Välkommen till Casa Azul, mellan två av de äldsta och mest typiska stadsdelarna i Lissabons centrum: ALFAMA och MOURARIA
Casa Azul erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över flera synpunkter på stadens centrum, det är nära BAIXA och ett stenkast från Castelo de São Jorge.
Casa Azul är en duplexlägenhet belägen på tredje våningen i en typisk Mouraria-byggnad, och helt renoverad men utan hiss.

Great location

Casa Azul is in a great location for walking to great viewpoints as well as the Metro. Brigida was quick to respond to any questions. The checkin process was super easy. Lots of room for the three of us. Nice to have the laundry available.

Peaceful place

My family and I stayed here for four nights. It was perfect for us. It was spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved it! It was on a hill outside of town so it was lovely and quiet. It was also well located so that we could reach everything with ease. Thank you so much - we had a great time.

Spacious apt, good location

The apartment is very spacious with three bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. It was a short walk to various key locations and landmarks. The place was clean and the check in process with the owner was very easy. However, it was unfortunate that one bedroom was leaking and we had to put a pot to keep the floor from getting wet. It did not make for a good night's sleep. The power continually went out. Yes there was a sign not to use two items at a time. However, cooking was made difficult when you could not use the stove and oven simultaneously. Even when you had just the kettle on, the power went out. If these issues could be fixed, this place would be amazing.

Staying near Porto

The apartment is well appointed and very clean. The communications with the owners were prompt and helpful. We were extremely well received and very much enjoyed our stay. It is a bit away from downtown Porto but a 10 Euro cab ride was preferable to looking for parking. We would stay here again!!

Lisbon Apartment

The apartment was really nice and was extremely clean. Instructions for washing machine and electrical box, oven should also be in English. Communication with owner was always responded to quickly. The only real issue was running more than a couple of appliances at once shuts done the power. Overall a good place to stay.

Great location to everything you can imagine doing. My only caution is the upstairs is for the shorter version human beings there was a lot of head hitting on the ceiling’s because they are slanted along with the shower but other than this, I would recommend it and I would try to come back myself. The neighborhood was so welcoming to us, they felt like family by the time we left. Thanks for our stay.

Lovely Lisbon

Property had everything we needed for our stay. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants with a supermarket close by. Only problem was apartment is on the top floor so really hot at night time when trying to sleep 😴. Just not used to the heat coming from Scotland!!Area was full of character and plenty of history and within walking distance of all tourist attractions. Just be prepared to climb plenty of hills!

Wonderful Neighborhood stay!

We loved our stay in Lisbon so much in part due to the lovely accommodations Brigita makes available and the neighborhood in which the apartment resides. The apartment is beyond roomy and updated and full of necessities that help with the stay. Truly cozy and we loved returning there at the end of the day. The neighborhood is so friendly especially the lovely restaurant across the street in which we had our first dinner and got to meet some local patrons. The food and wine were delicious! A grocery market is a nice walk from the apartment and taxis make going into various parts of Lisbon so easy, fast and very very reasonable. We were actually very sad to leave and hope to return to see more of Portugal!

Neighborhood Gem

The apartment was beautiful. Well kept and clean. The only downside is stairs. It's a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. Also to get to the upstairs bedroom you needed to bend a bit. Located in a real Portuguese neighborhood with a great restaurant right across the street. A bit of noise from people talking but that just added to the flavor of Portugal.

Lisbon apartment with a few issues

Nice layout and neighborhood. Very clean. Three material issues: 1. No heat and it was in the 40s at night; 2. Second bathroom shower not usable because the drain was clogged and it would flood almost immediately; and 3. One of the bedrooms had a terrible sewer smell and we had to keep that door shut.

Comfortable

Unfortunately during our stay in Lisbon there was also the World Youth Day. And so there was very noisy stage on Martim Mortiz place until late in the night. Despite of that it was quite quiet in the night. The appartement is located near the city, so the ways are quite short. But on the other side the quarter itself is dirty and very noisy on the day. The rooms were clean. In the appartement was everything we needed. Only the WLAN credentials were wrong. We will send the right ones.

Lovely Lisbon Break

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, and we would recommend it. Brigida the apartment host was very responsive to any questions raised before we went which is much appreciated. The location is not the smartest part of Lisbon, but it is a quiet older neighbourhood, so no noise at night, and felt safe when returing to the apartment in the evening. The description mentions the climb up to the third floor, but be aware of the climb up the hill from the nearest metro Martim Moniz. Yes Lisbon is hilly, but carrying bags from the metro on arrival was a challenge, perhaps consider a taxi, depending on your fitness! The location itself meant good access to metro, trams and buses, and walking distance to many popular places (allowing time for the hills). We bought Navigente cards at the airport metro. A pre-paid zapping card useful for metro, buses, trams, funiculars and even the train to Sintra. Load the money on it and tap in on the journeys at a discounted rate from the normal single fares. Very useful. We did a traditional Fado evening 5/10 mins walk away from Casa Azul which we loved - Maria da Mouraria - Casa de Fados, highly recommend, it's only small so book in advance. Thank you for our stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lisbonne, appartement propre et agréable qui correspond à la description, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, literie confortable.Ça grimpe un peu mais c'est Lisbonne ;)Quartier vivant.
