Min man Donnie och jag välkomnar dig varmt för att njuta av den vackra solnedgången i detta mysiga, säkra och avkopplande gästhem på landsbygden. Sitt ute på däck och dricker kaffe eller slappna av vid poolen (handdukar medföljer) Känn dig gärna ner till skogen vid picknickbordet och eldstaden. Stop and pet är vänliga coonhundar (i kenneln om du vill. Grilla ute på vår gasgrill eller känn dig fri att laga mat i det fullt utrustade köket vi ligger bara tre mil från Dry Ridge. 10 minuter till Ark Encounter. Besök skapelsemuseet (40 min). Kings Island, Newport Aquarium eller Cincinnati Zoo faller inom en timme vi är tillgängliga per telefon eller text när som helst.

We had an amazing, peaceful stay. The atmosphere is incredibly tranquil—perfect for stargazing at night. The swimming pool is pristine and the water temperature is just right. If you’re looking for a place to relax, grill, and enjoy a cozy fire, this is it. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and it felt like a place where everyone can unwind. Highly recommend for a serene getaway.

We took two Grandkids age 10 and 6, they loved the pool and plenty of room for them to run and play outside. House is small but all we needed. Nice short drive to The Ark Encounter. Excellent hosts, very friendly!

“Sunset Serenity" truly lives up to its name, offering a wonderfully quiet and peaceful escape. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in providing all the essentials made our visit incredibly convenient and relaxing.Its location is ideal, just a short and easy drive to the Ark Encounter, which was a major plus for our trip. Beyond the apartment itself, the hospitality we received was truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.And as an extra bonus, the pool was a fantastic amenity, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Wonderful!

I went to this property for a 2 night stay for Independence Day with my 8-year old son. Martha and Donnie were the most kind and welcoming hosts and truly went above and beyond. They did everything they could to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. Donnie and took my son for a side by side ride and they invited us with them to watch some local fireworks which were great. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor toys, and games provided by Martha and Donnie. We cannot wait for our next stay!

Home away from home

If this place is available for the dates you need, BOOK IT!! You WONT be disappointed! When I rent a place, I get an idea mixed with the pictures and Sunset Serenity matched it perfectly! The owners were so sweet and wonderful. There was so much to do and the kids absolutely LOVED having their own pool. From the pool, to the swings, to the fireplace, to the rooms, Sunset Serenity had an activity for morning, afternoon and evening. I honestly wish we had more time to stay. If we ever get back to KY, Sunset Serenity WILL be our choice to stay. I will definitely let everyone at home know about this cute, cozy (AC was relaxing for summer) home away from home!

Nice Country Setting/Pool

The adults enjoyed the country setting; our son enjoyed the pool. While staying there, we visited The Creation Museum, and The Ark Encounter. The Ark Encounter is closer to this location. Bring your hotdogs and burgers, this place has a grill and fire pit.

Martha and Donnie were such wonderful hosts. Our 3 young kids felt so welcomed, we all did. Though the place shares a wall with the owners it felt so private. The pool in the back was the highlight for our girls and the beautiful spacious back yard. The indoor space was more than adequate for our family of 5 with comfortable beds and a well supplied kitchen that meet all our cooking needs.

Peaceful little adventure for our family

We finally made the trip to Kentucky to see the Ark and the Creation Museum. We were so blessed to find this cute little VRBO. The owners were very welcoming and gracious. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the quiet. Tho this is in the country, it was close enough to Ark (10 minutes) and Creation Museum (45 mins). Also, several restaurants and stores.This little place had everything we needed for our quick getaway. We only wish we could have stayed a couple more days. Huge Thank You to D&M :) Hope to be back someday soon.

Nice little get away

My husband and I had a very nice stay. I guess I didn't realize it was connected to another home so the walls were a little thin but other than that it was fine. The hosts were very hospitable and even left us some Christmas treats. I enjoyed painting a rock to leave behind from our stay.

Best Get away ever!

The property outside was amazing! The sunsets are awesome! Very clean and well decorated! Martha and Donnie are the best hosts I have ever had! We will definitely be back again and again. It is a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property- county setting. It’s a home away from home with the nicest and kindest hosts. Beautiful road to take an early morning walk. Picturesque scenery that could be placed on a jig saw puzzle. Saw birds, deer and rabbits. No regrets, would stay here again!

Fun vacation!

We had a great time! Beautiful big back yard with lots of outdoor toys and a great pool we all really enjoyed. The owners were great people. Very nice!
