gone was gorgeous very well kept super clean no signs of smokers or pets great communication with the renter cause we had a small issue with the gate bar code you have to give to enter the community other then that no issues would rent again Thanks

Nice and spacious

Very minor issues that were taken care of right away. The kitchen is fully stock with utensils and pots and pans the most I’ve seen in rentals. Just bring all you need for bathroom and toiletries. House is very spacious and nice.

Great property and Marcia is an excellent host. She accommodated our needs, was very communicative, and fixed the one issue we had very quickly. The one downside is the neighborhood, which was party central on the weekend we were there (I think it was graduation weekend). But overall, the house is a great choice for a big family gathering!

Graduation Weekend

We visited for a weekend. Getting in the gate was very easy with the passes that are sent. You don’t have to wait in a long line at the gate. Marcia was very informative and easy to communicate with. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. The kids loved the game room and the pool. We requested the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. We would stay at this house again.

Golf in Orlando

Marcia was easy to communicate with and the property was clean and ready when we got there. We would definitely stay at this location again. As no property is perfect I would make a recommedation to replace all toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. A simple inexpenssive fix that avoid having every guest make a comment about how they don't work. Overall the property is fantastic! Thanks!
