We love this area of Orange Beach. We had a wonderful 5 days of watching and listening to the waves on the ocean from the balcony and on the beach. And we were blessed to watch a turtle nest hatch! The condo didn't disappoint either. It had all the basics we needed. And was an easy elevator ride to the beach, to the pools and to a few restaurants (with an easy walk.) The owners were very easy to work with too!

Almost paradise

Absolutely great property to spend the week. Cant beat the view from any room and just sitting on the balcony was peaceful. Condo was very comfortable and ample amenities overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend friends as well.

This condo was in excellent condition and location to all sorts of things! Loved how easy the owners were to communicate with! This was an excellent place to stay and all the staff at the building were great. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Penny was great with communication.The double access Balcony view of the beach is absolutely STUNNING and Magazine style design with functional space to accommodate to the entire family but also peaceful and spacious for just two
..Anything you could possibly need for your beach stay, she has provided! We loved how organized everything was as well “Just Bring food”or “Just grab a beach towel” was all you needed,
was what we all kept saying. This was a great family trip, for all ages

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo had a great view of the beach! It was clean and well-maintained. We would have given 5 stars but there was some construction happening during our stay, which was a bit of a disturbance. Overall, it’s a nice place, and we would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Have stayed here the last 3 years and we love it! Convenient to everything
beach, restaurants, shopping, and Gulf State Park! Our favorite thing besides walking on the beach is renting electric bikes and riding them on the park trails!

Relaxing Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful relaxing time at this great condo. The location is perfect, close to restaurants. The balcony is awesome, the views are amazing! Communication with the owner was great and check in was easy. Amenities are nice. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I took a family vacation with our 7 and 4 year old kids. It was absolutely perfect! It was clean, beds were super comfy, and it had a phenomenal view of the beach! Our kids are already asking when we can go back! Loved it!

Good Stay

Very good place to stay. The only 2 things that weren’t good was when you walk in it just has an old kind of cigarette smell and the garbage can must have had something spilled in it and had an awful smell. Other than that, it was a great stay

My sister and her family came with us to Gulf Shores. We had 3 kiddos ranging from 9 months - 5 years old and loved the space of the condo. It was a great location and the amenities were awesome. We will definitely be back!

A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be ocean front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. We hope you enjoy it to the fullest as we do!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Being up on the 7th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen & 1 Full beds + we added a new queen sofa sleeper in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably.
Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
