✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a high chair, pack n’ play, and stroller available for guests to use. The amenities described herein are subject to change and no assurance is made that these amenities will be available in the villa.

✹ NO SMOKING: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the house.

✹ PETS: We welcome one well-behaved pet, up to 40lbs. Prior permission must be sought. A $250 pet fee applies.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You also have exclusive access to Emerald Island community amenities, including The clubhouse, Tiki Bar, pool and spa, sauna, sports courts, nature trails, an innovative fitness center, and on-site playgrounds. The resort’s business center offers a dedicated space that is perfect for studying while on vacation or getting work done before heading to the local attractions. You will receive the WiFi access information in an email prior to your arrival.

✹ Pool/spa heat is an additional fee of $40/night plus tax and must be requested and paid for in advance.

✹ The BBQ grill is an additional fee of $70/stay plus tax and must be requested and paid for in advance.

✹ Emerald Island Resort requires a resort fee of $20 per vehicle per stay. This is paid directly to the resort community. If no vehicle, a $20 resort vehicle is required.

✹ For the safety and security of all guests, it is required by your credit card provider's terms of service to request billing
information on file to prevent fraudulent transactions.

✹Important: Upon reserving the home, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
