Den har 3 nivåer av bostadsyta, 2 separata familjerum och mycket att göra. Njut av bad, vandring, tennis och ny gated barnpark. Sekretess är inte ett problem med tre däck, varje sovrum har sin egen tillgång till sitt eget däck där du kan sitta bland träden för att koppla av, läsa en bok eller titta på djurlivet nedan som kan följa säsongsströmmen som strömmar genom trädgården. .

Great location in a neighborhood, but also in the pines. Nicely decorated and plenty of patio space on each level. We used the pool and pickleball courts during our stay.

Delightful Stay

Beautiful getaway

We were so amazed with the house itself and the beautiful surroundings! Felt like we were right at home! And woke up to a beautiful snow view! Would definitely stay again!

Timber Ridge Woods Home

This is a great location and neighborhood. The house was not the cleanest and has an ant issue downstairs with other miscellaneous bugs throughout the home as well. I did address this with the owner and did get some positive feedback on taking care of the issues. Overall, this did workout for the family for the long weekend we stayed here. Not sure if we would stay here again though.

Family Reunion Stay

We needed a place to stay for our Family Reunion visit. This place was perfect for families with children. The play ground was literally right next door. The outdoor pool was right next to it and so was the indoor pool. A bonus was having deer walk thru the property multiple times!

Perfect Cabin

The home was spacious and beautiful. I loved the three tiered decks overlooking a little stream. The kids had fun exploring the property … and I was happy to be able to watch them from the decks while they thought there were mountain climbing. Property has 4 bathrooms which was great with a big group. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful Home

This house was really nice and in a great location. Easy to get to and plenty of room for everyone. Only issue was the staircase going down to the lowest level. Not good for anyone who has a little difficulty with mobility. Really nice view of the stars at night.

Escaping heat in Phoenix

3 story townhome located in beautiful wooded Timber Ridge. Very quiet neighborhood!!!! Close to pool, park for kids, indoor lap pool. Lots of stairs due to 3 levels . Great for a family getaway. Owner responded to our concerns with Roku TV. Great 4 days away from Phoenix heat !

Nice place for family!

We love that we have enough space for the entire family when we’re in town. Definitely a home away from home feel at this rental. Nice amenities to keep the kids busy too.

Timber Ridge Evaluation Comments

Nice decor. Stair railing inside and out a bit lose. Wet spots under 2nd level sink. First 2nd level sink stopped-up, but would drain. Listing wording reads that story levels raise rather than descend.. Needed more food baggies and paper towels Comfortable beds. Great Showers. Stairs down from 2nd level are a bit unsafe.
