Great location!!

Unit was in the perfect location, right off the elevator, right by the trash chute, and right by grocery stores. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Easy access to beach plus both indoor and outdoor pools gave kids break midday from the heat. Close to many stores, location ideal to eat out or dine in with plenty of restaurant options nearby and space to eat in. Would definetly come back to this location!

Fall break

Location was great, a short walk to the beach. The condo is by the elevator, but you never heard any noise. We took our grandson and as soon as we walked in he said it smelled clean....he is 6! We hope to stay there again!

Very nice condo! It was extremely clean, very comfortable and was in a good location. The large balcony was also a very nice amenity. The elevators and walkways were always vacuumed, mopped and smelled clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of our best vacations ever!! Our only suggestions would be to provide additional washcloths, add some full length mirrors to the bedrooms and add curved shower curtain rods.

Slightly Disappointing

I’ll start with we love The Palms. Always clean and located so well. This room just needs some TLC. Exterior sliding door needed to be fixed to open properly, we asked for that and it took 3 days, it was made worse with than before. Took another 2 days and we enjoyed a fixed door for a half day. Awful. Dishwasher handled needs to be fixed as well. Freezer door wouldn’t close, had to have that fixed. Luckily that was fixed quickly. Other than these complaints, we had a great time. Just minor things that need to be fixed in the room.

Beautiful Space with a few issues

Beautiful space. Construction was going on at the pool all day just below the condo. This disrupted the beauty of the ocean front. I contacted the rental company and they said they sent me an email 6 months prior. I did not receive it. There was also construction on the elevator and it was down for a day. Spring break is such a busy season I would have thought they would have planned a better time for construction. There are many choices in Orange Beach and I think you could find something better for the cost.

Fantastic Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this condo! We were able to go straight to the condo with our key check in! The unit is right at the elevators and there never was a wait or crowd...most of the time it was just us on the elevator and it was the week of the 4th of July! The unit was clean and very spacious!! Loved the layout! The balcony is large and the walk from the condo to the sand is short! Also great location as it's very close to Publix grocery store and lots of restaurants and shops. My only draw backs were minor. There was no Keurig (they did have a coffee maker), we couldn't get the DVD players to work (one just wouldn't work and the other was missing a DVD remote), and because of the angle of the complex and being between two larger condos you couldn't see some of the sunrise and sunset. Minor issues really, though! I definitely highly recommend this unit! We would stay again!!!
