Granny's House 2 sovrum, 5 miles till ark! Bonus genomgÄng rum med dubbelsÀng

Detta hus ligger 5 miles frÄn arken och Àr 40 miles frÄn Creation Museum. Vi Àr bara 32 miles frÄn Greater Cincinnati Airport. Vi ligger precis mellan Cincinnati Ohio och Lexington Kentucky, 2 miles frÄn Interstate 75. Det finns en stor sjö som ligger bara 6 miles frÄn huset.

Stort gammalt hus som ligger pÄ en tunnland mycket. GÄrden med Hus köptes 1943 av Cline och Pearl King. Vid den tiden fick man veta att huset var 100 Är gammalt och med det sagt skulle det ha byggts före inbördeskriget. De kallade vÀgen Kings Heights och pÄ 90-talet bytte staden till Kings Drive.
Under Ären har jordbruksmarken delats ut. Del för andra hem och vilken gÄrd som finns kvar Àgs av en privat Àgare, inte en familjemedlem. Huset genom Ären har haft renovering inifrÄn och ut men mÄnga av de gamla kvarlevorna.
Nu Àr vi de stora barnbarnen och ger andra en chans att njuta av det gamla hemmet och ibland vackra soluppgÄngar och solnedgÄngar.

It’s definitely a cute house and love the history. But, as soon as you walk in, it smells musty. We later found the wall behind the washer is covered in mold. The living room furniture is dirty. Saw small dead bugs in most of the kitchen drawers. Food that was in the cupboard looked like it had been there for awhile. Beds were so, so but pillows definitely need replaced. There’s no outlets in bathrooms. Just needs a good deep clean and some updates.

We flew in from Denver and met other family from Texas. The house was conveniently located close to the Ark and Creation Museum. The accommodations were clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. The hosts were quick to respond to messages with questions.

The property was just as described, and it was comfortable, quiet and clean. There were a couple of places, such as under the furniture, where the floors had not been swept in awhile, but otherwise the kitchen, bathrooms etc. were very clean. Definitely a good value and I very nice neighborhood

What a lovely house. The hosts were so pleasant and everything was clean and immaculate. We would certainly stay there again. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. What a treat.

It was a 3 bedroom house, the owner was very nice, we had him over for breakfast. The house was an older house, but clean .

“Granny’s House”

It was a touch of heaven if you love the country flow. Close to the interstate and restaurants. This rental was spotless and had comfy beds. I highly recommend it! We will be staying here in the future!

Charming Property!

My cousin and I were on a road trip on our way to Nashville for a wedding and decided to visit The Ark along the way. Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again.

Loved the charming home and serene surroundings. Enjoyed visiting with Lawrence about the history of his family and home. I certainly recommend this lovely house to any who visit the Ark or Creation Museum--handy to both! It was a joy and a blessing!!
